I have a 25 year old BMW that was showing signs of its age. A friend of mine had his BMW reconditioned by Matthew and the team at CCI. I was impressed after looking at his Z3, and decided to trust CCI with my car as well. Matthew and his staff worked through my car until it was nothing short of perfect. In addition to an impeccable paint job that needs to be seen to be believed, they meticulously addressed every detail possible. Hidden rust spots, incorrect fasteners, slightly misaligned panels were all corrected bringing everything back to factory specifications. When I got my car back it looked like it came off the showroom floor. Based on my experience with Matthew and the team at CCI, I can attest they will not deliver anything less than perfection. Anyone that knows me, know that my car is my baby!!! In January someone backed into the side of my car! (I literally cried for a week!) I took my 2010 Camaro to convenience collision, and that is one of the best decisions I ve ever made!!! All of the boys are so friendly, helpful and polite!!! Matt runs an excellent business!!! Convenience collision does everything right the FIRST time!! They are thorough! They are extremely detail oriented!! My car looks brand new!!! And now I m crying again, but this time tears of joy!!! I am so very grateful to everyone at convenience collision!!! Top notch, 1st rate, top of the line, quality, excellence, honesty!!!! They are the BEST at what they do!! Thank u all so much!!! I got to work with Convenience Collision after my car was in a bad accident. Matthew took the time to explain the full insurance process and worked with me every step of the way. If there was a question or concern I had, he would immediately answer it. He was professional and kind with not only myself, but my wife, and the adjuster that had came to the shop to look over my vehicle. When my vehicle was declared a total loss, he went through the steps to tell me what options I had. I wouldn't recommend another shop, and if I need body work in the future, this is the first place I am going!!! Thank you again to Matthew and his team!

Convenience Collision is a top tier auto collision repair facility. One of the biggest benefits of using them is that they advocate for their customers. Most folks, like myself, have limited experience with processing insurance claims. Convenience Collision makes sure that the entire process is explained to you and they will make sure that your best interests are taken care of.Recently I had two vehicles that were damaged, in the same accident, and the owner Matt took his time to look at the work that needed to be done and help me through the process. We came up with a plan to get them fixed in the order of importance to me. He was tolerant of me calling weekly to get updates on the repairs. All around a pleasurable experience every time I called or stopped in.The entire staff takes a tremendous amount of pride in their work and will restore your vehicle to factory spec condition with respect to the required repairs that need to be done. Convenience Collision does simply the best and most thorough work you can find. Matthew and his team took my 20 year old rough BMW M Roadster and got her looking like new again. Paint, wheel refinish, some weld repairs and a clear protective coat "bra" on the front. I couldn't be happier with the results. I hit a deer with my mustang and it was in really bad shape. Matthew at convenience collision greeted me the day I brought it in and agreed to take on the job. He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and has very high standards for every single vehicle that leaves his shop. Matthew and his team go above and beyond with their repairs. They pay great attention to detail and don t leave anything out or take any shortcuts. I wouldn t recommend any other shop if you want it done properly and professionally. They kept me updated on the progress of the car throughout the whole process. I couldn t believe how good the car looked after they were finished. After convenience collision was finished with it it actually looked better than it did before my accident! Do yourself a favor and take your car here before anyone else, you won t regret it. I learned about Matt and his company through a Porshe forum and I contacted him to have my headlights polished. Matt was very responsive and setting up an appointment was easy. He even worked around my complicated schedule/ The work was done on time and the results are excellent. I would definitely use Matt again should the need arise.

I chose to have my BMW repaired at CCI after hearing about their excellent quality and attention to detail. I can attest to CCI s 1st class service and communication. My insurance company initially quoted the repair of a cracked bumper repair. Matthew s initial inspection of my vehicle led him to suspect the damage was more significant and, after disassembly, he was proven correct. Matthew and his team provided expert guidance, communicated with me at every step, and always had my best interest in mind. Unfortunately, my insurance company did not have the same goal. My eyes were opened my eyes to the ways my insurance company looked to cut corners and not honor my policy. I am glad I had Matthew in my corner to help me navigate this journey. Matthew and his team did an amazing job fixing my A3 which was re-ended in traffic. Matthew battled with the insurance company and walked me through the entire process... which can be very difficult! Fortunately my insurance company paid without me having to take legal action, but had it come to that, I knew Matthew was already prepared to walk me through the process. Awesome company, great people, and definitely where you want to go if you want your car fixed perfectly! Thanks again.

I had repairs done several times at this shop and highly recommend them to anyone. There quality of work is incredible and the attention they give to their customers is above and beyond. Most insurance companies want you to visit their preferred collision centers where you can bypass the adjuster. Don't fall for this because your car may not be repaired properly. Matt will do the repairs and I assure you that you will get the best quality parts and workmanship, He will tell you your rights as a consumer so you get the work done correctly. I had faulty work done on my vehicle in the past and thanks to his assistance I was able re-open the claim. The car is now perfect after suffering for over a year. Trust the positive reviews, this shop exceeds all expectations!

