On a long car trip, my undercarriage cover came loose and was hitting the road. I stopped in to get the metal bent back up and bolted back in place. I loved how they fit me in quickly and cheaply. Also, the person at the desk gave me some great advice on the next leg of my journey!

I called Hickey s when I blew my tire at the Bedford Turnpike exit. They said they didn t have tires in stock immediately, but offered to help anyway. In the end, they directed me to another company to purchase the tire. The other company refused to put the tire on for me, but Hickey s was willing to take me immediately to put the replacement tire on. They helped me tremendously when I was in a desperate spot and charged very little to do it. Stellar people!

My car had a(small)weird problem, very hard to explain to anyone without people looking at me like I was crazy. (Turn signals worked every once in a while unless I turned on my dome lights or just messing with the switch in some fashion) however it would always function when it was time to prove it. Well, they figured it out, and the bill was a lot better than expected. Will definitely return for any troubles on my car

I was driving a distance on the PA Turnpike and I had car problems as I approached Bedford. AAA recommended Hickey's Automotive & Towing. I was greeted at Hickey's without delay and was immediately helped. My Mom & I were traveling home & had a wheel bearing issue. Had to stop for the night. A different garage was suggested & when they couldn t accommodate us, they referred us to Hickey s. From the moment we arrived, we were wonderfully taken care of. Kay was kind enough to share her knowledge of Bedford and the welcoming businesses we could visit in town while waiting for the repairs to be completed. Everyone we met in this scenic place was eager to share stories and welcomed us like family. Thank you for making what started as a concerning situation into a much-needed charming morning. The guys had us back on the road in the afternoon and we made it to NW Indiana safe & sound that night. Can t wait to come back for a visit. Thank you so much for the quick service & for sharing your friends with us.

Was driving through from Virginia to Michigan. My car started making a squeaking noise. These guys were great. They diagnosed my problem quickly knowing I was on the road. My oil idiot light was also on and they all noticed and checked oil also( it was fine). Fixed my car and had me on the road in a few hours and I thought the price was good too. By the way, I am a woman who was driving alone. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys...was in Michigan by midnight, safe and sound.

I needed a tow coming home fir my daughter in law n son late on a weekend night. He came in a reasonable time. Good job getting car on flatbed and very reliable bringing their car 90 miles. Thank you for your help and professional support!

I had a tire blowout on the PA turnpike late in the day on Friday. Hickey s tried to find a tire to help me get to my destination and helped me remove the damaged tire. Excellent service- they went out of their way to help me out.

I am very thankful for the service I received at Hickeys!! I had a flat tire on I-99 and they were there quickly. Service was excellent!! They put plugs in the holes in my tire and away I went!! I will definitely be going back there!! Thank you guys for squeezing me!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Had an issue with the vehicle right before Turnpike entrance. Pulled over searched for local garages near me and I called Hickeys to see if they could check it out. He said bring it over. After finishing up what was in the bay they took off front tire and found a bad wheel bearing that needed repaired and bad front brake pads. They called around found 1 part available (high priced parts supplier) BUT Hickeys fixed the Caddy and got me on my way without an appointment. Very nice and professional people. Thank you for making room to fit me in .

Definitely a five star business - Hickeys took great care of us this week when we broke down three hours from home with a van full of kids. He took a look at the car right away, ordered the parts we needed, and even dropped us off safely at a hotel for the night. Great mechanic and a great guy.

Very good and quick repairs but customer service requires more friendliness. SHOCKED TO SEE EVERYONE FROM THE WORKERS TO CUSTOMERS WAS NOT WEARING A MASK DURING COVID-19!! Also, the mechanic installed a wrong part and the car broke down again after 3 months later. The same issue!

Thank you, Hickey s! We were traveling to the beach from Pittsburgh and needed some quick diagnostic and repair work done. They fit us in right away and fixed the problem quickly so that we were back on the road within the hour! Price was very fair, too. Traveling from out of state and hit a deer on the highway. Everyone very supportive while checking if my car was drivable, it was not. They drove me to a rental agency and towed my car to nearby auto body shop.

This place.is outrageously priced, wanted over 100 dollars to fix a valve stem on a tire. Even charged me an outra3amount to rotate the tires
