I have been looking to get a car for a while now. I was very nervous as it was going to be my first car purchase, but once there the nervousness went away. Sue was great. I had been texting her for a while over getting a car so it was nice to finally meet her. She was so nice and I felt very comfortable around her. She also wasn t pushy at all. Tara in finance was wonderful. She was so thorough and transparent, and made me feel so calm. I seriously felt like I was talking to a friend. Thank you so much for everything! I m looking forward to getting my next lease through Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore!

My experience with Andrew (sales) and Tara (finance) was fantastic. I was actually overwhelmed by the convenience and honesty after having bad experiences elsewhere. The fees were extremely reasonable and actually ended up being lower than estimated. I provided information prior to my arrival so the paperwork was ready and waiting for me. I highly recommend!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the people over at Piazza Volkswagen. I have been on the search for a car since the beginning of November and while my experience was a very interesting one , Shameer and Tara made it a lot less stressful for me! They took great care of us here. The salesmen Andrew was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had. Even a couple weeks after purchase when I had a question I gave him a call and he was happy to help.The process was quick with no frills. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a VW.

I must give a great appreciation to Sean Gibson of piazza of Ardmore. He is very tentative and understanding and he goes above and beyond to help his customers with any problems or issues they may have. I have worked with Sean on several occasions and I must say he is by has far the best customer service I ve experienced so far. Sean s customer service is definitely a needed fixture in any company. My experience with Sean is a 10 out of 5 I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to help and eagerness to understand his customers!

I have bought or leased 5 cars over the last 15 years. This was the smoothest transition to date. I had the pleasure of working with Randi. She was attentive. She communicated with me via email over a period of days (during the holidays no less) and she worked fast to get me the answers I was looking for. She wasn't trying to sell me. She was simply listening/reading my specific questions and got me the information I requested. Once we got to a place that was comfortable and all #'s were where I needed them to be, we scheduled an in person for 10am on a Saturday. I was out the door with keys in hand by 1130am. Quite literally the best car buying experience I've ever had. Tara in finance was also a delight to work with. Randi thank you for delivering 5 star service. It's a rarity in this industry and did not go unnoticed. Would absolutely buy from her again in the future.

The buying experience was great. Sue worked with me until I got the car that I wanted. She explained everything to me regarding being a new owner of an EV. I was working with another dealership and was referred to Sue at Piazza in the process, so thankful for that referral!! Sue worked extremely hard to ensure I had exactly what I wanted within my budget!! My car had to be ordered and she kept me updated every step of the way. Rocco, Tara, and Paul worked their magic as well, I have renamed them the VW Dream Team!! If you re looking for a VW please be sure to check them out! The service was top tier, I guarantee that you won t be dissatisfied! BTW I love my new Atlas Cross Sport!

My salesman, Shameer, was knowledgeable and thorough. He was not pushy. He went through all of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. The finance woman knew her stuff and was quick. I had a great experience at this dealership.

It s upsetting seeing so many similar reviews about feeling scammed by the service department.I brought my car in for an oil change. During the service I was recommended to get an additional $1500 worth of work done, one being a new battery. I politely declined due to the fact that I recently just got my mileage inspection/maintenance done and never received any info about needing a new battery. (I would like to add that my experience with customer service was poor as well and unsettling/judge mental for not taking their services)I ve never had any issues with my battery but a day later my battery stops working. It s very ironic and I do not feel comfortable going back to this dealership for maintenance.

They have the worst VW service that I have ever seen. I have been to different VW service s in different states and they do great job. Moved to Phili and unfortunately brought my car for oil change. When I moved out of the state two different dealerships told me that the oil pan is broken bc of inappropriate handle and replacement from the prior service. Of course, when you call Ardmore service and tell them about the problem they start to give all the possible excuses and that they are not responsible and they have to see the car, etc. They will not take responsibility for anything. Do yourself a favor and don t do your car service there.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Shameer was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the features of the Atlas. Paul and Rocco were also very helpful! I highly recommend Piazza Vw of Ardmore.

Be wary of shady business dealings.Went here to see a new car, the model I was scheduled to see wasn't even brought up and ready.Brought a car to trade and was given a trade-in value well underneath blue book. Quoted price matched the base model of my car rather than my actual model, resulting in a whopping $12000 discount for the dealership (lol).Whether incompetent or genuinely scammy, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Piazza VW epitomizes the negative stereotype of car dealerships; shady, pushy and dishonest. My experience purchasing a vehicle here was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Working with Piazza VW has been the worst customer experience of my life.They gave me two duds for keys and told me to kick rocks when I asked them for a replacement . Imagine selling a vehicle without working keys- truly the bare minimum.Buyers beware when dealing with Piazza VW. Strongly, strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you re a glutton for disappointment.My brother chose to purchase a VW through Fred Beans and I wish I had done the same. If interested in a VW, don t waste your time here just go right to Fred Beans!

