We purchased a car for a 17-year-old and the check engine light came on after owning it for 8 hours. Chris did change the O2 sensor but it did not fix all the problems. We had to spend $2,000 to fix the catalytic converter, brakes and other things. Chris stopped returning our phone calls. Worst customer service. He also told us that the radio works and it does not.

Would have rated them a negative star if I could have. I made an appointment, talked with Jen on fb to purchase a car, & insured it only to have her sell it to a walk in . when the walk in didn t come back I was still going to buy it but because I was from NJ she needed the title & told me she would get it . She ll call me in a hour when she would have it . I never got that call & later seen they had sold the car . Car mileage was inaccurate as well . So don t waste your money

Rant time. Which I don't do often on social media however was left no choice.Mikey worked his butt off to save money for his first car ( we as parents only give 1000 towards it) we want our kids to be independent and work for what they have.Avoid Bath auto sales. I would go to them however they blocked me on both Facebook and cell after the car was bought listing price $4500 we got them down to $4000, they listed the very car we bought 5 days later for asking price of $4000. When I commented we already bought this car and was in the garage for inspection I was blocked.They were supposed to inspect it the day we picked up but was told thier guy wasn't in that day ( yes red flag) we were taking to garage anyway to get it looked over brakes etc. Make sure it was safe.Next thing we knew would not pass inspection because someone removed the check engine bulb and console. O2 sensor among other things.All in all we paid $1500 to get the car fixed and inspected for Mikey.I texted the owner as soon as we found out and he said he would call the next day. The next day came and gone. No other reply from him.I did my due diligence when looking over the vehicle, crawling under checking for any leaks, popped the hood listened to timing belt checked the oil. No check engine light was on. The only thing found was a headlight bulb was out. That wasn't a big deal.BOTTOM LINE AVOID BATH AUTO I'D LEAVE A REVIEW FOR THEM BUT I'M BLOCKED.

Chris was amazing. Listened to what my son wanted within his price range. Honest & informative . Very Happy with his service. He took the High pressure out of buying a car. Would recommend Bath Auto Sales to anyone.

Sold me a totaled car off the lot, as is? Nothing on title, I take it for a first oil change under 1,000 miles of use just because i want too, and my mechanic said if he could condemn cars he would, they sold me a death trap as he said, i went back, and Jay couldn t offer me anything, it s been at most 2 months of me having this vehicle. I am 17 years old and the guy Jay who sold me the vehicle told me to go home and try my best, talking about what do i expect it s a cheap car, but a totaled car is completely different. They took advantage of me as i was a person in need of vehicle, first off the place is very suspicious, they get all there cars from some giant lot in scranton bring them here and get them inspected, funny thing about the totaled car they sold me too is, i don t even technically own it they have the wrong vin written on the sale, this company is complete fraud and scam, do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer, they will put you in a death trap. I will be doing my best to pursue legal action against this company, nobody should be put in harms way because of some fraud company.

This car lot is also known as C & C Auto Sales, located in Scranton. They scam people. Selling vehicles that could not pass a safety or emissions inspection in the state of Pennsylvania. The vehicles are completely unsafe. They promise to make repairs, and then breach their contract. They will take your money and put you into an unsafe vehicle without care for your safety or other drivers on the road. Completely deceptive business practices. Buyer beware, do not buy from this dealer.

Bought a car. Traded a running vehicle. To wake up 12 hours later drove to store. Engine needs to be replaced. This business is bad in the car business. Worst car lot in pa. No care to get the issue resolved.

What a great experience My wife and I had buying a Dodge Durango from Chris and Jay. They were not Pushy salesman at all. And they work with us so we could drive off with a new vehicle. My wife loves her Durango.

Bought threee cars from this place one the axle was going another one I had for a couple days and the car kept shutting off and another one I got kepted shutting off and died in the middle of the road. After trying to call them no one answers the phone
