Just got our new Kia and love it!Spencer was very helpful, friendly, and patient with us.Our interactions with some of the other staff was a positive experience as well.This was our second time buying a car here BUT our first since Diehl took over and we definitely noticed the difference in customer care and service! I recommend this dealership!

Had a really good experience getting my battery/charging system looked at today. Particularly liked the communication throughout the process, with a personalized video showing the diagnostic inspection. They looked at everything on the vehicle, not just what I brought it in for (which is a good thing in my book). As of right now my truck is behaving as expected.Look, these places are going to have some bad reviews. When anything goes wrong with auto repairs, it's irritating. It's an inherently expensive thing, and there's a lot riding on those repairs being done right. So if the slightest thing is off, people are going to let the company hear it, and they should! But I guess I'm saying, this place is staffed with competent professionals, and I'm pleased with my experience. I'm going to give them a shot when I purchase my two new vehicles in a few months, we'll see how the sales process goes.

Diehl Ford and Kia of Beaver Falls staff have the utmost professionalism, great communication skills and most of all they listened to what I was looking for and helped me with just that. Not pushy at all and they displayed patience. I appreciate the team there and will be recommending friends and family. I will be back for my next car.

So I made an appointment to have a few recalls done on my 2011 fiesta. So one of my recalls was door latches. No issues prior to having recalls done. So I get the call your car is done. So I pick it up no big deal. Mind you this is a spare vehicle so we do not drive it that much. So a week went by and my wife decides to take it to get my daughter from school. When they arrive home my daughter can t get out of car. Door handle doesn t work. So my wife went around and opened up from outside. I call to make an appointment to get door looked at and was told it s the child lock. Didn t know child locks are on front doors? Checked and no child lock. Called back and left several messages. Been weeks and no call back.Decided to take door panel off and fix myself. I had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Someone left cable detached for inner door handle. Communication is key to operating a successful business. I believe In 2nd chances so I will give them another shot if needed. Only reason for a 2 star instead of a 1 is that my driver window was giving me issues since I bought it and someone fixed it. It works as it should now.

So I ordered an XLT last May from Diehl Ford in Beaver Falls (formerly Ron Lewis). I never received any updates from them. I called them several times and they assured me that the order was set and everything was ok. I get a call earlier today that my Maverick is in. They want to know if I still want it. So I go down to the dealer to take a look at it. I had ordered a 24 XLT Azure Grey, AWD. The guy brings the truck over. It's a 24 Cactus Grey Lariat; a full 7 grand more than what I ordered. I ask them where's my truck. I didn't order this. They proceed to tell me that the vehicles they ordered have no names on them and they weren't sure which ones belong to who. Then after looking into it they tell me that they sold mine already mistakenly. Unbelievable! Stay away!Update: So I stopped back into Diehl today to see if they would do anything for me after selling my truck to someone else. They told me they didn't have any Mavericks available and basically told me there was nothing they could do.

The mechanic shop is knowledgeable. However they are overpriced. If you call other ford dealers and compare prices of parts and services the other dealers are cheaper! Service manager claimed that's just how it is and she's very rude!

Update: Just got another piece of mail, and another email. Please stop sending me mail.Have called and asked to have my account removed. No more soliciting calls/emails/mail. Still receiving them months later. Overall I haven't been impressed with their service department, or their management.

Joel and John were the best representatives I have ever experienced. They know their craft and pass along their wisdom to each customer. Those two guys are worth the time and money spent on a Saturday. If they leave, I am also leaving the business.

I bought a f150 new in 2013 and bought the lifetime rust proofing and the bed has huge rust holes in it. I have sent multiple letters and pics to the company for years and never received a reply.

Just wanted to start with saying Spencer is great nothing personal towards him, but the dealership as a whole lack communication or any sense of interest to make a sale on their used cars. Came in to see a car told them give me the final price ( which they never did ) and sold it .

They canceled my appointment because they only had two techs .How can you run a business without enough help?Man I really miss when it use to be Ron Lewis .Better service and never had an issue getting in or out ..

Purchased our new to us Kia Sorento from Spencer, he was wonderful through the whole process and kept us informed. He has been keeping in touch with us with all servicing needs for the vehicle as well. He had great knowledge of each vehicle we looked at and all options available and how they worked. I would highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase.

Evryone is happy about the buying experience here...but noone talks about how bad of an issue servicing is until you get screwed by the companyyou trusted. Been going for years for maintenance when this was Ron Lewis Ford, had tires replaced early 2023 back, then 1x tire got a bubble, fought with them to warranty replace and kept getting run around and had to buy 1x, manager contacted after I left a review mid 2023 and now, same tire type has a faulty Bead and that is either manufacturer or poor installation. I can't believe they would sell me poorly manufactured tires and/or do a poor install job on it. Either way, getting new tires elsewhere as this will undoubtedly continue to happen and will never return to this dealership no matter who owns it, Ron Lewis or Diehl.(Both tires from here had tears in the bead! Thanks Ron Lewis)

Dropped off my explorer at 8:00 for a toe link recall,I called 45 minutes before they close and was told the parts did not come in yet and can I leave it another day,no I need it for work and rescheduled another day, Monday, they called me Friday afternoon to cancel because they were short handed,I lost 2 days of work, I will never use them again.

My family recently visited the new Diehl Kia/Ford of Beaver and had a wonderful experience! The store is beautiful and the staff members were super knowledgeable and kind. My dad ended up purchasing a new Kia Seltos and absolutely loves it! Mike Anderson and his team knew what they are doing and found my dad the best car for his needs! We have already suggested the location to other family and friends!
