Sadly, I have been extremely dissatisfied with Blue Mountain Marine. Although the closest marine repair store, I would look elsewhere. I dropped off my boat this week to work on minor wiring. I overlooked them forgetting my initial appointment and rescheduled, but I should have trusted my gut. To start, I left them with my boat cover to make sure my boat stayed protected if any inclement weather came around. As you might imagine, that did not happen. Upfront, I was not informed an estimated timeline for wiring help, any sort of price estimate, and certainly not that I was responsible for uncovering and covering my boat even while it was in their possession. I was willing to, again, overlook this until I went to cover my boat and saw how the other boats in their possession were treated. The one adjacent to mine was filled with 5inches of water in the back because the trailer was not jacked up and the boat plug was left in (see picture). Boats are valuable. When I drop my boat off I want to know its in good hands (especially if its going to take them 2+ weeks to do minor wiring). I wish someone had left a review like this for me to read before my boat was drenched at Blue Mountain Marine. Ryan seems like a owner but is seemingly very busy and therefore somewhat unorganized and might not take the best care of your property. I m sure others have had better experiences though, so don t write them off on just one review.

These guys have been very helpful to keep my old Mercury 3.9 singing along the Delaware. I appreciate their enthusiasm and expertise. All the best, David

Traveled 1-1/2 hrs to BMM yesterday, spent a few hours looking at a boat they have on consignment sale.Ryan & staff were beyond helpful & professional!!The boat was as advertised, I left a deposit and plan on picking it up next weekend.I will travel the hr and a half to have them winterize / go over boat yearly as I enjoyed the exp. that much!!

Blue Mountain was recommended to us, but with the caveat that they are very busy. We dropped our boat off for minor servicing, but true to the warning, they were too busy to get to it the week we left it there. Had to pick it up and make another appointment to bring boat back. We didn t want the same thing to happen the 2nd time around, so left several messages on voicemail and emailed them to confirm appointment, but never received a response. Unfortunately, had to take boat elsewhere.

A huge thank you to these guys! We had brought out boat in to get it looked at and after some bad news about the condition, they were able to hook us up, fix out stern drive and re wire for us. They are great, honest, straight forward, and willing to work with you. When we asked if it would be done by the 1 august as we would be leaving for a vacation, they stayed and got it all done for us! Awesome people, we will be returning! Thank you guys again for your honesty, hard work and willingness to work with us. You gave us our Bettie back for the summer, Thank you!
