I went to the dealership for new tires. When I spoke with the service manager, he walked me through the process of what I wanted and needed for my tires, and they were able to get me in the next day. I also spoke with the owner, and he said that the dealership has competitive tire prices, and they certainly do! After the entire service, I showed my father, a former mechanic, all that Crivelli did for me, and he was thoroughly impressed with everything!

I came in for an oil change and to have service look and repair the roof panel on my 2023 Corvette (under manufacturer s warranty). The roof still whistles at speeds over 65 mph. I m bringing it back on Monday to have it serviced. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star.

The salesmen (Jim and George) were extremely helpful and extremely nice! They were very knowledgeable and helped made the process extremely easy! Joe the business manager was very personable and very helpful. He explained everything we needed to know! I would highly recommend!

George and Joe made the process as simple as it could be when buying a vehicle and signing all the paperwork. They were phenomenal to work with and answered the many questions I had while always treating me with the utmost respect and friendliness. Will definitely recommend them to others!

Very disappointed at my short experience here. The service writer I had was very short with me and belittled me. He said my repairs on my vehicle were going to be declined by my warranty because I was abusing my truck, which I was not. I was quoted a very long wait time for parts, which I understand could be very possible with the GM strike. I dropped my truck off and gave them my warranty paper work and my spare set of keys. I went back and grabbed my registration card and came back and my keys were no longer on the counter. I mentioned it to them and no attempt was made to find my keys so I gave them my other set of keys. I spoke with my warranty company about everything and they consulted me to take my truck somewhere else. When I picked my truck up I asked them if they found my keys and again no attempt was made I was just told no. I don't appreciate dropping my truck off just to have a 400$ set of keys go missing with absolutely zero help or any attempt at a resolution. It just seemed they had no intention of helping me with any parts of the whole situation. I did find another dealer that had all the parts in stock and they were more than happy to take my truck immediately for repairs and offered me as much help as necessary to get me back on the road.

Everyone was very helpful in the leasing of my new vehicle. They all went above and beyond to help me with the paperwork and installing My Chevrolet app. I m computer illiterate so I really appreciated them. My recent car buying experience at Nick Crivelli Chevrolet was by far the most pleasant experience I've had in my decades of purchasing vehicles! Eric McMurdy helped us thru the entire purchasing process and is exceptional at everything he does.From start to finish, Eric was there to help, answer any questions, or just to offer his knowledge. Eric was absolutely one of the stars in our experience!When I stopped by the dealer to finalize the paperwork, I was assisted by Jim Hanshaw. Jim was also exceptional! He already everything filled out for us, ready to go, to make our purchase that much easier. The signing was quick, easy and I was on the road in my new C8 Corvette in less time than I've ever experienced!Hats off to both Eric and Jim, you've exemplified what a perfect car buying experience should be!

Prices are higher than any Chevy dealer for automobiles trucks repair and parts are all more than other Chevy dealers. Kept my truck for a week and didn t even move it from the spot I parked it!

I take my 13 Chevy Volt here for service and have always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff and technicians. It's very convenient to schedule appointments online and to be able to pick up vehicles later in the evening since administrative staff stays later in the evenings.For my most recent service, I left my car there all day and was delighted that they had charged the battery as well.

Nick Crivelli Chevrolet provides excellent service. The information they provided during discussions on the trade-in of my 2020 Equinox for a 2023 Equinox was reliable and transparent. Nick Crivelli, Jim Hanshaw, and George Crivelli treated me cordially, answered all my questions, and made it clear that they would be available after the purchase of my new Equinox to answer additional questions I may have. They made clear that they would also be available to service my car when needed. Overall, Nick Crivelli Chevrolet demonstrates trustworthiness and reliability.

From the top to the bottom, this place is full of liars. Our car has been in their shop for 6 weeks to fix what should have taken 2 weeks. Instead of doing the job they ve been paid for they make excuses and blame covid. I spoke with a higher up after a body shop employee laughed at me and he did nothing. Zero accountability from upper management leads to lower level employees who could care less. Go anywhere else!!!!! Just not here.

Just got my oil changed whoever changed it also changed all my radio stations and didn t change them back also never reset my oil reminder light Drivers seat was way back not returned never refilled the washer fluid so I did check the oil it was changed however I looked at the oil filter cap and wondered if he or she even put a new filter in ?? I ve been a mechanic for 35 years held a class 4 license from Pa also emissions held 7 ASE certifications alway been satisfied with your dealer ship mabe that boy or girl was in a hurry??

Had my car there because the transmission went without even 10,000 miles. Took over a week to get a car to even use. My car was there weeks and someone hit my car their now have to get that fixed now.

wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Their knowledgeable and courteous staff always keeps me informed of service issues and any future needs that may need addressed. James and Tommy run a tight ship. They have a crew with a lot of experience and knowledge under their belt and I recommend Nick Crivelli Chevrolet for any service needs as well as anyone looking for a new car or certified preowned car purchase.

I called Crivelli Chevy as my engine light was on. They asked if it was flashing or solid. It was solid. I made an appointment and went to the shop. They took my Cruz into the shop and started their diagnostic program while I went to the customer lounge and watched a boring soap opera. In about an hours time my car was finished. They had to re program 2 parts of my computer. I signed the work orders I guess, and there was no charge.While I was there I saw the man (Eric) who sold me my car and he remembered who I was. We talked a bit and he got a new customer. I liked everything about Crivelli, friendly people, answer questions about your new and treat you like a person, not a customer. My wife had previously purchased her car there, and we had no complaints. I will go there to buy by next car as well, but it may be for my wife. Have to take care of the wife ;)

I called for a state inspection and my first oil change for my Chevrolet Spark. They said to just bring it in and they started on the car immediately. Everything was completed expeditiously and the people involved were very knowledgeable and efficient. This is my first Chevrolet and I am very impressed with the car and service!!!!!! Everyone working there were friendly and gracious.

We sent our Honda Pilot here for body work at the recommendation of our insurance company and we were very happy with the service. The repairs were done quickly and I was extremely pleased with the work done. My only disappointment is that the factory paintwork on the rest of the car does not look nearly as nice as the work done by the body shop.
