my vehicle is exempt from emissions less than 5000 miles. There was a charge for emissions on my bill. I called to ask why, their reply a $43.00 charge to hook up to machine to type it in. Oil change & inspection $143.00. Do not want to knock them pleasant, professional you are in and out. Little pricey for the average person.

We always get Excellent service from Interstate Auto. My family has been taking our vehicles there for years. Brian, John and the mechanics deliver. If your looking for a good honest auto maintenance business this is your place. I have both my cars serviced here for many years and never have I had a problem. They take the time to explain all you need and what maybe coming in the future. Never presure to do anything. They leave it up to you. I only trust Interstate with my car maintenance and will never go anywhere else.Services: Battery service, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

They charge 3.5% on parts you buy there plus state tax. Other than that it was fine. Pricey $$$

We had our RV towed to Interstate to repair a pinhole leak in a transcooler line...the estimate was $2800 even before they started the vehicle. We canceled the job..had to pay $406 for a tow from Weir Rd in Aston (obviously doubled the cost)to get the key for Mullins Truck repair to tow it to their shop...Mullins fixed the leak..towed it and replaced 2 batteries for $911!! Mullins Truck repair Rocks!! They are honest,reliable and do great work..Never will I go to Interstate again and I will share this everywhere!!

Interstate auto Electric apparently isn t a Electric shop as told by the counter person . Not sure why Google wasted my time recommending this shop when googling electrical auto mechanics. Wasted my morning driving here to schedule an appointment .

Thought we found an awesome place. Took our RV there for brakes and inspection. Closed up our rv for the winter. Just prepared to open for the spring realized tpms wasnt registering. Called interstate. our back sensors and tire valve extenders were missing. Obviously they couldnt find them five months later. Can't believe they didn't question what jobs they did. They had to find these in their shop. Guy offered if we buy extenders he would put them on. Sensors alone are going to cost us 100. Not sure of extender price. Im tired of professionals not doing their job. Especially when they are paid good money. I pay professionals to do a job and how are you suppose to have peace of mine when work quality lacks.

A lot of times when you go to a Mechanic you feel as if you are at their Mercy... And trust me it's even worse when it's a Big Truck Mechanic. That's not the case with these guys. You just feel like they are being fair and honest with you from the start. I strongly encourage you to consider them if your looking for a Commercial Truck Mechanic.

Fast as could be. I was last minute before inspection. Broken bolts on the exhaust manifold, upper and lower ball joints on passenger side, horn... They did an awesome job!
