Highly recommend Caliber! They did a beautiful job on my car after I had a run in with a deer. The whole staff was great, they called & updated me on every phase of the repair from start to finish. Very pleased with their work.

Caliber was great to work with from start to finish! The process of scheduling repairs was done directly with my insurance. They also scheduled my rental for me. I was updated every step of the way during the process. My car was ready before it was supposed to be and they even cleaned it inside and out! I was impressed by everyone I spoke to and worked with. It was so nice picking up my car with the repairs done and it being cleaner than when I dropped it off! I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone needing repair work!

I have high expectations when it comes to dealing with different service providers and Sam, Simon, and Dottie are the apitamy of how a high quality collision repair facility should be ran. I was updated throughout the entire repair process, Sam communicated exactly what to expect and everything we spoke about was addressed and taken care of. It seems since Covid, customer service as a whole has gone down hill but not at this collision repair shop. They are truly the professionals. Beyond amazed from the engagement and communication to the excellent 100%guarantee on all the beautiful craftsmanship on my chrysler 300. Honestly the saving grace after I was slamned into and ramned off the hwy by a truck with my son. Dedicated & persistent to make quality experience here guys! Honestly couldn't be more happier they went obove and beyond with a part that was broke before accident and fixed it to!!

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The quality of service to my vehicle was beyond expectations. The vehicle was returned cleaned inside and out and it felt brand new. Rental car service was prompt and convenient. I would definitely reccomend this business to anyone seeking topQuality service.

We were extremely satisfied with the body work. The staff was friendly, and Simon was very knowledgeable. The communication was fantastic after being burned by another body shop. The truck looked as good as new! Highly recommend!

Used Caliber Collision after an accident with a deer. They were fantastic throughout the entire process with updating me on my car's repair and timeline for when I could get it back. The work they did on my car was great and you couldn't even tell it was damaged in the first place.

Having gone to a couple different body shops throughout the years, Caliper Collision is by far the best. Customer service was amazing and the speed at which they completed the car was incredible. I would definitely recommend!

We were so pleased with Caliber in Avondale! They communicated with our insurance company to make repairs quick and stress-free for us. Updates were shared almost daily and repairs were finished well before we expected. Friendly, great service. Highly recommend!

I had a first minor incident with my Audi Q7 (scratch and dent on the right front Tyre wheelhouse). The staff was professional and accommodating, and that the process from inspection to job completion was seamless. I received the repair estimate from Mr. Spoor (reasonable considering Audi Q7) over email after sending the required photos of my car and VIN number, thereby saving me a trip to the workshop. Secondly, I gave my car for repair on a Tuesday and was supposed to get it after a week. Later there was an unforeseen snowfall warning for the coming Sat and needed my car for an airport drop. Caliber Collision recognized the urgency and got my vehicle ready by Friday afternoon. Lastly, there were some minor scratches on the hood/bonnet of my car, and Simon (workshop technician) helped get those scratches removed and made it look BRAND NEW. I recommend everyone to go to Caliber Collision for their vehicle body shop repair needs. Thank you so much - Mr. Spoor, Mr. Simon and Ms. Dottie.

I ve picked up my vehicle from this location after a rear end collision. They absolutely did an amazing job not sure how they did it because my vehicle was in horrible shape but literally looks new. They even detailed my car after the repair just a great great experience considering the circumstances. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants their car fixed right and promptly. Great customer service and you never have to worry about what s going on they ll keep in contact with you during the ENTIRE process! Very pleased!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision was great to work with, from start to finish! I had to have extensive body work done to my car after being involved in an accident. The entire Caliber team was very helpful and friendly. Specifically, Dottie at the front desk did an amazing job of keeping me informed throughout every step of the two-week-long repairs process. My car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. Getting in an accident and dealing with the next steps is never fun, but Caliber Collision made the process so much easier for me. Highly recommend!!

Nothing bad to say. Friendly, polite and a pleasure to work with. After my $400 deductible, my car looks as good as new. They communicated well, Tom took my Mustang apart. He took the time to call me that afternoon and tell me I was in good hands, that my car was fine. Then they called me on Wednesday to say everything was on schedule. Thursday I called them to see if I was going to get my Mustang back for the weekend, they said yes. All Good, again, nothing bad to say. 5 starsService: Body & Trim

Brought my car there to get fixed. It was an insurance job. I gave them as much time as they needed because i wanted my car right. I got my car back and it looked beautiful but there was a minor problem. I didnt overreact. I took it back and spoke to sam(the g.m.) and simon. They were so sorry. They bent over backwards to get my car perfect. They did everything possible to make me happy because of the inconvenience. Guys thankyou so much and if any of my cars in the future need work i will take it back to you. You guys are the best!!!!! Top notch quality work. I'm so happy with it!!!!!

Slid on black ice into a tree. Caliber Collision, recommended by my insurer, was in full contact with both my insurer and myself through every step of the process. Work was completed very professionally and delivered on time. Car looks and runs like new. A long wait for an appointment, but once in, the process was seemless. I received calls regularly to update me on the process. Staff was very friendly. My car was finished two days early and looks great inside and out. They even buffed a couple of unrelated scratches at no charge. Once I filed my claim, Caliber worked with my insurance without me needing to be involved. I would recommend this location to friends and family in need of collision repairs.

I'm very pleased with the great work Caliber Collision did, to make repairs on my vehicle. I had a minor accident with hitting a medium sized deer recently, damaging my front bumper and drivers side passenger door. They kept me up to date with how the repair process went. My name is Gary and i have had several repairs done to my cars over the past few years by Caliber Collision in Avondale, Pa. I will say i am very satisified with the work they perform. They take charge of the vechicle from when it involves repairs and is brought into their shop and mediate all the necessary communications between your Insurance Company , the customer, etc. The process begins when being met by Dottie their Office Manager who you are greeted by and she directs you to the appropriate personnel who will take care of your needs and service your automobile. Then you are introduced to either Sam, their General Office Manager or Simon their Service Advisor who will address your needs, go over all the details, and leave you with a good expectation on what to expect, etc. They run a very well, organized business. I rate their service, customer interpersonal communicative skills as top notch. If their are any discrepanciesinvolving repairs they will do all they can to meet your expectations. They realize that a happy, satisified customer will return, and bring and recommend other family members, and friends.
