Love the people and their products. I buy everything for my MGB at the Roadster factory. I recommend you buy you parts there.

I've been buying bits for my TR-4 and TR-6 from The Roadster Factory for many years. Never a real issue. Always want shipping to be less, but who doesn't. I feel what Charles started cares more about the quality of the parts they sell more than some of the other British car suppliers.

I ve been a customer since 1982, and they are very knowledgeable about all Triumph models and the MGB. They sell the highest quality parts they can get for a given application, and they have had unavailable parts manufactured in the past. The people who staff the phones are courteous and knowledgeable, and shipping is quick. It s a family business with many longtime employees. My only real complaint is that the website is clunky to use, and it does not indicate whether a part is in stock or back ordered. That s useful to know if I need a part ASAP, so I always call to verify stock when ordering something I need urgently.

Excellent business, TRF keeps me coming back with the best service out of any car supplier I've ever used. My Dad used TRF since 1981 and I am using TRF for 10 years now. Excellent business. According to my dad they have been excellent since Day1! Great job.

During the night 12/24/2023 this building burned in a major fire. Hopefully they can rebuild!

I ordered parts form them for years until this last order. 2 days after I placed the order they notified me that one item, a front bushing kit was back ordered by 1-2 days. No problem. 4 days later I called asking about it. The guy on the phone said it should ship out next day. No notification the next day so I call again the following day. The guy on the phone seemed confused to why It has not shipped out since all the parts including the bushing kit was in stock and said it will ship out ASAP. No notification of shipping that night so I call yet again the next day. The guy on the phone said yet again the bushing kit was back ordered until the end of the month 2+ weeks. I canceled the order and will be going else where. It sucks because I have been ordering from them for years and it seems like they are slipping to me. Wasted 2 weeks of my time and I had to call multiple times to get a straight answer from them.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Specializing mainly in Triumph parts, also carrying good assortment of MG parts. Has great Internet specials and sales. Highly recommend and look forward to doing more business with the The Roadster Factory.

There is simply no business that provides the history and knowledge of the renovation and repair of both the Triumph line, as well as the More Grief models than TRF. Charles has surrounded himself with ready-to- help EXPERTS, who are available, ALIVE, to guide you out of your desperation. Couple that with an unbelievably complete stock of the finest quality parts and bits, that work and fit, then cap it with THE FAIREST PRICING I have found in the 17 years I have been an elated customer.

I have been buying parts from Roadster Factory for over 45 years for my TR6. You can t beat these guys for quality and price. They have great suppliers in the UK and you can t beat going to a summer party.

This isn't the first unsatisfactory dealing with this company, but we are all about second chances. Well, second chance with this company is done. Here are the results.... Our new Petronix starter that we ordered from The Roadster factory didn't even make it out of the garage before it crapped out. No sympathy or refund from either company. No refund on electronic parts, but we could order another at 100 a pop. Buyer beware of both companies. The product is inferior and the backing of the products this company sells is inferior too. Such a shame.

My first car has been a triumph GT6 ...40 years ago..I still have it...and I used to be customer to The roadster factory since that time, they are the best...period..they understand customers needs, they give a wonderful service, the parts are the most accurate of the industry...they are more than a parts business...they are passionate like us and they are a lovely family ...

Amazing place to shop at. I wish the online catalog was a little easier to read but if you have any questions just give them a call and they will go through whatever you are looking for to ensure the part you need is the right one.
