My son and I had a GREAT car buying experience at Mainline Honda!!! We love our new 2024 Honda Accord EX CVT!!!!!This dealership doesn't have a high pressure environment and that works best for us! We're educated consumers and the hard sell would have just driven us away.Bill was our salesman and what a great guy!!!! He was so knowledgeable, respectful, and chill with a great dry sense of humor!!!! He really made buying a car a quick, fun, and smooth.They don't try to push products on you. Dave in finance was very personable and made us feel quite comfortable.I would recommend anyone to buy your next car from Mainline Honda! They were stellar and we had a great experience.

I generally don t leave reviews, and if I do, it is usually because of a negative experience.I just left the dealer 30 minutes ago, originally planning on going in for a test drive, with my 7 year old nephew. I will admit, at first I was a little put off by the crowded parking lot and lack of a permanent building or structure, but that quickly faded as the visit progressed. I was informed that they no longer go along for test drives since Covid, but since I was not familiar with the area, Bill happily cameAlong, during this time I talked about my expectations and what I hoped to accomplish with buying a new car. Having just totaled my newly paid off 2018 CRV, I was not really thrilled to be purchasing another new car. I told them my down payment, and where I wanted my monthly payments to be and he came back quickly with an offer that met all my needs, down to wheel locks. Andre then laid everything out making the dreaded signing process super easy as we discussed our sneaker collections. My appointment was at 2 and we were done and out the door by 4. I was genuinely shocked at how simple and pleasant the experience was. Total opposite of my first Honda buying experience that took nearly 8 hours, even thought I walked in with the make, model and VIN of the car i wanted.Nothing but high praises for the service I received today. Thank you for making a difficult time a little less stressful.

I worked with Roman on finding the model I wanted. After 5 dealerships unable to get me the Pilot Sport model, Main Line found me one immediately and I had it in 2 days! I don t know how the manager was able to locate one when every other dealership I contacted or been to kept saying there are no Sport models being made! This market is very challenging to find inventory and reasonable pricing, but my experience with Main Line went beyond my expectations. I ve had been with another Honda dealership for over 13 years, but they were unable to find the model I wanted and continued to offer me higher models at astronomical prices. After months of back and forth with them, I gave up. At Main Line, it was stress free and Roman was absolutely wonderful! He was very thoughtful and thorough, and ensured I was happy. Excellent service at this place! Would highly recommend. I ll definitely go back there for my next vehicle!

Good service. A little bit slow. Waiting are could use more amenities, better coffee and seating but it s fine. They should also complimentary wash your car after every service.

Awful experience with Martin Mainline Honda. Walked in with every intention of buying a new car (basically handing a sale to the salesman who greeted me); however, they did not have the vehicle I wanted on the lot that day. In considering whether I should just go to another Honda dealership to get the car I wanted, the salesman lied to me and said the car is in transit and should be here within the next few days in order to close the sale. I put the deposit down and expected to pick up my new car in a few days (as I was told). A few days came and went with no communication from the dealership unless I reached out. I finally got a hold of the sales manager after almost a week and his reply was I don t know who told you a few days? This thing is still sitting in Alabama! Needless to say, it s now been over a week and I still do not have my new vehicle and do no receive any support from the dealership in terms of status updates or tracking of the car unless I reach out incessantly! Beware and buy from a Honda dealer that prioritizes customer service !

The attention and kindness of our service advisor Scott Zeidman is wonderful, he is always with a big smile and a good attitude. Waiting times are expected for each case. He could only add that an improvement to the waiting room would be nice and would make the wait more comfortable.

This review is LONG overdue. My car was involved in an accident last December, and was determined to be totaled. This very unexpectedly put me in a position where I honestly didn t know what to do or where to go, concerned that no one would approve me for another vehicle, since the one that I had was fairly new and I still had an active auto loan for it. I had seen some of the 2022 Honda Accords online and it sparked an interest. I scheduled an appointment with Martin Main Line, honestly expecting to go there and see something I wanted, but not be able to get it. I stepped out on faith, and it all worked in my favor! When I say that the staff here worked with me, to get me a yes , I truly mean that. Derrick, my sales rep was truly a Godsend. He was calm, kind, and encouraging the entire time. Very hospitable as well! I drove out of there in a beautiful elegant vehicle that night, that I haven t stopped getting compliments on. I truly love my car!!! And I love Martin on the Main Line! Even now, when I bring my car for maintenance or an oil change, the staff are A1!! Sometimes blessings truly are in disguise.

