This company has got to have the best customer service I've ever seen in one They done a great job they let me my phone and text on the improvements on the car and when it would be done Thank you so much Bob Joe and Silvia 5 Stars all the way from the beginning to the end. Let me start off by saying, to me a car isn't just a car. My car not only is very special to me JUST for being my car, but this car in particular was very special because I'd been wanting it since it came out in 2016, and SPECIAL ORDERED it from the factory, because I HAD to have this colour. Needless to say when I spun out and hit a snow bank I was mortified, and significantly more stressed having to hand the keys over to strangers for DAYS when I don't usually let anyone do ANY work on my car without me present. I do all my own oil changes, filter changes, all my own work, and only ever let it go for state inspection, or work such as warranty work that I can't complete myself.I did some searching, and over a few different reviews, and on further inspection it seemed like these service king guys knew what they were talking about. The car needed some decent work, as you can see by the pictures below, the front bumper cover (the plastic bit) was completely smashed in, the aero skirt in the front was damaged, the front 1/4 panel behind the wheel was bent in, and that was only the damage I could see.My primary points of contact over the week or so were Brittany in reception and Bob the General Manger. over the time they had the car I had about 7-10 phone calls between both of them where they explained where they were in the process, and what was being done, and I expressed concerns about specific componentry and interest in the process.Every phone call was informative polite and full of information, and every single time they took down information about my concerns and even when we were just talking about the car in general, they were both so polite and kind and warm. The conversations we had made me feel valued as a customer, I explained in great detail, the different parts of the car I wanted to know about, and they took the time and care to make sure to go BACK over those areas, and make sure everything was where it was supposed to be.Bob at one point spent about 10 minutes going over how involved and complicated it got trying to paint the car, as Mazda's red is such an intricate colour that a finishing expert from their supplier had to come in and ensure that the colour was applied correctly, which was above and beyond considering red is one of the HARDEST colours to colour match. They also had to scour the earth looking for a replacement tire to match the very nice set of winters I have on my car, as one of them was quite damaged, and you can't have mismatched tires on a car, ESPECIALLY when they're snow tires.When the process was all said and done, they were going to have the car available at the Chester springs location where I'd dropped it off, but timing wise that wasn't going to work for me because my job's hours would've made it crazy difficult for me to be able to pick it up. When I expressed those concerns, they offered to handle everything over the phone, and had the car towed on a flat bed directly to my home address.The car looks absolutely brand new, the colour match is perfect, and they took MOST of the stress out of this situation.100,000% I would recommend going to this location and working with these people for collision work.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

If you have a choice go here. these guys are artists not only do they make it look like nothing ever happened but they also do a little extras too. Without a doubt the BEST auto body repair shop in the area. After having my car hit with a tractor trailer tire, they had me back on the road within a week and my car looks like the day it did when it rolled over the showroom floor. They gave me an estimate on a 2021 Lexus RX 350 the total of the estimate was just around $1100.00 with $11.00 of that being parts. I went elsewhere for an estimate I needed a new grill, new bumper cover and new drivers headlight assembly and that is only what could be seen without ripping the car apart. I can't say enough positive things about Service King in Avondale. I had my car in there for a pretty significant repair and I couldn't be happier with the result or with the experience. Everyone at Service King, from the person that checked in my car, to the technicians that worked on it, to the Service Manager that returned my car to me, were very professional and extraordinarily kind. I was communicated with at every step of the process. I knew exactly where they were with my car every day. You can tell that everyone takes great pride in their work, and it shows. I d like to compliment serviceKing not only for their customer service .(every single time I called they where on it to tell me everything that was going on with my 2016 Cadillac Escalade ) Their professionalism and outstanding ability to get my truck done in less than a week and a half with over $14,000 in damage! (Ouch) I called 4 or 10 times not too sure but not once did I feel like I was being a bother they explained everything to me and I was pleased and happy with the outcome! When you walk in they are all smiling and each and every employee had a cheerful grateful attitude simply amazing I ve never walked into a company where every single person seem pleasant to be around! A huge branch fell on my elderly mom's car smashing the windshield and messing up the hood and roof. We dealt with Service King through my mom's insurance. We were extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them. They kept us up to date with the progress the whole time. It took a little bit more time but that's because the insurance company took a week to approve the claim. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had damage to the bumper (hit deer), dropping off the vehicle was simple and safe, work was done quickly and with no issues. Plus the vehicle was throughly cleaned inside and out. I have USAA Auto insurance and within the last year, I have (unfortunately) been to this Service King location twice with different foreign cars. They are the absolute BEST! They are so accommodating, they will update you as your vehicle starts and moves thru process of repairs. I highly recommend this location of Service King to everyone!

I m updating my initial review as Bob Abernethy really does take pride in his customers. I ve come here for years now and they rolled out the red carpet for me and went above and beyond what was needed to get my car fixed. If your looking for collision repair and great customer service I would definitely recommend.

Fast, excellent service. Kept me well informed, and the two year old car looks like new! Not that we plan to frequent body shops, but if the need ever arises again, this will be the only place I bring the car for service.

Stopped in about a random rattling noise in my door. Greeted immediately by professional and friendly staff. Fixed the rattle within a few minutes at no charge!! What a great team!! Highly recommend.

Called and a Marilynn answered, she must have been having a bad day. I asked to speak to a manager only because it was a question for a manager. She responded well " what is this about"? I shared that it really was a question for a manager, I then shared that I wanted to ask the manager about what they do when they have more customers than they can handle. She responded "we don't do that here", I politely asked to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. Might be better for them to have an automated phone system, where I could have at least left a message for the manager. The automation service can't be rude.
