Worst play ever I have ever dealt with. Destroyed a very expensive glass on me. Stay away by all means they do not know what they are doing.

I am restoring a mustang and needed the windshield and rear window removed to be reinstalled at a later date. They were able to make an appointment for the following day. Showed up on time and were very professional. Removed both pieces without breaking. Would recommend them and will use them again.

I wish I would have come here first, but I went to one that was closer to us and had a horrible experience. Bangor glass took care of everything for us and was extremely professional, courteous, fast, and followed current restrictions on social distancing and face covering. We waited almost 2 weeks for another glass business, don t want to point fingers but it was located in Nazareth, to not do a single thing to our two windows. Finally after giving up and picking the window frames up, we dropped them off at Bangor glass and they were BOTH done in just hours. Exceptional service and I highly recommend.

What a great experience!! I had my glass tabletop delivered, it was just a smidge too big. They picked it up, were able to fix it and brought it back to me. It looks perfect. I am so happy with the product and high level of service! BUY LOCAL!!

Scheduled an appointment to have my weather stripping replaced on my rear window. Gave the VIN number to office staff and even wrote down the appointment and people I spoke with. Agreed to drive all the way to Bangor for their convenience. Got there at the designated time this morning, only to be told that I in fact did not have an appointment because the people I spoke with "didn't recall" making an appointment with me. I was upset, but not being confrontational. Was told to "calm down" when I tried to show staff I had written the information in my calendar. "We could have you come back later in the week and do the work." Thanks, but no thanks. Lost my confidence and trust.

My family has had many windshields replaced here as far back as I can remember. I needed a windshield in my 2008 Ram 1500 to pass inspection. I called them up and got a quote and they came in $100 less than safelite! Just picked the tuck up today and they have once again done an excellent job! I highly recommend them! They don't only do windsheilds, they do all kinds of custom glass cutting for pretty much anything and any type of glass you need. It feels good knowing that we can also support small business in our local community!.

I have had the windshield on my 2012 Expedition Limited repaired multiple times. Also had my windshield replaced in my 1994 Mustang GT and our 2011 Subaru Forester. They do excellent work and in my high opinion, the best in the area. Very friendly people and fair, reasonable prices. There's also a great place to eat across the street if you want to wait for the work to be done!

I called them to determine if they reglazed casement windows. The person who answered the phone said they don't. I asked the person if any of their customers glazed windows and the person said, "Let me ask and I'll get back to you." That was weeks ago and they didn't call back. Bad service. They could at least called and told me that they don't know anyone.

I dropped my screens off to get the frames done. The woman at the counter was super friendly.She told me they are running behind because of the rain but I would get a quote later that day. Over a week has passed. I called to check the status on them and the woman who I spoke to was totally clueless. Another couple days later I called back for them to tell me they can't find the brand of the frames. I shouldn't have had to call them back to find this information out. My screens have been sitting at their store for almost 2 weeks without any information given to me. Picking them up this week and never going back!

Googled this company. Tara was terrific! Great customer service and very accommodating! Will always call on Bangor Glass Works for any future glass needed.

I took my Focus ST there to have the rear hatch glass replaced. They did an excellent job. I recamend this place.

Rob and the team at Bangor Glass Works go above and beyond. I would never use anyone else for glass work. Don t let your insurance company try to force you to use Safelite.
