I had an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and emissions. I dropped my car off the night before. My car was ready the next day earlier than promised. Very good customer service. They are always very pleasant here.

Brad Snyder helped us find a new lease for a good deal! We love our new rogue! And we appreciate Brad and the dealership! This is our 8th lease in a row and we have always had a great experience and we are always recommending this dealership to our friends and family!

Took my car in for inspection, changing a cabin air filter and engine air filter was quoted at 100, would not waste my money as a monkey could do that for free. Also they told me there were things that didn t pass inspection that passed at another shop. Also the quote for all recommend maintenance was much higher than my first quotes from other shops, would not recommend this dealer for any services unless it s covered under warranty or recall.

Perhaps the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a new car. I would highly recommend!We were able to arrive very quickly at a fair deal on a vehicle and complete the paperwork with zero stress.

Mike was great! Took care of the work I needed on my Altima (inspection, tires, and routine maintenance) and ordered a part for my car (lock actuator - the part arrived, but it will be a couple weeks before I can get it installed!) The staff is always friendly, and accommodating. Thanks!

What I ve observed with the staff of Beaver County Nissan, is that they take good care of their costumers. They treat costumers like family, making us feeling confident that our car is in good hands and that our car is safe for travel. They would always try to see if they could accommodate you ASAP specially if the car is in a bad shape to be driven. Kudos to Derek, Monica and the rest of the service crew!!!

Everyone was very friendly and quick to answer any questions i had. Finance department is great and very quick. Sales person Joe Hall was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and quick to respond to any texts we sent.he helped our family get the vehicle we were wanting.

Simple oil and tires. I was told 2 people were ahead of me. I was out of there within an hour. No appointment was needed. Easy as walking in, enjoying a cup of coffee, checking a couple emails and walking out.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience here! The team was extremely customer friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. I worked with salesman Sam Carbone, and he was extremely supportive in my car buying experience. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me all the features of my new vehicle. Overall, 10/10 experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I needed many services performed on my car, including state inspections,etc. I am a senior citizen and put very few miles on my car which opens thedoor for state discounts(greatly appreciated)!! The timing on all services was very good and the time inthe waiting room was verypleasant. I'll be back... andall svc personnel did anoutstanding job. Kudos toMike and the guys.

Don Senior and Junior are smooth talkers.We paid over half down, and they wouldn't even budge $500.Not to mention my trade-in.Which is for sale now for $6000More than they gave us.We will definitely do our business elsewhere in the future.We should have been more patient.We love our Murano.But that's because it's a nice car.

Just picked up my new Pathfinder and love it! Johnny Hall went out of his way to get the exact model and more importantly the color I wanted. Everyone there was so nice and professional to deal with including Don Colucci, Don Jr and Justin. They made our buying experience so easy and quick. I would highly recommend Beaver County Nissan!

The Nissan Service Department: The worst service I've ever had on my car. Took it to them to be fixed, they ordered the wrong part two separate times, returned the car to us once and the job wasnt even done, so we had to take it back up, and it took a month to actually fix it. (It was not a job that should have taken a month) They also took everything out of my trunk looking for something and then threw it all back in so it looked like a disaster back there. We will never buy or service a car there again.

I recently brought my 2023 nissan Altima sr in to be looked at after I had faulty work done on it by another dealership in Ohio. I was still having issues and brought it to beaver county nissan to have it looked at. I feel like they were very honest with me in every aspect. They found the issue and fixed it promptly as well as looked into the other concerns that I had addressed. Derek was the service person I primarily dealt with, he and the rest of the service staff were wonderful. They called and kept me informed as far as when parts were ordered, when they came in, and that multiple road tests were done on my car to ensure my safety. I felt confident in driving my car again after they completed the work on it. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of service I received. I will definitely be returning for future services and purchases at this dealership.

Had inspection, emissions, oil change, rotate tires & did it in a timely fashion. Like that they give us a coin for the nearby car wash (which I think is a perk). They are very friendly & the waiting area is very clean.

I was amazed at how hardworking and lovely everyone was.They took an extremely hard situation and did their best to meet my needs and expectations, were all very kind, friendly, and personable, not just about the sale, or cars.Closed at 4, they worked with me till 7:30, even though I'd been there taking up their time all day long. My experience there was well worth the long drive to get there. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who becomes in need of a vehicle.

Hands down this was my best experience in purchasing a vehicle. Lou is an amazing salesperson. He paid attention to what I was looking for in a vehicle and what payment we could afford and made both work without resorting to high pressure sales tactics. Everyone I talked to in finance and warranty were all from the area and with my family just moving close to the dealership, we felt like they were embracing us as new members of the community.

The service was great! The young lady taking care of my check in was kind, friendly and well informed. The gentlemen that worked on my car and the other machanics were also friendly and helpful. Everyone was willing to answer questions.

while they fixed hubcap for me at no charge, the oil change was 26 dollars higher than price shown in an email confirming my appt.
