Although, timing of getting my vehicle back wasn t awesome, but I have been coming here for a good amount of years to get my vehicles serviced and I trust their work. Communication through email was not an issue for them and that is amazing since I am Deaf. My experience was costly, but not as bad as it could have been. Going out of their way to get me options and working with my warranty company. I am thankful. Thank you.

Wonderful dealership and better people that work there. Nick and Wayne were phenomenal. Very honest people and easy to work with. They didn t try to push anything on me. I looked at 5 different vehicles and not once nick seemed irritated about me looking at so many vehicles. I would 10000% recommend people coming here. Family owned for a very long time. And they treat you like family when you walk in. So happy with my brand new vehicle. Thank you very much!!

This is the best Gm service department in the area. Ed has done a fantastic job getting everything running smoothly. I have numerous dealerships closer to my house but drive 45 minutes for their Service Department.

I enjoyed the easy, straightforward, and honest experience. Nicholas Gennaro was very helpful. I could negotiate everything electronically and was happy that Wright did not add markup and unnecessary/unwanted accessories. I had been looking for a car for 2-3 months. I dealt with many dishonest dealerships who weren't willing to share the out-the-door pricing information without a lot of hustle or didn't want to negotiate on the markup or unwanted accessories.

Bought a car last week through a trade in. It was a fairly pleasant experience. The salesman, nick was helpful and knew his cars. Wayne, the finance person was awesome. A gentleman who's name I forget was doing the negotiating. That process went on way too long. I've often resisted going to a dealership because of the back and forth, annoying game that's played where the sales people say, "well, I'll have to take this to my mgr..." Then the Mgr comes out and doesn't accept our offer after we say, 'this is what we're looking for and don't want go back and forth forever. We also got much less than we were expecting for our trade based on what research we did. We were close to leaving but got to a somewhat acceptable compromise. It could've taken much less time. So annoying. Overall, the experience was OK, though i won't be back.,

Very long I understand we was there for inspection and a oil change and a recall but to be there for two almost three hours and not one person came to give a update.my husband had to walk up to find out cause he seen the car..only to find out then it was done and they were finishing up paper work and they didn t pay attention when they wrote the millage for the next oil change the wrote the current mileage on the sticker.service and communication is extremly slow

Amazing service! Great attention to detail. If you want prices and work that you can trust, definitely recommend. I drive out of my way because I know that I won't be over charged or have the repairs padded. My local dealership quoted me $1k over the work that Tom Davis did for me! As I waited, I watched them give that same excellent service whether it was batteries in key fobs, spare keys needed ASAP or major repairs. Top notch.

Jason Huntermark and team were awesome. The whole process from appraising my trade-in to getting the keys for the new car were fast and painless. Jason knew every detail of every option that each of his cars was configured with, and there wasn't a question we asked that he wasn't able to answer confidently.If you're looking for a C8 Corvette, I don't think there's a better place to go than Jason at Wright.

Service is good but pricey.Example Air filter cost $19-29 ad it is a 10 minute job. You priced it at $59. If it were reasonable I would have you do it.

Last week my wife and I bought a used 2020 Kia Sportage. We were quickly approached by River who talked to us and took us for a test drive, River was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle.Then we were introduced to Wayne the finance manager who also made us comfortable. The whole experience was great. Hopefully the service will be as good. Thanks again River and Wayne.

I was in desperate need of a car because mine was totaled... Jaime Williams contacted me... I told him what I was interested in... Nick Gennaro called..Immediately i knew I was in good hands because I've known him... Finance person Zac called me... got my financing set... when I told them I had to arrange for transportation to get to dealership they BOTH assured me they would come get me.... WHOOOOOOdoes that..?? I was charged $536.00 for part the service department "thought" might fix the problem. took the vehicle for a 20 minute ride and the failure returned, problem NOT fixed. Now service advises "we think it's the touch screen for $675.00 we'll comp labor and programming" I suggested I'll pay the difference in the 2 parts to have the new screen installed, that suggestion was declined by the service department. the problem is not resolved.

I just bought my first car alone and could not be more pleased with my experience here. The gentleman who helped me throughout the entire process was so kind and personable, as well as the man in finance. They made sure I had all of the information and knew my options well. They called as many banks as they could to get me the best rate and even called a bank back to inform them that their offer was not the best. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who would be interested in their cars (especially if you are trying to buy a Honda from a Chevy, Buick, GMC lot ;) ).

Not a great experience at this dealership. Drove 30 minutes after being contacted on the phone by a sales rep, claiming to want to work with us for turning in our lease and leasing a new vehicle. We were told to ask for a particular salesman when we got there and he was nowhere to be found and when we asked for him, we were dismissed. We were not offered a test drive on any of the vehicles we inquired about and were actually told that the car the salesman was trying to push, was too expensive for us. Showroom and restrooms were dirty. Overall bad experience.

My husband and I were at a point in our car shopping period where we both were ready to give up. Bad experience with too many car deanships in the area. One evening driving by Wright in Ambridge, PA, my husband said, let's just drive through the lot. No knowing they were still open at 7:30pm. We walked around for a few and was even able to test drive a SUV. Justin stayed over pass 8pm closing time to help us. We loved the car we test drove but, not the one we purchase. Every single person we talked to at Wright was helpful and a true breathe of fresh air.Wright in Ambridge, PA turned my awful car shopping experience into the best car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I were looking for certain features in our new SUV. Low miles, no older than 4 years and move for our growing teens. My husband and I were able to find everything we wanted and more, with our brand new 2024 Chevy Equinox, RS. Definitely can't beat low miles when it only had 5 miles.From Evan, Justin and of course the amazing Ben. Everyone in the finance department (Please forgive me, I forgot the three that worked with us in that department). However, everyone was beyond great to my husband and I. I'm still smiling from ear to ear. Telling EVERYONE to go to Wright in Ambridge, PA for their next car purchase.Thank you all againAll Smiles :).

Nick was a fantastic salesman through my process of dealing with Wright to purchase a new SUV, however, I had gotten insurance on my new car, taken out a loan, and about to sign paperwork for it, when they then realized they couldn t sell the car to me due to them purchasing it themselves for a rental. When finding this out they let me know they would have to either put 1000 miles on it or wait 30 days for them to be able to sell it to me, but the GM did not seem willing at all to lower the price or do anything for my inconvenience. I honestly would ve still purchased the vehicle if they were willing to lower the price or throw in something extra for the trouble because of how great Nick was with us. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone, but be super careful, don t take out a loan or insurance on your new car until you can make sure the deals actually happens.

John Paisley, Wright's Service Manager always works to please my needs. I went to Baden for the service on my 2020 Yukon XL and as usual, was very pleased. Although, one of the issues I was having was with my turn signal indicating that it needed serviced, the fact that it only happens sporadically, naturally, while in the mechanics hands, it did not indicate. But, I'm sure that sooner or later it will stay on and the issue will be corrected. I truly appreciate all that John Paisley, Tyler Henderson, and Ed do to help me in my time of need! Hence is the reason that I have been dealing with Wrights Auto since Tim Smith was working in Carnegie!!!!! That has been almost 30+ years. Thank you again for all that you do!

All employees treated me like family. Ben and Ed went out of their way to make my experience a great one. Their knowledge of their products is well above other dealers. No high pressure or other sales gimmicks just honest straight forward dealing. I highly recommend purchasing here!!!1
