I was originally going to write a bit more of a critical review due to how long it took but I am honestly so happy and blown away with the results. I wasn t driving in the best state one night and totally destroyed one of my wheels with curb rash on my brand new Cadillac and they were able to make it look brand new for half the cost of a new wheel. I honestly can t even tell that there was anything done to the wheel, excellent work money well spent.

The Wheel Collision Center did a great job refinishing my rare forged BBS wheels. From a Gold powdercoat to a Java Black Pearl paint the finish is better than OEM. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality repair or restoration.

Don't shop here. Scam business that will take your money for items they haven't had in stock for years. Lack of communication and poor customer service practices. Please avoid.Message from customer service a week after ordering and paying:"Sorry, for the late response here as we have been trying to locate a set of these wheels. Unfortunately our specials page has not been updated since Jan 8th 2021 and the wheels we did have were sold.We do apologize, but we are not able to source a set of these for the same value as what we originally did 2 years ago."It's clear they'd rather screw the customer than taking slightly less profit and upholding a good name.

Prompt service, most reasonable price, and very accommodating. Not only did they fix my wheel that was bent and cracked, but they also patched my tire and put my spare back underneath my wife's car which is a giant pain in the neck. I was worried that the wheel would not be balanced or cause some type of vibration but perfectly smooth and You can't even tell where the repair was.

Quoted me 'starting at $75' for straightening a wheel (minor inside pothole ding on one, more inner damage to the 2nd) knowing I could get a replacement on eBay for $100-130 shippedI drove all the way out there with both wheels. They wanted $165 and $155 and offered $7.50 as scrap

I got one wheel repaired by them for a dent and they didn t match the color. When I went back to have them try to match it better they said it would take 3-4 days. I hadn t heard back from them so I called them on the fourth day and they hadn t even done anything yet. I had another appointment for my car so I went to pick it up from them. I got five miles down the road and I had to pull over because of a noise. My two passenger side wheels were so loose I could turn the lug nuts by hand. Called them up to tell them what had happened. Their mechanic said that the power tool he used to tighten them died in the middle of it and thought they were good enough. Said would make sure next time it wouldn t happen. They put my life at risk.

Once again these guys did an exceptional job on my wheels. I used them last fall to repair curb rash on my right front wheel of my 10th anniversary edition Scion Tc and I liked it so much I came back for a second time to have the remaining three wheels refinished and one had a slight bend in it which also was repaired. After the job was completed they called and said it was done. I was unable to pick up the car that day. Meanwhile they called the next day to inform me there was a leak coming from the valve stem, and they would gladly replace it at no charge.Well I had forgotten I told them to lock the key in the car ,and so they could not get at it without my other key which I had. Being an hour away it was tough to run down during the day with my work schedule.Well they had a driver heading my direction for some other pickups, and they offered to pickup my spare key. So they called and I gave them the key and it was done that afternoon. To me that was phenomenal customer service. The wheels look fantastic and they went above and beyond to take care of me.Cannot say enough about this business!Thank you!!

I bought a set of Mercedes wheels from Kim over the phone who was very nice. It took a little over two weeks to get the wheels and was excited to get them on the car. After having them on the car a couple of weeks I noticed spots where the paint was bubbling off. I've worked on cars for a long time and have had things painted. It's simply where the surface wasn't prepped properly. The wheels have a limited lifetime warranty so I gave Kim a call. This is where the review turns negative. I explained the problem to Kim and she immediately said it would be covered under warranty if it's not from damage. I sent her the pictures that I will post on here. She showed the owner and said they can't tell from the pictures but it looks like damage and that I put touch up paint on the wheels. What they called touch up paint is their paint bubbling off.The solution they came up with is for me to take the wheels off my wife's car. We have two smallKids as well that need to get around. I guess let it sit on jack stands for the week to ship them up there and however long to get it back. Pay for shipping both ways and most likely have them tell me it's damaged when it's clearly not.I was disappointed how they immediately turned on me and accused me of damaging the wheels. I'm a professional with a wife and family. I simply don't think it's acceptable that the wheels we purchased have the paint peeling off after two weeks of use. The lube the tire shop uses to mount them is still on the wheels around the edge to show how very little use they ve had. The amount of money and time that it would take me to get the wheels to them is not worth the risk of them saying it's damaged and not fixing anything.

Perfect experience, my wheels look new. They repaired curb rash and painted 4 wheels for my near mint 1995 Mercedes Benz SL500. They also installed the new tires I bought from Discount Tire Direct (also highly recommended), which I gave them. Turn around time shipped to a buddies body shop was fast and the price was right. Highly recommended.

