Definitely 5 star service. Cham came right out to my work and fixed my windshield in less than a half hour. So convenient. Also super courteous and patient!

Cham really went above and beyond in helping me out with my cracked windshield replacement. I requested mobile windshield service on Wednesday evening. Cham responded quickly and scheduled me for the following day, which was impressive because there was a lot of snow and ice on the roads. The price he offered was fair. His communication was excellent, he arrived on time, and he was personable and efficient. He noticed I had a flat tire and offered to remove it and put the spare on for me, which he did. Service doesn't get much better than that. Very grateful and highly recommend.

CR provided excellent service from my first phone conversation with Roxanne to Cham, the technician s, visit only a few hours later. Cham did a thorough job replacing my windshield and cleaning up afterward. He was professional, thoughtful, and friendly and did a great job. I would recommend CR Auto Glass wholeheartedly!

Excellent service from the moment that they answered the phone. The woman on the phone was courteous and understanding. She explained the process, provided Quote and set an appointment. The technician wad able to arrive early and called to make certain that it was alright. He was friendly, explained everything along the way. He even showed me how they broke my window, repaired some minor damage and pointed out some age damage to the rubber seal. Although they do not do that repair, he told me where I could get the part as well as where to find the screws to facilitate the repair. He made certain that there was no glass in my driveway and vacuumed the inside of the car.I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with both Roxanne and Cham. Setting up the appointment was efficient and convenient. My passenger side window was replaced the next day. Truly a hassle-free experience which is exactly what I was looking for.

Cham was amazing!! Very polite and positive energy. You can tell he cares about his job and his customers. My new windshield looks great and didn t take long to replace at all. 10/10 recommendation! Don t waste your time anywhere else!

Cham was great. Same day service, he fixed the problem in just a few minutes, and didn't even charge me. Roxanne's communication was excellent too. Definitely recommend!

They did a solid job and were very friendly, great customer service. I will say there were a few deep scratches done to our front dashboard. We don t mind it but if we had a more expensive vehicle i cld see being pretty pissed

Fantastic experience today. Had my rear, passenger window replaced. Very quick and easy. Cham and Jimmy (?) went above and beyond with customer service. I began to clean up broken glass but after replacing my window they cleaned up the remaining glass from the car, and even took my bag of broken glass with them. Extremely polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I could not have imagined this process going any easier! Staff came to examine problem and had a whole new windshield installed days later, all without having to do any extra travel. They came to me? I absolutely recommend CR for any windshield needs.

Cham was able to come out on the day and replace my front passenger window. He was very professional and timely, cleaned everything up, and had my window installed in no time. Highly recommend for great service!!

These guys are absolutely amazing. They came to replace my window on time. They did it with a professional expertise that rivals anything like safe auto glass. Every other quote I received was either a higher, or the people were very unprofessional with a bait and switch tactic. Whatever you do, please avoid Jack s auto glass in South Philly. They will tell you a different priceless lower until you get there. Not only was CR auto glass perfect with their numbers , they were able to fit a budget and even give me a slight to make it work. I recommend this company for any of your auto glass needs

CR Auto Glass is a great company to work with. Cham is friendly, communicative, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional.The estimate for the service was 1 hour but due to unforeseen circumstances, it took 3 hours. Never during that time did I feel that the workers were rushing to get it done. They were absolutely focused on getting the job done properly. During that time they thanked me for "my" patience while they were working outside in very cold temperatures. The new window works properly and looks great.Service: Auto power window repair

Called Cham because I had a tiny crack which turned into a large hairline crack in hours. He was able to fit me in within hours of touching base with him. They came to me (which is always a plus) and replaced my windshield within 2 hours.It was an easy process and awesome experience overall

Cham was very friendly and professional. The installation looks great. After he finished, he cleaned up his work, he even helped adjust my dash cam and wiped down the interiors for me.

It sucks when your car gets broken into, but at least Cham was able to fix it in the same day. Great service at a very reasonable price.

CR was amazing! I called, they explained how to report it to my insurance company, gave me the number to call, they came to my car the next day, repaired my windshield crack and I paid nothing out of pocket. They dealt with my insurance. It could not have been easier!!! I highly recommend CR Auto Glass. I couldn't stand the crack on my wife audi Q7 front windshield so i reached out to Cr auto glass and man they did a wonderful job with it and also the car had a safety camera system that needed calibration they got that done along with it and everything went smooth thank you cr auto glass now i can see thru my windshield clearly again