Nico is awesome! Best sales guy I have had in years. My wife and I love our new Accord. Dave in finance was also super real and did a great job. Even though the computer went nuts on him, he handled it very well. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 was the sales manager, I think his name was Nino. The moment he came out, he just felt aggressive and combative. Not really willing to work with us a d overly pushy. Made me want to just leave but my wife loved the car so I beared it. He ran one set of numbers and since they were higher than expected, he just tapped out. No trying to make it work, no real effort to work with the customer, so we left. It took me calling Nico the sales guy with another offer for them to try the deal. We ended up buying the car and upselling ourselves because my wife loved the car. Not a great move to push customers out who want to buy a car. I sold cars years ago and would never do what this manager did. Maybe take a lesson from your sales guy. Thanks, Nico!

My daughter found Derrick through reviews from other buyers. It was a pleasure working with him through the process of buying my car. A true gentleman. Very professional , helpful and knowledgeable. He answered every question. I came to buy the 2020 HRV. And left with a brand new 2024. Thank u Derrick! Car was bought. 12/2/23.

Communication was terrible:I decided to send my Honda CRV to this dealership after it was vandalized because of it s name and location. Overview of the damages include, broken back window and broken ignition switch (I added an itemize list at the bottom of this response) . My car was towed to the dealership on 07/21, and was not released back to me until 9/28 (Roughly 70 days).This was an insurance claim, so inherently things are going to get delayed however this seems like an excessive amount of time. I did get my car back 9/1 however had to be returned a day later because the truck and p/s rear lock/latch were broken, these issue were not present on the initial diagnostics. Honestly I don t know much about cars but because my car was out of service for so long it was expensive to pay for ride shares, and rentals. And what made it worst, the communication was terrible, I called every week to get a status update, and had my agent was never available or wouldn't call me back. I even asked to speak to the manager towards the middle of September and the voicemail was never returned. I m due for a new car soon, and I probably won t return to this dealership.(Damages included: Replace Ignition switch, Rekey door and glove box, reprogrammed immobilizer, replace P/S rear window glass, and clean our broken glass, and in addition they replace the rear frame brace for a safety recall and complete a state inspection upon my request)

I bought my car here two weeks ago after being recommended by a friend. We loved Derrick so much my mom just came back to buy a car too! Everyone was super knowledgeable, helpful, and nice but Derrick went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and happy with our new cars. He was very knowledgeable, hospitable and we didn t feel like we were being pressured at all which was nice. I would recommend everybody who is looking for a car to come here and ask for Derrick!

If I could give a negative on the stars I would! Steer clear!$40k later, I got the car home and went to clean it only to find the front passenger side window all scratched, what I thought was a bad cleaning job turned out to be circular pattern scratched glass, like someone tried buffing it. The rear driver side door squeaks like an old clunker. The seats have spots on them that you can only see in sunlight because they're black. There are scuff marks under the rear passenger door.My husband said it has an odd odor. The car has 3000 miles on it, I work hard for what I have, I don't feel I deserve this.I emailed as a follow up, since I was told they would have Honda Financial direct the $850 against the loan principal. Dishonest obviously, because they never responded. I called the dealership to speak to a manager and they won't put me through.If you don't mind someone who takes your money and is dishonest, then this is the place to go. I wish I went to my previous dealership in Langhorne. Martin Main Line Honda is not at all there for the customer, it's all about their own pockets.They were extremely rude when I tried calling again. By this time I didn't expect much else.I'm taking my car to someone I trust for warranty work and to see what the odd smell is. I don't have a sense of smell so I obviously didn't pick up on the odor.Langorne Honda dealer was honest the years I dealt with them.Update 6.17.23. I never heard back from these people. I cancelled the GAP insurance I didn't need by calling the insurance company directly since the dealership wouldn't cancel it as promised and refund it to Honda Financial towards the principal. Honda Corp. advised me to take my car to a dealership to make warranty repairs. I'm taking it to a reputable dealership I've been going to for the last six years. Just beware that damages WILL NOT be disclosed when you purchase a vehicle from Martin Main Line.Update 4.6.24Went to my regular dealership and swapped for a better car. It was worth getting rid of a car I wasn't comfortable with. 300O miles, had a huge circular scratch on the passenger window. Hidden dirt on black seats and cup holders. The car left me feeling so disappointed in a lot of ways. I'm looking at retirement and these people left me with an overpriced damaged car. You can only see the damages in total sunlight. On top of it they were so rude.I'm not sure what kind of person would lease for 3 months and cause so much damage. I wouldn't sell it to anyone.

