Having your vehicle break down is very stressful. Anytime I take it to Chucks he makes the experience more manageable and treats you like family. Great prices, and super friendly staff all around. Thank you for all that you do!

Chuck's always takes amazing care of all vehicles in the family. Honest, reasonable and the turn around time is great. I do recommend booking ahead of time as they do get busy at times. We will gladly be back!

First time with this organization, heard good things and they didn't disappoint. Installed 4 tires, charged a competitive rate, and did a good job. It took a while to find an open day to schedule this but that's a sign that they're busy. When I dropped off my truck, they called me to keep me informed and had the job done before lunchtime.Very friendly and professional, will definitely use them again in the future. Wish I'd known beforehand that they offer other services such as oil changes. In this region there are a lot of great shops, Chuck Smith's is one of them. Love my Pirellis that they installed and both my wife and I will be bringing more business to them down the line!Service: Tires

Had a pleasant experience from start to finish with this business and I didn t even meet anyone face to face bc of where I lived.Needed an older trailer I purchased in the area fixed up (wheel bearings & tires) there were outside issues that came about but they were very understanding and helpful throughout the process. I know it was probably a headache on both ends but I appreciated their patience and kindness. The receptionist and Chuck were very kind.Thank you !Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My family and I just moved to Bechtelsville. I needed assistance on my car, and meeting everyone at Chuck's was a pleasure. Everyone was so welcoming, and they explain every you need to know about your car. I PROMISE you will NEVER have a BAD EXPERIENCE. I have over 30 years in the automotive aftermarket in both parts and service. I have performed my own repairs since I was a teenager. I have a full repair shop at home however at 64 I'm a little less motivated. I discovered Chuck Smith a few years ago when I had tires sent from Tire Rack. I would trust Chuck with any repairs. I have found them to be honest and they do quality work. I highly recommend them.

Full time trailer travelers staying at local campground. Picked Chuck s because it was close. Sent email last night and promptly this morning Chuck called and offered a 10:00 am appointment. I drove to his shop after dropping off wife at laundromat. At the shop we discussed the best oil for my 2015 Ram and handed him the fob. I sat down in a large lounge area where I watched the Today Show and read Woodshop magazines. Two quick mags later he said You re ready. The bill was quite reasonable and the service quick. There were a couple of other men waiting for their vehicles and a sweet dog wondering around hoping to be petted. The entire experience was a joy! Thanks Chuck!Service: Oil change

We switched from Pep Boys to Chuck Smith's and we couldn't be more happy. I never feel like I'm being swindled at Chuck Smith's. They are honest, trustworthy, and have great customer service. We are very happy with Chuck Smith's and highly recommend them!

Chuck's is the best. Great service and reasonable prices. Chuck will always be honest with you. He has worked on a number of our cars over the years and had always tried to save us money.

Have a total of 5 cars in the family and have had about everything you can imagine done (engine replacement, tires, brakes, oil changes, alternator, etc.). Came here from another local shop and the experience here can't be beat. Friendly, fair prices and always on time! I highly recommend Chuck's to anyone.

Chuck is the most down to earth and HONEST person I've ever met in my life. That is hard to find in a mechanic. He has helped me tremendously throughout my days of a VW owner. The first time I brought my new to me car to them, he flat up told me to return it because it's a POS. I Sincerely appreciate everything he has done for me. This is the only place I take my cars.
