I ve been going to Pine Mountain for years, through a variety of cars and situations, and every time they ve treated me fairly and provided excellent service. Expert mechanics. I never feel gypped or disappointed which is not something I can say about every garage!Got new tires on Monday just in time for the first snow today. Thanks, Pine Mountain.

Pine mountain Auto is a place to take your vehicle. They are a busy place however they will work you into the schedule as soon as they can. And the reason why they're busy is because they are good at what they do they're honest and sincere and won't do anything unnecessary.

We were driving through avis and hit the kerb at the local gas station and had something dragging as I drove. It was close to closing time but they took the damaged piece off. The great folks at pine mountain saved the day and got us our of there by closing time. It wanted to remunerate for their great service but they said it was on them. I would like to thank Bill, Shannon,Sherri, and his staff for their professionalism, integrity and expertise on preparing our 2012 Toyota Highlander for an out west trip. After installing new spark plugs and a transmission fluid we decided that we should put new tires on the car also to cut down on the road noise. In doing so Bills staff gave use the best deal and correct tire size for overall performance. and when changing the tires they noticed from prior garages rotating tires that our lug nuts needed replaced. With their recommendation an expertise they felt this was a must because the lug nuts where rounded off and our wrench would not have worked had we needed to change a flat on our trip. After installing the tires and a test drive with me Bill and his staff tech determined that the car needed new rear wheel bearings. He guaranteed to me that this would cut our road noise and would feel like driving a new car. With that said he was correct and the car was performing like a new vehicle.So in saying we traveled 5400 miles round trip the car worked perfectly, with no road noise and we also gained extra fuel mileage from all of their hard work. I also will say that I had peace of mind and I felt I didn't have to worry about car troubles on our adventure out west.I would recommend Bill and his staff anytime and really appreciate his honesty and integrity to give the customer what is needed to meet their needs.Great job!!!!!!!Ken and Wanda WelkerServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I ve know Bill for a long time and I can say with out a doubt that the only other person besides my father that I will let work on or diagnose my vehicles is Pine Mtn. These guys are TOP NOTCH, from start to finish they provide excellent service. we were on our way to FFF in Renovo on Friday, October 14 when we had engine trouble coming down 287. We had to drop our trailer and made our way to Avis and Pine Mountain Auto, where William was so very helpful and was able to figure out the problem, correct it and make sure we made it to our destination. Pine Mountain saved me from disaster on a long distance trip recently. We were forced to pull off the highway due to a concerning noise while driving. We were seen immediately with no wait, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in no time at all, allowing us to keep going down the road in under an hour! This is absolutely the best Garage I ever encountered.. I got stuck in the area for a few days with a broken rim and blown out tire.. I had a rim and tire shipped to me but couldnt find anyone to mount it onto the rim for me. I called every place in the area explaining I had to get back to my hometown for work the next morning. Firestone said they were booked and couldnt spare the 5 min it takes to put it on the rim and other places tried taking advantage of the fact that I needed them to come to me for roadside. 1 business in avis told me $130.and another said $95 (both were 3.miles away. ).Bill called me back and came right out in his personal truck and helped me out, he knew I was dealing w some serious personal issues ,when he was finished Tried to pay him and he REFUSED to take a penny!! I always say there's no honest garages out there , and dont use one unless necessary.. Bill proved me wrong and showed me there's still good,honest people out there who actually care and aren't there just to take your money . I'm moving in the area soon and he will be the only garage I use and I will recommend him to anyone for any repairs needed .. Thanks for not only rushing right out to help us out when we needed someone most and most and reminding me there is good honest people out there who care about quality of life over taking someone for every penny they can squeeze from them in their time of need. .Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Took my vehicle in for tire installation. They fit in a last second inspection for me. When a brake part was needed as well, they went out of their way to get the part and install it. Awesome service,Great people. Went way above and beyond my highest expectations .So nice and polite. Really saved my butt today. Can thank them enought. I highly recommend them. They showed up with in 5 minutes. Never have I ever had such a great experience with a garage and there service.

Visiting the area for a week and my van starts smoking. Even though Ken was down a mechanic and clearly worked to the bone he made time for my issue and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price. He and his staff are kind, professional, and honest. Wish more places like this existed!

Expert, honest, and hard working. On our way from MI to north/central (Troy) PA to pick up a piece of equipment, my Ram 3500 diesel would not shift out of first gear. At 4pm Thursday night, we called the closest auto shop we could find and somehow were lucky enough to find this gem. Understanding our situation, Bill was Johnny on the spot for us, taking a look when we crept into town at 15 mph. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem (bad solenoid). He happened to have a used part on hand, stayed late to swap it out, and got us on the road by 7 that night. We made it all the way to Troy to pick up 2500 lbs of machinery, and back to MI Friday night (mostly as scheduled). Without Bill and Pine Mountain, we'd have been lucky to get fixed up before the weekend.

Close to where I live. Did my inspection. Very friendly people.Call you if you need something else done to your car before they fix it. I know I will continue to go there to get my car inspected.

After upgrading the suspension on my new 2020 4Runner the dealer couldn't get it aligned correctly so I brought it in and they got it tracking straight as an arrow. Not sure why the dealer couldn't do it?
