DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! They tried to scam be by switching banks behind my back even though my bank already approved us at a lower rate due to my 844 Credit score! They Vehicle was only 2 years old and I was promised they would have it detailed, new tires, everything I found wrong with the Vehicle they would fix and make right. Long story short, the Vehicle that when all is said and done was gonna cost me about $50k wasn t even clean let alone detailed. Not even a tank of gas, they didn t fix anything or give me anything I was promised. After 2 weeks on waiting to hear on how they would handle this situation I ended up getting back my trade in which was 8 years old and in impeccable condition compared to what they gave me. Even their manager couldn t believe they gave me the car in this condition and promised so much. Before you ask why I took it to begin with, it was horrible weather and I couldn t give the bidy a great look but was assured anything I found they would take care of, Man was I wrong! I could go on longer but I think you get the point. I have even more photos and that is just one tire they claimed would be new, other 2 were dry rotted which I couldn t see in the rain. One is an actual dent. Disgusting Business and Sleazy Dealership!

I recently purchased a pre own vehicle from Piazza Acura. The transaction went as expected. No issues or surprises when I arrived to pick up the new car.Claude the salesmen I worked with was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I had to work a deal out with him over the phone because I live 4 hours away from the dealership. We agreed on a price for the car, financing and a value for my trade before I even stepped foot on the lot. I asked him to make sure everything was ready to go when I got there because I was spending so much time on the road. He delivered on that promise.I also worked with Tara in the finance office. She was friendly and knowledgeable about every piece of the transaction. She wasn t pushy when she offered the extended warranty but did let me know it was available and how it would benefit me.Overall I would recommend Claude and Tara at Piazza Acura! Couldn t be happier with my experience

I had a great experience purchasing a 2021 Acura from Piazza. They have a nice selection of used Acuras from which to choose. I was lucky enough to work with Kaleb Narslee, who was a consummate professional through and through. He was easy to work with and always available. The sale was seemless and stressless and I m so grateful for that. Kaleb even good the time to help me set up some of the tech in my car before driving away.

My name is John Rice and I purchased A New Acura TLX. Also there was another vehicle in my circle that was purchased which we were completely satisfied with ( New Acura Integra) I AM completely Satisfied with the vehicles performance, style, and user friendly specs. Rob Hernandez is one of easier going and customer friendly managers that I've encountered. He is a fair man when it comes to Lease and finance payments. One of the few managers who has a heart. He is very competitive and more than likely he will give you the best deal in the area.

A week ago I bought a used car ( 2020 Acura MDX with Low Miles under 10,000 ) which is pre certified. This car is like a brand new car. I'm still getting the smell of leather as a brand new car has. This car has a lot options and is smooth as a brand new car is. I'm really happy with my car. My kids and my wife love this car very much! I have still almost 3 years / more than 90,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty . Ardmore Acura is strict to their Internet Price. But the fact is that you will not lose if you buy cars from them. This car does not have even a little scratch! Unbelievable! I believe they had taken care of everything before they put it for sale in the market. MR. SAM is a great person! He took care of everything very quickly ! Thank You SAM for your great job! I would recommend everybody to come to Ardmore Acura before going any other places to see cars.

I had the pleasure of working with Emily Clark & Matt the finance manager who helped me work out a wonderful deal to bring home this beauty of a car! Emily was very patient and communicated extremely well in order to help me land the best possible deal, she is so awesome and I highly recommend speaking with her! The service is exceptional in all aspects; from sales to finance to service etc. It will be the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience you ever have. I met with senior car sales agent Jonathan kapusnick for a vehicle. He said he would be at the office from 9-3. It was 12pm and he was sitting at his cubby watching us while we asked the receptionist where he is. She replied he was on caIl but suddenly disappeared after seeing him? I didn t know who he was initially but when I saw him return I recognized him from when I first walked in. I feel like he wanted to see who the customer was first before even speaking to us. Says a lot about judging people right? A young woman took the time to take us on a test drive. She was very kind and down to earth (she needs to be a senior sales agent). What topped it all off was when I felt like a CAPTIVE!!! I insisted plenty of times to give my potential car trade in keys to pick up my daughter. He kept on speaking about the car and mentioned it ll take 2-3 mins. Big fat life just like every car sales agent. HE GAVE MY KEY ONLY IF WE SETTLED ON A DEAL THAT DAY. He didn t have a smile on his face, unapproachable, and lacks empathy. HE STOPPED ME FROM PICKING UP MY KID! The pricing was very suspicious. A complete joke AVOID THIS PLACE! Lastly, I requested paperwork for pricing to run the numbers and he instead asks me to email other documents like my insurance card, and registration and payoff note! I emailed my confidential documents and he can t send me pricing! Look at the previous reviews they scammed them and forced them to write an awesome review. Those reviewers only have 3 reviews LOL! Don t fall for these pirates. Jonathan presented zero respect about our wellbeing. I told them I d move forward with the deal that day. But, then I contacted Jonathan and told him to terminate the offer because his lack of empathy.