Picked up my car November 16th after $2100 in repairs for the check engine & EPC light. A few days later, I began having issues with my stereo locking me out of the system. On 3 separate occasions, after the repairs I was locked out of the system when I started the car and did not know the code to unlock it as, I didn't set it & this is the first time its happened.First I called and was very rudely told by STEVE that it was in the owners manual ( it is not.)So I returned to VW with the owners manual for help finding the code. I was given an appointment. December 6th the shop "hooked up my car" to get the code I needed for when it happens again, Free of charge. I drove home and the next morning, December 7th, my check engine light & epc light came on immediately, I drove directly to the shop instead of going to work, somehow there was another $800 in repairs, less than 24 hours after leaving the shop and less than 30 days after $2100 in repairs at this shop.This seems very sketchy to me.This is the only shop I go to for regular maintenance since I purchased the car. I will find another shop.

I approached the team trying to leverage the national deal VW was running on the Atlas. The finance team member (Rocco) was condescending and misrepresented how "that's not how the deals really work." I reached out to Fred Beans VW (25 minutes away) and got the national deal with no haggling - saving around $5k on my car lease for the exact same vehicle. I would recommend anyone considering this dealership go down the road and save a good deal of money.

I went to a different VW store first and walked out. Then I went to Ardmore VW. I could not have been more happy. Randi , Paul and Rocco worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. I highly recommend to not waste time going anywhere else. This dealership really cares about their guests. Well done Team Piazza VW!

I had a wonderful experience with Randi Pavlow. She was more than patient (answering all of my questions) running different scenarios, she could not more helpful.i commend Piazza VW of Ardmore for having a person of Randi's caliber which lends itself to why I would think she is so successful and a wonderful part of the organization.

Couldn t speak more highly of this place- the car-buying process from start-to-finish was incredibly seamless. Communication and follow through was A+, and I want to particularly give a shout-out to Rocco the sales manager as he went above and beyond to make my experience here so wonderful. Quoted me thousands of dollars to replace parts that I was able to fix on my own for less than 200! $625 to replace an entire seat for a stuck seatbelt- I opened up the seat from the back and replaced a broken part for $14- took 25 min. $1,362 to replace a cracked side mirror housing! I paid 150 and upgraded both sides to brushed aluminum, and reconnected all the wires for turn signal and heater- 30 min. They wanted to replace the entire mirror assembly because of a cracked housing! $725 to replace broken wires in a seat wire harness. I repaired wires in 20 min for $0. I asked them to inspect a rattle that is clearly coming from the front suspension of the car- they did not even take the time to investigate this and told me it was loose items in the trunk. The car is a wagon, and back seats are always folded down. No items left in the car whatsoever.It s clear they thought they could try to bully me into paying ridiculous prices for work the car didn t need, probably just hoping I would buy a new car from them. Well sorry you crooks, you will not get another dime from me for any more cars, maintenance, or parts and you better believe that everyone I know will hear about it too!If you want honest and high quality work for your VW, go to Wagenwerx in Wyndmoor. Service and quality is top notch, can t even be compared to Poo-azza.

My partner and I purchased a used (and awesome) 2019 VW GTI in New Jersey, and got the Volkswagen Care package. My partner took the day off work for an appointment at this dealership for service, and he was told "Sorry, we can't look up your plan and have no proof that you have one." Fortunately, we have the original paperwork at home, but my partner hadn't brought it with him since this is 2023 and the general assumption is that large companies can communicate electronically. Also, I don't understand why the rep would not call the original location we purchased and have the details of our plan faxed or emailed over. This is just poor service!

The service department will absolutely scam you. Went in for regular service for my 2021 Tiguan and they recommended absolutely unnecessary things ($400 battery when there are no issues with the battery, $400 oil change, $700 for 4 tires WITH a buy 3 get 1 free deal ), among other things.Never mentioned anything about there apparently being a cheaper routine service and only charged for the highest one which is no different than the normal service. Declined their recommend services and still spent $560 for an oil change . I d never recommend this place to anyone.