Wheel collision wouldn t refinish my American force rims because I m getting divorced from the guy that runs the backs step daughter. My rims sat there for 6 weeks called twice previous to yesterday when they told me they were getting started on them. Then yesterday I called and was told this, ask to speak to the owner and he wouldn t get on the phone either. They have previously done this same set of rims for me. It s sad that people have to mix personal with business.Service: Tires

This company came highly recommended by a friend in another automotive shop. To say the least I was very disappointed. They promptly picked up my wheel and tire. The following day they called and told me they could repair the slight bend on the inside but couldn't do the outside because of the chrome ring. I told them to repair the inside. Fast forward a day and I received my wheel and tire back to my shop. There were marks on the inside of my tire indicating there were slices in my tire (New tire) approx 3' long and 1/4 inch deep. I called to get an explanation indicating there were no slices when they picked it up. She indicated it was on the work order and I was notified before they did the work. It was not and I was not. It was written in blue ink on the last sheet of a three page carbon copy. I wasn't getting anywhere so I ended the conversation. She called back and told me the tech has photos on his phone. I countered that you had my tire for 3 days, a time stamp wont prove that you didn't take the photo after the fact trying to cover your butt. Lastly I asked, if there were slices in my tire 3 inches long, don't you think you should have called the customer before reinstalling a dangerous tire. I'd never put something like that back on my Lexus. I ordered a new tire myself and because of the low profile had the automotive shop that aligned my car the week before mount and balance it for me. When I showed him the slices in the tire he said they were so big there is no way he wouldn't have noticed that. He even showed me how it would have happened by the location of the damage. We've been in business for 55 years and a good business practice would have been to try to make it right. This company just put up a defense to everything I said. I can afford a tire so it's not about getting something for nothing, its about principle and honesty. Yes I would have liked them to replace it but I would have been happy with an apology. Lastly, i'll give credit where credit is due. They did fix the bend in my wheel. If you use this company I recommend taking pictures before sending your wheels and for the company I'd recommend a pre inspection upon pick up signed by the owner of the merchandise to cover you both. I'll not be using them again, not because of their workmanship but because of poor integrity.Added after response from the owner...There were no markings on the tire when it was sent to be repaired. The bend in the wheel was clearly marked on the wheel by the alignment shop who recommended them. I'm sure any logical person who reads both arguments can see through the smoke and mirrors.More lies.****DON'T USE THIS PLACE****Service: Tires

Best place if you need your wheels straightened, welded, painted or if you want to buy wheels. And understand - some wheel finishes DO have to be sent out to another company! This is NOT a glamorous showroom where you're going to be treated like you're coming in to potentially buy a $500,000 Corvette. It's a shop. It's busy. It's dusty. Keep your expectations reasonable. I'm extremely familiar with the business. Any questions just ask.

They had good reviews online and looked very professional themselves when I arrived. They were able to fix a cracked bmw rim under $200 which would probably cost me $400-500. Well, it is just a few days after the fix, and I do not have any problems...It seems like they have a "patent" to fix alloy/aluminum rims in a specific way, and no-one else were able to use their method for 17 years (since 1997)...Interesting story...

I had CCW 3-piece modular wheels on my Corvette that needed refinishing. Two had bent rims from New Jersey potholes, the other two needed minor repairs and all four needed to be refinished. When I got them back they looked better than brand new. Extremely happy with their service. I recently replaced the wheels on my Chevy Cruze LTZ and they bought my stock wheels from that vehicle at a fair price. Recommended business.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They were prompt and supplied information on the process to do powder coating for rims.I was interested in doing this and got a quote for the price. However they failed to put on their website that you must REMOVE the rim from your car by yourself and have them dropped off at the office that way.I expected them to take in my car, take off my rims, and do the work, then put the rims back on the car.I believe they are mostly an on-line company so i understand why this is their policy..they should advertise this on their website though

I own a collision repair shop and purchased a wheel from this company. Like most other companies that recondition wheels they charge a core. Unlike every wheel company I have used for the past 15 years this is the first one to not credit back the core return if the wheel is not repairable. I could have ordered a wheel cheaper from another company if I would have known this. I'm sure they have some fine print somewhere stating this but I have never come across it. Stick with larger companies that credit you back when you send the wheel back no matter the condition. Just an update I talked with the company to find out where on the website they stated no core return on damaged wheel and they said it wasn't on the website but they tell you when you order which they did not. I feel this would be important info to share with customers and make it clear to them this is you policy but guessing the reason they don't put it on the website is because they would loose a lot of business. Very shady way to do business. Well keep the core it cost you a customer and when insurance companies want me to use you I will refuse and explain to them why and deal with someone else.