It's hard to find a service provider you truly trust and admire. Convenience Collision is one of the few!Convenience Collision is our auto body shop for life they are simply the BEST!! We have taken BMW s, Porsche s and now our Volvo to Matt, the owner, and every time the experience has been excellent. They are diligent in ensuring the result of any body work is perfect from an aesthetic, mechanical and safety perspective. They will explain the process and will work directly with the insurance company so we didn t have to. Got my car back today and I wanted to leave a review ASAP! The work done by Convenience Collision was superb. They matched the color of my car (which is Pearl white) to perfection. The owner Matthew is such a nice person, patient and attentive. He explained everything to me in detail and guided me through the process as if I were family. Had my Cadillac hit in a parking lot and took it to Convenience Collision.Matt was extremely informative, explained everything in detail and kept me posted on the repair work. Had gotten into an accident with minor damage to the front on my bumper. Not only did I get my car back within 3 days but it came out looking brand new with the new bumper Matthew had installed. Took my car here for some body work after my car was clipped by another. Saw that they had amazing reviews and they did not disappoint with my car either. Matt was super helpful, patient and understanding. He walked me through the steps in order to get my car fixed. Very professional customer service and work. My car looks better than when I brought it in. Can't thank them enough for the fantastic work and happy to have my car back within the estimated time and price for the work. Great service, awesome people. Matthew's very knowledgeable and passionate about cars, safety and cares about his customers. He informed me of what my insurance company supposed to cover and my rights as a customer. I brought my Audi to his shop, thought all that was needed is fixing the dents and a paint job but Matthew went in depth about how the dents on the door may have damaged the sensor that triggers the side airbags to deploy on impact. When the door was taken apart, he was right! There was more damage than what it seemed. They did an excellent job! My audi looks new. He doesn't cut corners nor does he try to scam you like other shops. No regrets here. Highly recommend his shop to everyone.

I was derived to Matt at Convenience Collision to do vintage car paint job from Mike at Vantage, my local vintage car shop (Stamford, CT). I can t be more pleased. Matt took care of everything. From dealing with the insurance company for the authorization and payment processes (several iterations). To recommending how and what to do, in particular taking advantage of the disassembling work being already done. Including following up on the phone and text, sending me numerous pics of the process at every stage. He also transported the car. He is very mindful of minor details and will take initiative to do additional things beyond. I m very happy and would recommend him anyday to anyone.Service: Painting

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shop!!! Matt has to be one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met. He values education for himself and his employees; and knows his trade inside and out, stays current on all things automotive, and makes sure his employees stay current as well. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else, even if I have to pay out of pocket. He makes sure that my car is exactly as it should be, to within millimeters of perfection; which keeps my car safe for myself and, more importantly, my three children. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a great experience with Mathew and his team at Convenience Collision. I had recently bought a fully restored 1969 Ford Bronco with a couple modifications from a company in Illinois. When I finally received the truck there were a few overlooked electrical and mechanical problems that needed to be addressed. Matthew was able to pick up the truck and tell me exactly what needed to happen to get it fixed. They kept in touch during the process and took the time to explain everything (and recommend other improvements as well!). I will definitely be going back to him and his team in the future!

Matt at Convenience Collision has been repairing vehicles for me for over 10 years and I have to say I have never been dissatisfied in the least with the quality of work Matt has provided me and my business. I have yet to find anyone as knowledgeable and detail oriented as Matt and am always amazed at the outcome of the repairs he has performed for me. To sum it up, Convenience Collision is truly the only choice for a quality collision repair that will last! I look forward to working with Matt and his team for years to come!

Top notch experience all around. Great service and people. Recommended by BMW in Roxbury. Matthew is very knowledgeable and passionate about cars (especially BMWs) and it shows. He also cares about his customers' safety. His shop is a certified BMW repair shop. Upon scheduling service to repair my BMW, he informed me of what my insurance company should cover, my rights as a customer, and that my vehicle would be repaired to factory standard. Matthew's crew picked up my car and dropped off a loaner and upon completion, dropped my car off and picked the loaner back up. They did an excellent job. His attention to detail is very thorough and always kept me updated and informed on my car's progress. Conveneince Collision doesn't cut corners or try to scam you like other shops. I highly recommend his shop to everyone.

This shop is beyond my expectations, Matthew, who is the owner, goes out of his way to explain to you every detail of the process, including all of the craziness that the insurance companies try to pull. His customer service is second only to the quality of the work. Matt Z and the Staff at Convenience Collision did a fantastic job on my truck. I got into a fender bender that almost totaled my vehicle. Convenience Collision not only fixed the truck (better than it was before), but they helped me understand the complicated insurance process. The insurance company wanted to total my truck, which was the very last thing I wanted. I spoke with Matt and he was able to stand firm with the insurance company and negotiate a way to repair the vehicle. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for bodywork done right from a company who cares about YOU. A+

As a senior technician at BMW of Bridgewater, I trust very few people other then myself to work on my vehicle. We often refer customer's in need of collision repairs to Convenience Collision in Bangor PA and I'm always impressed with the level of quality. Matthew and his staff are both talented and trustworthy. The repair and one-off custom work they recently completed on my BMW 750Li is second to none. Preston is an amazing workshop manager and made the process of insurance and paperwork a breeze. Chris, the transport truck driver was professional and very cautious with my vehicle. From start to finish it's apparent everyone at Convenience Collision is more then capable of handeling high dollar luxury and exotic cars. Thanks gentlemen, the car looks amazing!

Matt is three for three with us.A deer ran into our car. That would usually mean that it's time to fight the insurance company. Well, unless you take it to Matt and then he body slams them with his breadth and depth of knowledge to get your body work covered.While he went after the insurance company I would assume with one hand he used the other to bring our car back to what it was like before the accident.Oh and while I waited for the work to be done he gave us a BMW to drive around in. People thought we were either going through a midlife crisis or had come into money, but it was just Matt. And when I did get my car back it was cleaner than it had been any one single day since I drove it off the lot.In a world of fake people and even fake reviews, this isn't one of them and neither is Matt.Service: Body & Trim
