We have a relationship with Yearsley that goes back over 30 years. We have used them when we bought our houses to install new locks throughout. And recently, my daughter used them as well when she bought her new home. They install new locks, rekey or repair older locks and service what they sell. Also, their lawn mower and small motor maintenance and repair service is well regarded. Highly recommended.

Pleasant and professional. Great experience with Yearsley's from start to finish in diagnosing and installing new garage door openers. When they say they'll call, they call. When they say they'll come, they come. Nick is an expert in his craft and cares about his work. Pricing was explained clearly and was fair. And awesome customer service and communication from Chris and his team in the office. Can't recommend highly enough.

A couple of days ago we had an issue with our garage door. We called Yearsly's and their technician Nick was at our home within a couple of hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and solved the issue very rapidly and to our entire satisfaction.This is the second time we called them for a repair, the first time a few years ago was also with Nick and we were also very satisfied. For excellent locksmith services we know whom to call !

When we bought our house each lock on the doors was a different key. Also the front door was a different brand of lock then the back door. Dave from Yearsley's did a great job installing the new lock and keying them all the same. Both doors function better than they did before! I have never been so excited to have one key for my whole house!

Poor service and Rude.I went there only because they were listed as service warranty provider for my equipment. When I showed up asking for service, I was told from the guy that he "wasn't going to wait on hold with [the manufacturer]" so I had to call myself.So I went home, made the call to the manufacturer, explained to the service agent what happened. The agent, who was helpful, volunteered to call Yearsley's and get them the info they needed. I was on hold. The agent came back and said "Man, they were rude".Anyway, when I showed up a second time now that things were settled, it still wasn't smooth but I was able to get it done. But while I was at the counter, one of the repair man was ridiculing one of owners of the piece of equipment he was repairing, calling him stupid. I am sorry...but not within earshot of other customers.Just bad people.

You know those local places we used to have, with specialists in a certain area, that gave you a great product and great service? This is one of those places. There is no other place to go for locks.

Called today at 4:40 when my wife couldn't get our door open. The woman who answered was rude and snarky. She also wouldn't send someone out because they close at 5. We live 5 minutes away.We used Della Polla's Supreme Edge in Havertown instead. Do yourself a favor and don't bother calling Yearsley's if you're in a pinch.

Wonderful service. Knowledgeable staff with excellent follow through. They have replaced my garage door, serviced my locks and even repaired my snowblower. Chris is a great guy!
