Very disappointed i went in to have my back window repaired in my truck and sure the glass was repaired but what a mess the interior left dirty and stains on my headliner that where NOT there beforehand and I look and see while pumping gas that there is left over glass all throughout the bed of my truck I cannot say how unsatisfied I was I only give it 2 stars because the glass that was repaired looks fine everything else though not so much...

Quick to get in. Service was fast and the gentleman that installed the windshield was super friendly. Only complaint is the rubber seal around the windshield protecting the adhesive holding the windshield in place had half come out so I had to climb onto car to put it back into place. Besides that great service.

Fast service and couldnt get the online promo to work and they manually took it off no problem and the guy at the front was really nice. If you are using gps dont turn on fairlane rd the entrance is off pitt st

Mike at Safelite in Bedford went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible. The wrong windshield was ordered and unfortunately installed by a technician but he was super polite about it and told me to bring it back in and they would install the correct one. The new windshield was installed perfectly without any rubbing or noise. Thanks so much!

So the technician Christopher was very unprofessional with constantly saying how rough my vehicle is, which it isn't for the year. And then he proceeded to say about the windshield must have been replaced before and how it was a hack job who ever did it. But he was there to fix a chip in the windshield and he looked at it for a split second felt it and said it's nothing to worry about, but here is the kicker, he said the work was done and told my insurance company the chip was fixed and he patched it, but he didn't do anything to the chip and now my insurance company will pay for a job that wasn't doneService: Auto windshield repair

Tech was knowledgeable, and efficient, work was done in under 90 minutes. Prices was affordable and a lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects. Will use again.

During a recent windshield replacement and while the tech was here, I received an email with a "pre-authorized receipt" showing a total of $100 over the quote. When asked, the tech said the extra $$ was for a replacement gasket. I didn't end up needing the gasket, and he honored the quote, but BUYER BEWARE there may be hidden costs not disclaimed in the original online estimate.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff goes above and beyond to the experience as smooth as possible. Micheal is extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. Highly recommend using Bedford Safelite over other locations.