The entire sales process was easy. I saw a 2022 Accord 2.0 online and called about it. Not only did Tahir tell me about the vehicle I called about but he also explained there was another same model with better warranty coverage. We took a test drive and agreed on the price. Any minor items that needed repair are under the warranty. Low miles and excellent vehicle. Tahir made the experience easy and he is a genuinely nice guy.

I visited this dealership on the afternoon of Saturday the 25th of November, 2023 looking for a CRV. I was immediately taken aback by the appearance of the dealership with its trailer being used for business. After giving basic information to a salesman who greeted me upon entrance, I was approached by an upper management salesman whose attempts at wittiness and artificial hospitality fell flat. Moreover, he showed me a pre-owned vehicle that was much overpriced. When I'd had enough of his patronizing, condescending babble, I made a hasty exit never to return. Yesterday I purchased a new Toyota Corolla Crown Hybrid as a result of professional salesmanship at Liberty Toyota in Burlington, NJ.

I am going to start off by saying this is probably the worst Honda dealership in the area. The new sales car manager - Joe Seker - is a very unprofessional individual and I will never step foot into this Honda dealership solely for the way he talked to me and treated me.I scheduled an appointment to visit this dealership to discuss a car I was interested in purchasing. The salesman, Derek, was very friendly and very respectable. He knows how to treat and talk to customers. We talked with him, did a test drive, and liked everything, so we tried making a deal.They wanted almost $3k over sticker for the car. I told them we would be willing to do MSRP for the car. Derek went and told Joe, Joe walked out.From the moment I started speaking to Joe, he had an attitude and was very disrespectful.I told Joe that we would love to do a deal with them if they can get us the car for MSRP. We would be willing to leave a deposit and come back when the car arrived. Joe said I would never get an MSRP deal. I told him we had one lined for MSRP, but the car wasn t the color we wanted. He called me a liar. I told him I don t like they way you ve been speaking to me and he got up, said ok, then why are you still here? I said I m leaving and went to leave. As I was leaving, I told Derek that I apologized that we couldn t make a deal due to his sales manager and how he handled himself.I ended up leaving that dealership, really angry. I ended up going to another dealership - one of their competitors - and made a deal with them and put a deposit down on a car that should be here within the next week. I got it for MSRP.But Main Line Honda is a dealership I will never recommend to anyone due to the incompetence of a SALES MANAGER. I cannot believe that someone like him is at the position he is at. They lost a customer for life due to him.

Our 2018 Honda Odyssey would be our 1st and last Honda we'll ever buy. Had a few warning light came up, and scheduled an appointment with Service. About half an hour before appointment time, Honda canceled my appointment. It's just bad customer service overall. I wish they'd call me first before canceling the appointment.

This dealership was phenomenal! Couldn't say enough good things! For starters the WHOLE process from arriving to leaving with new car in hands was under 3 hours! We did a lot of research ahead of time in regards to which car we wanted to look at. Inquired online they called first thing in the AM. By the time we got there they had the car keys out and ready to go. Prices online remained the same as when we checked out, very transparent. Got a great discount deal and was able to look online with taxes, and fees how much we were looking at total and that number remained the same. No pressure to spend more money on extended warranty. Our sales rep Derrick was absolutely phenomenal! Great advice and knew the car well. He knew the process and had us moving along at top speed- while also being very personable and friendly!Andre was our financial rep and he knew what he was doing! Less than 20 mins in his office and we were out with keys in hand!Great staff, great pricing, great dealership! 5 gold stars!!

Went into the dealership to review an offer I received in greater detail since I had gottencontradicting information the phone.. before coming into the dealership I asked to confirm with the manager and I was told, the manager has a policy to only speak with customers in person and it would not be possible over the phone.Upon arriving, I was greeting by the receptionist (friendly) and eventually met the so proud new car manager, Joe, who was extremely rude and unprofessional as soon as I asked the first question I had.. this is not a way to treat a customer and he should be ashamed of himself especially as a person like him representing the dealership which he made clear.Definitely a huge mistake coming here.

Worst Honda dealership- made an appointment for an oil change was told that they don t honor appointments, so then why have appointments for oil changes in the first. They told me three and half hours, when I came back to get my car it took them over 20 minutes to have car brought out to me.

I got a brand new 2023 Honda CRV back in May. It makes rattling and ticking sounds while driving it. I scheduled an appointment at Main Line Honda to see if we could diagnose the issue and despite having an appointment I was told 2-3 hours of a wait. This was only for a diagnosis, not a fix. Your appointment time means nothing to here.
