I cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Baker s! My husband had deer damage late this summer and they did an incredible job repairing his truck and also gave it back clean as a whistle! I unfortunately hit a deer in a brand new car and there was no question who we wanted to do the repairs! They did an amazing job and got it in quicker than expected! It was also freshly cleaned when I picked it up! Everyone was so nice and helpful through the process and we are so happy with the entire experience! Definitely recommend to anyone needing body work!

I first learned of Baker s after my husband passed away unexpectedly and I was left to handle all things related to our cars. I had two dear friends who were already happy customers of theirs and suggested Baker s to me after I hit a deer and was so upset! From the moment I called and walked through their door I felt relief and gratitude to be greeted by such a wonderful staff and actually the owner Les, himself! When I realized they did mechanical work as well as body work, there was no turning back for me! From the kindness at the front counter, to their experienced technicians who take care of my car with oil changes, inspections, new tires, and towing service, it was such a comfort to know Baker s was there for me! By the way, their body work made my car look brand new once again as if it had never met a deer! I have been with Baker s over 17 years now and I couldn t be more satisfied with their work and support in every way! They have been such a blessing to me and their staff feels like family to me! I am grateful to know my car is in their hands, but more than that, I know whatever question or help I have or need, Baker s Body Shop has all of my answers with a smile and readiness to help! I couldn t ask for more!

My family and I are from out of state and were involved in a crash. I contacted the staff at Baker's Body Center and immediately felt very assured that they were going to take care of the damage to my vehicle. The staff promptly picked up my vehicle and within a very short time period contacted me to discuss what repairs were needed. They did an excellent job working with my insurance company and consistently updated me on the progress. I have worked with repair shops in the past and can say that the staff at Baker's goes above and beyond. The quality of the work and professionalism are superior. I will certainly have them do any work on my vehicles when I travel to the area!

Their work was excellent as usual. I have had to have my car repaired there after a few deer accidents. They fix your care right and always make sure you are satisfied. Good people there!

Baker's, to me does 5 star work. They're competitive in their prices and some of the kindest people I've ever dealt with. The work they did on my vehicle was excellent. I never write reviews but in this case I had to make an exception. They deserve the praise I give them because they're the whole package of what to look for with someone you can trust. Wish all businesses would follow.

Baker's Body Center was wonderful to deal with. They made it very convenient for me as a customer. Also, the damages were finished within the time frame they told me. They also detailed my truck on the inside and out, which was a super bonus. Thanks for everything and the professionalism.

100% satisfaction guaranteed with Baker's. After I hit a deer, I brought my truck to their body shop and I'm glad I did. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I was notified about every update during the process of my vehicle repairs. Very quick to repair my vehicle, yet done with complete care and focus to make the vehicle look as it did before I brought it in. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Thank you to the staff for all of your help. From the financial work to the body work. It was great service!!

Great job. Although many other jobs at location before my deer incident, the crew were able to finish before their estimated date. Perfect paint match,new car finish, updated at each step. True customer care and service which is missing in many other companies today. Appreciated professional conduct, care and attention to detail and safety in repairs. Hope not to need services soon, or ever but, if I do, nice to know Baker's is here. God bless Baker's and staff.

I am always very pleased with the work that Baker's Body Shop does on my vehicles. Top quality job; I never hesitate to call them when I need work done, because they always give 100% and is not afraid to go the extra mile on each claim that I've had. The staff there is really very nice, polite and very helpful. Thank you Baker's Body Shop.

I thought the price was just a little steep but as long as my brakes work fine that was okay. And they did work good at first but now I have to pump them to get them to work. After spending all that money I shouldn't have to go through this. They put everything new on the back brakes and I put a new master cylinder right before they worked on it. I don't think the brakes were bled properly.

Been taking my vehicles to Baker's for years now and I never have a complaint about the work they do. This time I had to wait 3 months before they could fix my truck but it was worth the wait. Very happy with the job they did. Thanks everyone for your hard work and great work!!!!!

Baker's Body Center is top-shelf & first class all the way around in my book. Originally, they were recommended to me by a trusted mechanic friend of mine for state inspection when we moved here. And, since then, they have exceeded all my expectations at each and every turn. Their facility is very nice, too. A+++

I work for the umbrella company that owns this place so naturally I take my vehicle there to get repaired... they have a great team that will get you in and out quickly with quality work... definite go to in the Bedford and surrounding areas...

Bad choice. Paint was ok but car parts were put back together very poorly. They did this twice to us. Never going back. We go to Barnes Body Shop now or Thomas Chevrolet Body Shop. Either one treats you great.!!!!!!!

This company is border line criminal charged over $400 for an 8 mile tow then tried to act like they were doing us favors. Wouldn't send my worst ememy to them.
