Bought a brand new Hustler Zero Turn. Rich was exceptional and provided great customer service. There was no high pressure sales tactics used and Rich answered all my question. When the mower came in he help me load it on the trailer and went through all the details. Top notch service!

Terrible dealer with unfriendly employees. I went there to test drive and hopefully buy a Wright zero turn mower. I had an appointment and was there on time. Well turns out the sales guy was on the phone so i walked around looking at all the brand new mowers for about 20 minutes. In that time not one person bothered to help me! Irritated, i left and went to Steve's Mower shop in Pottstown that same evening and ended up buying a Toro. So glad i did, that Toro 4000 is a very good mower, better than my old Lazer Z. Also i was lied to more than once during a time when they didnt know what was wrong with my Lazer Z. Good riddance!

Carried in a small tire and clean rim. To mount. 5 minute job and charged $35. This is mower sup. Not a law office! $400 an hour?

Service and the salesman were quick and very helpful getting our generator ready for use during an active power outage. Thank you!

Service is ridiculously expensive. Charged over $500 in 5 hours of labor (I m not sure how it even took that long to remove a couple of parts). I d look elsewhere for repairs. Quote to replace engine was $800 more than it was actually done for elsewhere. Lesson learned

I took my riding mower in last week. They called me the next day with a quote for $409 to make the repairs and I told them I would get back to them and to not proceed. Two days go by, I call this past Friday, no answer. I call Monday, no answer. I call today, no answer. I went to pick up my tractor today and they told me they went ahead and did the work I did not authorize. This is not normal business practice and it felt clearly like a case of consumer entrapment. I would have happily paid $60 to diagnose the issues for their time. However when I got there I had no other choice but to pay the $409 bill. Worst part is there was no apologies for the miss communication. The service manager had the opportunity to take the blame for neglecting a follow-up call to confirm the job. As a service manager this hourly rate charge of $300 could have at least been docked either off the team or the specific if mechanic that did not clearly communicate. Instead I was greeted like I was trying to get away with a discount . This is not the case and as a result I am writing this review to inform ANYONE that takes their machines here to either have written confirmation before proceeding because they will trap you on an unwarranted bill. Since the service manager was so dismissive of this situation all I have is a negative review to display as I know I was just burned $409 but this review should be thoroughly regarded for any new customers. Consumer beware, communicate clearly, and don t expect any apologies.

I have been shopping there for years but the service has gone down under the new ownership. They no longer service some of the items that I have purchased there which is the only reason to go to a smaller higher-end, full service, sales and service Company. My repair person told me that I was making a reasonable request but that it would need to be approved by the owner. The owner called me and told me that I was trying to scam him. That was the final straw. I will never be back. The new owner are dismissive and insulting. I will find a vendor that stands behind their products. I was told that I purchased my products under the old owners a couple of years ago and that they are not obligated to service them. I was shocked.

Closed last Saturday 8/5. That morning I called many times because they were supposed to be open. I figured they were just so busy they couldn't take my call so I drove 20 miles because I needed a part very badly. I also checked the website and everything said they were open. When I finally got there a sign was hung on the door stating they would be closed due to an employee that had died. The parking lot was full of angry landscapers like me who had driven very far because they thought it was open.I just wish they would have said something about being closed on the answering machine or website so I didn't waste the time or gas that day for nothing. But I do understand that Passmore had an unfortunate and sad death of one of their own. I do feel empathetic in light of the circumstances.

The true sign of a good company is a call back. I bought a $8,500 mower from passmore last year and they can t even call me back it s been days I have been leaving messages and no call back. Totally unacceptable what happened to this place

I went there to get information about a Walker mower and was greeted by an older gentleman with limp. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions so that I could make an informed decision.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were absolutely no help. It took them 4 weeks just to look at my mower that is only 2 years old. Said it needed a completely new motor. That will cost more than the mower is worth. They then forced me to pay a fee about a hundred dollars just to pick up my broken mower. Do not do business with these people, after getting home and inspecting the mower myself, they did not even put my mower back together properly. i called them to inform them of this and they told me that they don't usually put the mowers back together if they were not repaired. how can anyone be doing buisiness like this?

I went in to get a new head for my trimmer. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They had the part and installed it for me in about 5 minutes. After pulling my account up, Rich called me by name the whole time making the experience very pleasurable and personal. Only place I will go. Thanks for the great service.

