Excellent dealership! They are professional and customer oriented. We went for service for our Ram Promaster RV. They diagnosed a problem that another dealership could not. Kyle in service is an excellent mechanic and overall great guy. I highly recommend them.

Was in for service, we were greeted with in a minute, are vehicle was serviced, preventative maintenance performed in a timely manner. Our vehicle is in need of tires so we are going to take advantage of the Dodge tire program for next month with the buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar program next month. We are very pleased with the service recommendations for tires as they could have sold us tires right there and then but explained to tire promotion for next month and we will be saving almost $200.00 when we install tires so Beaver Motors putting the customer first will keep us coming back for service and future new car purchase. Kudos Beaver Motors!

I recently purchased a new 2022 Ram Pro Master Roadtrek Zion SRT From Beaver Motors. My experience from the sales perspective, to the prep of the RV, to the instructions of how to operate, to troubleshooting a few issues has been stellar! Keegan Ritter was exceptional to work with during this process. No question was silly. No concern was disregarded. He was very knowledgeable and supportive as I worked through the decision-making process to purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Keegan s attention to details, support after the sale and delivery are great examples of why Beaver Motors is so highly recommended by Roadtrek enthusiasts!

I cannot speak highly enough of Beaver Motors. I drove 12 hours to get work done on my class B RV, and I would do it again. They are consummate professionals who know their stuff! They understand the intricacies of Hymer and Roadtrek better than anyone. They provided excellent customer service from start to finish and more importantly for anyone who's gotten work done on their RV... they do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it. It took me 50 years to discover a truly exceptional vehicle service provider, and Beaver Motors is definitely that organization. As the owner of a Roadtrek class B RV upfitted on a Ram Promaster 3500, I was fortunate to have found Beaver Motors since they can maintain both the RV and automotive components. Nick Gentile, his crew, and everyone I encountered at Beaver Motors was friendly, attentive, effective, and fair. Despite having to travel 8 hours to get to Beaver Springs, PA, I will happily make the trip again when my van needs service in the future.

I want to give a mega-shoutout to Beaver Motors & RV and Nick in the Service Department! We were in VT when we had a major failure of our Roadtrek Zion onboard lithium batteries. I had read many positive comments about Beaver Motors and Nick on the Facebook Zion site, so I called and spoke with Nick on Friday (8/24). We headed to PA and Nick worked us in on Monday and Tuesday (8/28 & 29) and late morning 8/29 we were back on the road. Everyone we interacted with at Beaver Motors was professional and helpful. My husband and I are most grateful for Nick and the whole Service Department. If you had not come through for us our two month trip would have been over! Thank you!!!

We had 2 lithium and 1 age replaced in our Dodge promaster Hymer Cardio Axion about a month ago. Also we had a ac removed and replaced by a max I air fan and our Aldi fluid changed. Beaver has a huge RV garage and very sharp, knowledgable staff. Their waiting area was very comfortable. I highly recommend them. Definitely a 5 star operation. They also have a fantastic number of stock promaster's on the lot and would probably be an excellent place for Dodge promaster service

Although I did NOT purchase a Roadtrek RV from Beaver Motors, it was not because of any failings on their end. We visited a couple of times (from 4 hours away) and were always treated professionally, courteously and with lots of patience! In short, it was an excellent experience. Unfortunately, in the end, the vehicle(s) we looked at weren't right for us so we did not make an offer. However, I would certainly not hesitate to do business with them if our circumstances were different. We worked with Joe. He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I also appreciated the relaxed, low keep sales philosophy.Thanks to all at this Dealership!

A few weeks ago I bought a pickup truck from Beaver motors. I went there because they had the particular version of the vehicle I was looking for. The service was excellent. The price I got was very competitive. Unlike other car dealers I was not put under any pressure to buy the vehicle. The salesman was very objective answering all my questions.Last week, I had a small problem with the truck and one of the salesmen (Keegan) was very helpful. He helped me out remotely so I did not have to visit the dealership to get my problem solved! Fantastic service.

My wife and I have owned our Hymer Class B for 3 years now and last month brought it to Beaver Motors for our first visit. Nick and co-workers were the absolute best and I mean that. One thing that I think lacks at many companies today it actual "pride" in what workers do. I find at most service companies today, the employee is pushed to just get the job done quickly and efficiently and move on. At Beaver, they get to know you, they are willing to teach you about your rig and its workings and most important, they treat your rig like they own it. Case in point was the location of a new controller, easiest location was a cabinet which I hated because of the thought of lost storage space but reluctantly agreed. To my surprise, they were able to figure out a different and much better location with no loss of storage space. I drove 8 hours for this two day service and enjoyed their hospitality and service and will be there again and again. I even met another owner from MA (same 8 hour drive) that has been going to Beaver for years. Search the forums if you have a Hymer or Roadtrek and you will see the rave and well earned reviews. If you are on the east coast, this is your place!

Drove seven hours to have Nick & Greg look over my class B RV which wasn't charging the coach batteries from the second alternator. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it fast, and also, while the van was on the lift they agreed to install a drain for the fresh water tank (my coach builder didn't install one). These guys are the best! A really nice waiting area, and Keegan, the sales guy, showed us a couple of vans in the meantime (we liked the Roadtrek Slumber). Everyone at this place is super helpful. Will gladly make the trip out again if something goes wrong with my van. Don't make the mistake of not visiting the little grocery across the road: you would not believe the donuts there--fresh and delicious. And they have fresh milk from Reedsville Creamery (have to give them a review too) delivered that is out of this world: root-beer flavored milk (just like a root-beer float...no joke), the best chocolate milk I've ever had, Cookies & Cream and various other flavors. Just go there, you won't be sorry.