DO NOT BUY A WHEEL FROM THIS PLACE!!! I'm only giving them one star so I can post this. I have had the worst experience with them. Daryl, the owner, has repeatedly lied to me about my wheel. I cracked my wheel and insurance told me I had to go through this company to replace it. I paid extra to have it shipped in 3 days. When we finally got the shipping notice it was going to be here later than promised because Daryl said it took longer for them to finish it and they were having problems with their shipping guy. When I received my wheel, it did not come from this company it actually came from a junk yard in Georgia and it was dirty and completely scratched up(Didn't Daryl say it was finished?). Then I told them I wanted to return it because insurance was now going to let me get a new wheel since I had to deal with this mess and they said they would give me a full refund. After a couple weeks, I finally get a refund and it isn't for the full amount like they promised. Daryl then told me they finished the wheel and could send it back out and I told them I was done dealing with it. Then to find out that the owner said he would deal with it and after waiting another week to hear from him he left for Italy for 2 weeks. Then a day later I get a call that they sent the wheel back to the junk yard and the junk yard said it had scratches on it that weren't on there when they sent it out (Didn't Dayrl say they finished it after I sent it back?). I was never informed that the wheel was coming from this junk yard and the wheel was sent to Wheel Collision before being sent back to the junk yard. All in all, this place has repeatedly lied to me about the situation and has made the process very frustrating. The shipping guy, Kevin however has been very nice to deal with.

Called and got a appointment right away which was nice. Talked to the secretary and asked how much it would be for a cracked rim. She said she couldn't tell me till they looked at it. I said ok my son is bring the car just call me after you know how much it will be. Well I never got that call and they went ahead and fixed it for $208 which is crazy to me because I could have bought a brand new rim for $170. Obviously the secretary didn't do her job.

This company charged me $700 to refinish and straighten 2 aluminum 19 inch wheels. Got them back with huge scratches on the inner aspect of both wheels. I alerted them to the issue and said they would get back to me. Never did. Called them back and said they were in contact with the "company" that does their sanding and refinishing and waiting to hear back. Never heard back. Filed a dispute with the better business bureau. They never replied to any of the 3 complaint letters they received from the BBB. These are not small scratches but huge and on both wheels. Kevin from WCC lied right to me on the phone stating another company does their refinishing and they would resolve my issue. If anyone could reply to let me know how to contact the owner I would appreciate it.

This is an unusual company to do business with. They offer a wheel straightening service that is really quite excellent. What's unusual is the total lack of social skills in their interaction with the customers. I inquired by email about getting work done while I waited. I received a prompt response that yes, they offer that kind of service and invited me to call and make an appointment. I did so and took the car down a few days later. When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. I told the lady on the phone behind the counter who I was and why I was there. I was told by her to fill out the work order (myself?) and that she'd be right with me. I filled in my own work order and placed it on the counter and was told to have a seat that someone would be with me. Still not a greeting or a welcome. Meanwhile the man, Kevin, I had spoken to was 5' away from me when I came in and told the lady who I was but he never said a word to me. No greeting at all. I found out who he was when I overheard him say his name on the phone. I waited in an area directly adjacent to where the lady (Kim I heard her say on the phone) and Kevin were working. They spent most of their time on the phones. I could hear all of their conversations which ranged from good to bad and some ugly. When Kim finally got off the phone she hollered over to me and told me how much the work I wanted done would cost. I hollered back OK and she said one of the techs would out to see me. A few minutes later a man named Andy emerged from the back room, was given my work order and came over and introduced himself. Finally some customer service. He inquired about my wheel problem and explained that he would bring the car inside and examine all the wheels and come back out and give me a report. He did so and the report indicated that I I had 2 bent rims not 1. I told him to go ahead and fix them both and balance the wheels when he was done. The work took about 1-1/2 hrs and when it was done Andy came out and gave me a rundown on how the work had gone. We chatted for few minutes then he brought the car around. I went over to Kim and gave her my credit card. She processed the sale and handed me my paperwork. No thank you or anything at all that resembled conversation. I took the papers and left. What an odd place. It's too bad because I think they did a great job on my car and I plan to mention their shop on the Lexus owners forums I belong to. Pricing was $400 to remove two wheels, take the tires off, straighten the wheels, mount the tires, balance the wheels and put them back on the car. The car ride is great now and I know have straight wheels. The vast majority of their business is done on the internet so don't hesitate to send your wheels to them. They were busy and enjoy a well deserved good reputation for their work. I'll use them again if need be!