I ve bought most of my lawn equipment here for 2 properties. Their service team is top notch. Always very helpful when I ve run into issues with anything. Their service manager has even taken the time on multiple occasions to help me trouble shoot issues. I would recommend Passmore to anyone looking for lawn equipment or having their equipment serviced.

Worked with Rich in sales. Very knowledgeable and open my eyes to other products that I didn t know about. I had the opportunity to try various mowers on site, and even tested each one on a steep hill behind the building. Delivery was scheduled next day. Outstanding experience!!!

Brent and the parts staff were very helpful and understanding when I was trying to replace an ignition system in a chainsaw that I purchased at Passmore several years ago. The part had changed style and fit was questionable so they installed the item for me free of charge to make sure it was the correct replacement.

Man I used to love this place. I went in today to get a fuel pump for a small engine. While the guy was spending time in the back, because he had issues finding the part, Ifound it on my phone in a few seconds. I found it for $10 and free one day shipping. The employee came back to the front and said he had it, but he would have to order it. I asked for the part number. He replied with, "Oh really for what you're going to order it online, seriously?" I would understand if I went in to the shop with the intent of never purchasing, but the truth is I would've bought it if they had it in stock for $45. I have a business and spends thousands here. Somethings can't wait a week or two, including a lengthy drive to pickup a part I could have the next day for less than 25% of the cost. This place has absolutely no right to demand I buy my parts from there or try and guilt me for making a better decision for my business. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional experience I had at this shop today.

I drive past other similar shops to go here for sales and service. They know what you they're doing and have fair prices. Nice to know that professionals, not kids, are working on my stuff. Bought a "high-end" quality Exmark here because of their knowledge and support.

Called them about my Generator I was having problems with. They explained different things it could be. And walked me thru different steps I could take to check the problem . It worked and was running like new again. I've taken different equipment there to have repaired and they always do a great job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for quality work.

I had parts ordered for my simplicity tractor. They called me to tell me the parts were in and I could pick them up. Since I didn't get my mower serviced yet this year, I asked how long it would take to install the parts and service my mower. Al told me 7 to 10 days. I typically don't get my mower serviced during mowing season, but I figured I would give them some business. I called them for an update after 8 days of having my mower and was told they haven't looked at it yet!! Al told me he would have it worked on Monday the following week. I called once again on Tuesday for an update. They said they are waiting on parts! I asked what parts? The gentleman said that the mechanic is out to lunch and will call me back. It's now Friday evening and no return call. Terrible customer service!

I have purchased several pieces of equipment from Passmore over the years. Mowers, trimmers, blowers, and attachments. All of the equipment has been of great quality and if I have had any issues, Passmore s staff has quickly helped fix it right away. They are professional and knowledgeable, helping me be able to help make the right decision on what to buy. Even during this last crazy year or so of COVID they have found ways to continue to stay open and be there for service, parts, and advice as needed. Thank you!

I hate giving this review. Over the years the staff at Passmore has been friendly and helpful. Not today. This review is about the new parts boy working the parts counter who was to lazy to do anything but puff his chest out while clicking the keyboard. He doesn t know his job or how to critically think. 12 noon, May 23, 2022. I walked in, up to the counter & stated I needed a 38 engine/trans belt for my Dixie Chopper. Twin engine. He says, He needs the model number. I gave him this straight off my mower deck .he says that s not it. I asked Can t you just measure old school? He says No, I need the number to cross reference. I said it s a 38 belt, I ve bought them at TSC. He says, have you bought one of ours? They re different. I asked, Does a tape measure read differently in different stores? He says again he needs the Model Numbers. I said you have the belt diagram right off the mower showing the numbers and the models showing all the same. He then says if you bring the old belt in they can measure it to see what size belt it is. I said the belt will measure 38 so we re back where we started. I need a 38 belt. He puffed his chest out stared at me with angry silence then asked me to leave.I was an auto tech at 16 years of age working for Williams Pontiac in Boyertown. I now run my own construction company. I don t have time for the forced willful ignorance this new guy displayed. Worst part about it is my Dixie was regularly serviced by Passmore for many years before I found it listed for sale on their website. Jr behind the counter showed no interest in that information.TSC in Boyertown did not have the belt but a call into TSC Harleysville proved fruitful and the ladies there set them aside for me I was able to pick the belts up and get to the new job site with just enough time to pour footers for the new build. The belts fit nicely.