It's hard as a class b owner to find a dealership qualified to work on both the chasis and the rv aspects of a promaster van. They were very honest and straight. I feel fortunate to have found BMI.

We absolutely love Beaver Motors. Drove up 2 hours from Baltimore to service our Class B Carado Banff RV. They rewired and programmed the deficient battery system , modified the (silly) black water discharge , millwork upgrades and they discovered some minor repairs that my Baltimore Dodge dealer missed. Ask for Nick. Incredibly knowledgeable, wonderful customer service and I have to say all of the charges for the mods were less than I thought. Impressive facilities and everyone that we encountered was friendly snd helpful. We still can t say enough about Nick. He s on top of his game and can t help you enough.Our long story is that our car had a break problem 10 minutes outside of picking up our RV. Guess who ordered the part, repaired our car and had us on our way in 2.5 hours. How can you not endorse Beaver Motors!

I went way out of my way to have recall work and some other work done on my RoadTrek RV because of the stellar reputation for this place. The reputation is well-deserved. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service. Nick, Greg and everyone else are great.

After dealing with multiple other dealerships in the past who have left us with horror stories. Beaver Motors was a breath of fresh air! The entire team was friendly and our salesman Anthony took the time and showed us everything we needed to know about our new truck! We will absolutely be back in the future!

All was ok until I purchased my new vehicle.. I have had a few issue and tried numerous attempts to have them addressed and no one can return a phone call or text. Then the following week after I told "the owner" I was already approved for my loan through the bank and told him NOT to run my credit I received a credit approval letter in the mail!

Beaver Motors is the only place I bring my 3 cars to. After visiting many different mechanic shops over the years the search for a reputable business that knows what its doing is over. Not only do they use quality parts when fixing your car the mechanics are knowledgeable and the customer service is the icing on the cake. Cecilia is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. This is where I am getting my next car for sure!

I had a very positive experience at Beaver Motors in Beaver Springs PA. They were knowledgeable and fair and fast. They are especially knowledgeable with the electrical system for my Roadtrek RS. I would highly recommend them. Ask for Nick.

Super disappointed. My first interaction with Beaver Motors for service, and I definitely will never be back for this or any other purpose.I made an appointment for a transmission service that they recommended, after (rightfully, I realize) steering me away from the transmission flush I had originally requested. Took my vehicle in the evening before, and received a call mid-morning the next day that I shouldn't have my transmission serviced, as I don't need it for many more miles (though they were aware of my mileage when I originally called, and recommended the transmission service BECAUSE of my mileage, AND my owner's manual supports the need for a transmission service at/around my current mileage). I had also already told them the issue that I was experiencing while the car was shifting, causing me to inquire about flush/service/something for my transmission. They flat out refused to do the service-one that would do no harm to be done regardless of whether or not they deemed it "necessary" and the very same one which THEY recommended to ME. They instead test drove my vehicle and "couldn't duplicate" my issue, and then hooked it up for diagnostics and found that it wasn't throwing any codes-end charge ~$40. While I'm thankful I didn't have any glaring issues with my transmission (though still having the same problem while driving), all of this was exacerbated by the fact that the woman at the service desk argued with me about what kind of transmission I have, instead telling me what type of engine I have. I've heard that this dealership will find SOMETHING to charge, even when there's supposedly nothing wrong, and this experience definitely supports that. I plan to take any further work to either Frey Motors in Lewistown or Aubrey Alexander in Selinsgrove, both of whom have proven wonderful to work with for both service and sales. The convenience of Beaver Motors's location is far from worth the frustration of dealing with them.

Highly recommend family oriented business.I drove up from South Florida to have my Hymer Aktiv serviced, and would gladly drive up again. Nick and the entire crew are amazing. I felt like part if the family. Everything on my long list was completed correctly. No pressure and Nothing unnecessary was done.

Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself future painful headaches and come here instead of large RV franchises! We diligently did our research and after 5 requested INVOICE PRICING (white forms) from Camping World, Gander RV, and a few others, We honestly thought that we had to come in strong and put up a fight and as YouTube stated, " walk out if you have to."flabbergasted!!! NO EXTRA FREIGHT FEES, NO EXTRA DEALER PREP FEES, NO EXTRA DEALERSHIP FEES.------HONEST, HONEST, HONEST!They gave us a complete walkthrough as an introduction; spent ample generous and detailed time with us explaining the whole process, and this was before the purchase. They explained that after the purchase we would come in and spend the night(camp over) in the RV and test everything. After, we would take it and go camping close by for a few days and test it. If anything went wrong they want us to bring it back before our BIG TRIP TO MISSISIPPI. WHY? You may ask. It's " The New Motorhome Shaking Process." When you buy a motorhome that has been sitting in a lot or dealer and take it out it goes through a shaking process while you drive and all your tanks are full. And, guess what, things fall apart or things happen.We will always come back to get serviced here because it's a small Dad and Sons establishment with great service and a very well equipped facility that is NOT-- going to take a month or weeks to fix and service your RV. And this is the way you must go to save yourself headaches and troubles and unnecessary expenses in the long run.Highly Recommend and Advice to come a little further to save yourself future aggravations Because an RV is a big investment that needs reliable care.