Purchased a new MDX from here. I was arriving from out of town. All the details and price were negotiated prior to my arrival so there would be no surprises. There ended up being plenty of surprises. They apparently required me to finance through them even though I had my own prepared. The vehicle was missing one of the floor mats (but they mailed it to me afterwards). The paperwork was riddled with errors that I pointed out for them to fix. The sales person couldn t tell me much about the vehicle and couldn t figure out the infotainment, which I wanted to be comfortable with before a 5 hour drive home. There were various scuffs and scrapes on the car (brand new car). The manager, Pete Maxwell ended up not returning my calls and this still has not been resolved. Overall, very poor experience and would not recommend to anyone.

I have a 22 year car I bought from you new and it's been meticulously taken care of and serviced by you 95% of it's service history. On a recent servicing that had electrical issues diagnosed as needing to replace it's inside cabin and under hood fuse boxes, it was found Acura/Honda no longer made them for my make and model AND no supplier of yours that you could buy from had any in stock. I love this car and asked my service contact Bryant to have your mechanic get the list of parts you could not get and I'd get them so we could bring the car back up to 100%. Your team was up for the challenge. Your parts department located the under hood fuse box & it's full compliment of working fuses on Ebay, used & in Excellent to near mint condition which I bought and had shipped, but the inside cabin one was no where to be found, however in short order as far as impossible hunts go, (one of my God given gifts as I was 'the go to scrounge' for finding things no one could get overseas for the Navy frigate I served on) I found a wreck of my exact year and model in a auto salvage yard in Oklahoma, who had recently sold the engine and trans and all it's connecting under hood components, but hadn't touched anything in the cabin - turns out they DID have the inside cabin fuse box with all its fuses in VERY GOOD to EXC condition & bought and shipped that too. After I delivered those to Bryant to have your mechanics check it out and install, the entire repair job got finished (about a little over a month from when I first brought it in until I got it back). I had lined up a loaner car from you before I brought it in, so none of my time was without a working vehicle. I must of told a hundred people about my recent experience and how delighted I was that you back up what you sell doing EVERYTHING POSSIBLE even in THIS case your customer was willing to make up for something you couldn't do. THE FACT YOUR TEAM went the distance with me on this AND we got the job DONE was to me like my Navy days out at sea when you don't have the luxury of getting things the way you normally get them, you WORK the problem and CREATE the solution with the people who know what they are doing signing off on achieving every element WITH WHAT YOU GOT. . . there's NO BETTER FEELING OF SUCCESS when you achieve an objective, with a team that CAN DO IT over most teams that would look at anything out of the box of normal business as usual and just shrug their shoulders and say sorry, it can't be done. Bryant seeing I was this type of person and this type of customer, and your mechanic and part dept. willing as well to do everything possible WORKED WITH ME, and we hunkered down and GOT THE JOB DONE!! EVERYTHING is back to being 100%. That's a $1000+ bill I was MORE THAN HAPPY to pay! God bless you all!

Be careful... they don't stand by their vehicles and they certainly don't stand up for their customers. You're just a number. Instrument cluster on wife's car failed and went dark during a recent cold spell. No speedo, tach, fuel gauge, odometer etc etc. They ran 'diagnostics' on the car for 3 days and then stated that the car shows 0 miles which indicates 'tampering'! Told me to come take it off their lot. This car even had an active extended bumper to bumper warranty on it which is valid to 100k miles.... which they sold me! Mileage is stored electronically in all modern vehicles. Car was recently inspected at 71K and that mileage even aligns to Carfax. This is my wifes RDX which carries my kids around... not some race car being tuned and 'tampered with'. Never again buying a single thing from any PIAZZA group...Would give 0 starts if google let me. Remember - you're just a number with PIAZZA.

PSA!!! Don't ever purchase a car from piazza Acura of Ardmore. I literally just got into an argument with the manager ROBERT of the dealership. I called 9 this morning regarding my car and then he just now called me back stating "well I called you back like you asked me too" he was so rude, sarcastic and you can just hear in his tone of voice he was not interested in helping me. He tried saying the other dealerships I went to aren't like them and legit when they were I went to the actual Honda dealership that told me the same thing!!!! I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!! Sorry I don't want to pay $800 for a car note when they gave me a car that has problems with it!!!!!!! If you plan on getting a car don't go here! Not only that but I feel like they take advantage of women because if rob was talking to a man I don't feel he would've had the responses he's had, also I'll include I've been calling for months and months leaving voicemails asking for help and no one ever called me back. DO NOT GO HERE

The service folks were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate having the car serviced first thing in the morning for an unscheduled appt. The flat tire repair (patch) was done quickly and expertly. It was a nice surprise that I did not have to purchase a new tire. Kudos to the team for their honesty and great service.
