Just took my car here last week for an oil change and my car just started tapping and I got to check my oil and there is none!!! I'll be making a call first thing tomorrow!!!!

Took my car up there to have my oil changed and they put old oil back in my car and my filter was never charged. Took my car to Thomas Chevrolet to have it checked and they said it was never done the oil was old and filter was the same one they marked when I got the car.!.!.!

These scumbags changed my oil as I was driving home to Oklahoma from New York. No leaks on the car prior. Got here and was leaking like crazy. They reused the old washer on the drain plug bolt, and rounded the plug off using an impact (YOU DON'T USE AN IMPACT ON DRAIN PLUG BOLTS, YOU CLOWNS). The oil filter is so tight it will not budge from an oil filter wrench, nor slamming a screwdriver through it and trying it that way. YOU DO NOT TIGHTEN FILTERS THAT TIGHT! Jesus, these guys are AMATEURS. I should have just done it myself, at least it would have been done right! Also tried to claim it took 6 quarts of oil, which is what they charged me for- show me a 2011 four banger Subaru on the planet that takes that much oil. This one sure doesn't. I'd demand a refund except we all know how that will turn out.You'd be better off taking your car to Jiffy Lube than these clowns.

In and out very quickly. Liked not having to get out of the car.. there is a guy underneath and one at the top of the car. The employees were all very polite and friendly. The price is extremely reasonable. I definitely will return when I need oil changed again. I recommend anyone who is in need of a quick, inexpensive oil change, this is definitely where to go...

Never a problem except now you stay in your car. You have to reset your oil change button if you have one yourself. Would be nice if they reminded you

This is my choice for Oil changes. They get it done and on your way.This is a local small business that I like supporting.I highly recommend Checkered Flag Oil Change!

They changed my oil in 10 minutes. I had my 3 year old son with me and they where done before I even knew it. Not sure why the bad reviews. They clearly state their hours and in this small town most places close at 5-6 anyway. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a quick oil change. The only fault is 32.99 is a little pricey but your paying for instant service so it is surely worth it when you have a 3 year old with you.

We came for an oil change while on a road trip. Service was extremely fast. They do charge an extra 4% if you pay with a credit card.

Easy to find and get to. They are super quick and not overly busy. Usually spend between 10 and 15 mins there if that. There oil changes aren't overly expensive either. The staff is always been friendly. There is a waiting room with chairs and a tv. I wouldn't get to comfortable though because you will be in and out. They do take checks and all types of credit cards. Would recommend to anyone that needs an oil change. They also have Lucas products there to. They do a few other services to. This place is not a mechanical shop though.

Quick to change oil. Better place for older models or doesn't need synthetic. I use high mileage synthetic. Person on phone tried to tell me that high mileage synthetic doesn't exist...at all. You can buy it at Walmart for less then 20 a jug. Also wanted to charge me almost 70 to change oil for non high mileage synthetic.If you are tight on time and have a vehicle that doesn't need high mileage synthetic go here. If not just do it yourself or go someplace else.

Went in for oil change on my diesel dually it was quick and they checked/topped off all fluids and aired up all tires. I was surprised with the service. I will go again when in town

No frills! Just lube oil filter. No light ,tire air or anything extra not sure the air filter was checked. Oil change was done!

Would not recommend. I got full service oil change and paid extra to get vacuum out and they didnt vacuum out. Do not waste your money getting oil changed here.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! PERFECT RUNNING VEHICLE UNTIL I GOT OIL CHANGED AND NOW HAVING ENGINE PROBLEMS. TALKED ME INTO GETTING MOST EXPENSIVE OIL SAYING IT WAS BETTER FOR THE VEHICLE WHICH WAS SYNTHETIC OIL. ANY OIL PLACE WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SYNTHETIC UNLESS IT'S BEEN USED PREVIOUSLY THEY ARE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT HONEST PEOPLE AT ALL!!! After I went back to discuss the issue HOURS later they were very rude and called me a liar.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.. TOOK NEXT VEHICLE TO R&N TIRE WHERE THE SERVICE IS AMAZING AND THEY TELL YOU SYNTHETIC IS NOT TO BE USED UNLESS IT'S BEEN USED PREVIOUSLY AND UR VEHICLE HAS LOW MILES.. STAY AWAY FROM CHECKERED FLAG!!!!!!!
