We have worked with many Sign Companies, and KC brings a level of professionalism and execution that is rare in this market. They are a tremendous partner, care about their customers and will go above and beyond to always do what's best for the customer.

Spent 10's of thousands on a new sign for our company and all was fantastic except when it came time for service that fell under the agreed warranty. The warranty company is located in California and they ship the parts to the local dealer to perform the service. It is impossible to get an email response or returned phone call from anyone involved. I emailed from July to September with virtually no response from anyone. Finally in November a service ticket was issued and the parts were finally ordered and sent to the local dealer for service. The local dealer has yet to schedule service with us even though they have had the parts since Thanksgiving. No contact, no communication.... I would never recommend this company to anyone. Once they have your money they have no interest in fulfilling their contractual obligations. Very unprofessional on every level. Lesson learned.

From the start of our projects until completion working with KC Sign has been great. From design to manufacture to installation their team has always been very courteous and professional. Excellent company to deal with. Personally, I ve used Steve on several projects throughout the years, across multiple businesses and each experience/product exceeded my expectation. KC signs did a great job on our new sign!!!!!! We found their sticker on the door of our new building and we called them up! Their prices were great and they came right out and finished the job quick and efficient! We drive by a night just to watch the sign glow :-)! Thanks! we will using you guys in the future!

KC Signs deserves a 10/10 stars if that was an option. Steve and his team have gone above and beyond for my family. We have a Memorial Golf Outing every year for my father, who has passed. Not only do the signs that I request deliver with absolute satisfaction, but year after year they make me them for my Family as donation for the the kids at St. James Regional Catholic School in Ridley Park (where all proceeds go to). I will use this company for the rest of my life for anything I need that is sign driven. I can not explain the gratitude and appreciation I have for this amazing company. Besides doing great work, they are truly amazing people. Thank you KC!

Being that my Store and Office complex are situated in a very high-end, prominently situated location of the Main Line, I had been lucky to discover and use KC SIGNS for the past 20 years for all my back-lighted awning needs, both front and rear of the building. Due to design complexities of the awning designs it is a very difficult proposition to install but, time and time again KC SIGNS delivered the perfect product combining a very high degree of professionalism to the look of my property. Both the shoppers and tenants all love the classy, professional look of the awnings and what it does to the building ; and, with proper yearly care the awnings last a very long time. I just had KC SIGNS switch over my newly fabricated front awnings to LED lighting and it looks spectacular! I also enjoy dealing with a "Family run business" as they really make you feel that your time is their time! KC Sign took the hassle out of updating all 5 of my NJ franchise locations!! All new exterior and interior signage.. Permits, design and installation they took care of it all. Their New Jersey salesman was very knowledgeable and made the process extremely easy.

In the fall of 2019 I connected with the team at KC Signs on a small, but important project - replacing the aging hand-lettered neighborhood entrance signs for the Pennwood Civic Association. We wanted something to replicate our original sign's aesthetic, as maintaining the look was important to our residents and members. COVID stalled progress, but KC kept open communication and in the spring of 2020 the new signs were installed. They respected our budget, and exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of work that we received at Camden County Technical Schools from KC Signs, a local, family owned business. We have worked with them for the past 12 years on multiple projects and they customized each job to our specific requirements and budget.

Absolute joke of a company. Missed 3 strait deadlines and the worst communication skills of any company I've ever dealt with. Go anywhere else even if KC is cheaper. Take their quote and go somewhere else and have it matched. Worst of all, they cannot do simple math. Basic addition is challenging to them. It's rotten from the top down. They're just not good people. They cost me thousands because I had to keep pushing my opening back because of them. Message me and I'll give you more details. Also, read my reviews, I don't leave bad reviews but these people are just absolutely horrible.

KC Sign & Awnings has installed and maintained our signage at Westtown Village Shopping Center for many years, including a brand new digital sign board that we love. We have been very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

KC signs was very easy to deal with for installation of all of our scoreboards at Haverford School. Even when it came to retrofitting shot clocks to existing boards, they were knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get the jobs done.

Stay away from this company. Ordered awnings for my business and they sent me damaged awnings and also the wrong size. The president Bill Clark made an excuse that they had new guy and her would personally supervise the new awnings. Gave them the opportunity to make good and when they came to install, they were just as bad as the first set. The sales rep who I worked with left the company and Bill Clark didn't even have the stones to call me on the problem. Ignored my emails and messages and had his receptionist call me back to tell me he would refund my money.

Total clowns from owner to foreman. They have no idea what they are doing. After the 4th attempt to hang our sign that we contracted with them to install they walked off job and told us it was to big a job for them. They could have just stated that from beginning. Owner would not even speak to us throughout this nightmare .
