Pat s Superior Auto Is Simply The Best ! The Is a small but MIGHTY shop! I have been coming here for years and I am truly grateful for the INTEGRITY found here at this business!The guys here are upfront and honest about availability and costs! There is no run-around and when you have a foreign car we ALL know how costly repairs can be the costs here are usually 30-40% less than the dealers prices!I highly recommend if your car needs some TLC and wanted to give the spotlight to Pat s!Well Deserved!

I called this service to get a quote for replacing headlights. They told me they will call me back. After couple of days I called them again and they told me they still work on the quote. I never called them again and they never reached out to me.

Everyone at this shop is amazing - the work is great and quick and they stand behind everything they do - we bring all our cars there for everything from oil changes to gasket replacements they keep us running ! Pat is the nicest mechanic in Bala Cynwyd! I continue to come back due to the great customer service and can fit you in quickly to get you back on the road. We all have been there were your check engine comes on, you get a flat, funny noise, so it is nice to have Pat as a trusted resource and give your a fair price!

Not a good experience. I was told I would needs rear brakes @ $290 plus new tires 2X $180 each to pass inspection. I buy tires at COSTCO so I sent my wife to have them installed there intending to return for the rest of the work. COSTCO assured my wife that the tires were good and had at least 10K more wear, likely way more. Suspicious I told her to stop at another Inspection station were the car was passed on both things for a total cost of $58. When I returned to Pat's I was treated rudely and ignored by him and his mechanics. I suppose they were embarrassed to be caught the way the were. I made no fuss but simply left. I replaced my owners card and insurance card for $10. Very disappointing experience. I can not recommend this place to anyone of my family and neighbors. Shame on them.

My family has been going to Pats for various car issues for 20 years. They always do an awesome job. Very honest and hard workers. Several of us come from far away to have our car serviced here. Pats gets all the stars!

Absolute all stars. I got a flat at the Wawa down the road at the start of a road trip, and they took me in and fixed me up within minutes. The waiting room had AC and a fun film rolling, and the staff were lovely and helpful. I can't recommend enough. Pats truly is superior!

I ve taken two cars into Pat s, and I ve got to say he s been one of my favorite mechanics to do business with. He s very friendly and well mannered, and doesn t jerk you around when it comes to repair work. Will absolutely come back if I ever have any issues in the future!

I went to this shop because of a "Check Engine Light". Pat looked into the issue and told me that it is covered under my warranty and suggested I go to the Dealership. I wanted to pay him for his time but he refused. So i'm writing a 5-star review for their great customer service!

So where do I start Pat is a very humble and honest , genuine man ..I came in last min today before the holidays cause right Infront of Wawa my truck broke down..He fixed it in a couple of hours and didn't over charge me ..He was definitely a blessing from God
