Mike Lewis exceeded my expectations. The minute you walk in the door at Infiniti Ardmore you are greeted by staff that are top notch. The front desk staff , friendly and knowledgeable pave the way for a true professional experience. The attention to detail and honest interaction is a breath of fresh air. Mike has earned my respect and trust. He deserves his recognition as a National Honoree and Award of Excellence .I love my Infiniti Q60 and the fact that I was treated fairly, honestly and professionally. Much gratitude !

Great experience all around with the staff at Infiniti of Ardmore! Kelson was wonderful to work with. The manager and finance manager were also great. Very accommodating and the car was clean and beautiful when I picked it up. Would recommend!!

I like personal contact. After initial conversation to discuss what I wanted done with the service rep there was never any interaction with me until the service was done and it was time to pay. The text message of additional things that might have needed work was TOO impersonal and way TOO expensive. This was my first time here and I will not be back. Mark who greeted me and Michele at reception were very personable. Maybe one of them should be promoted to Servicerep.

Service was good. Financing was not necessary, but in order to get best price and not put $500 down you need to finance through them . They do not tell you if there are any scratches or anything on their used car, I saw the scratches and dents when I got home. I had to come back to get the second key the day after. And if you are spending about 34k on the car the least they can do is give you a full tank a gas . I had less then a 1/4 tank of gas.

Horrible customer service. I call to ask about a loaner car, the rep noticeably seemed bothered with my questions. After instructing me to hold on a second , i heard the line ring again as if she redirected my call to someone and then I heard the voice machine. Long story short they hanged up on me. Go elsewhere if you can for service at least.

BEWARE under new ownership Joseph Bush, Bush Autogroup. The new owners are not honoring previous Infiniti lifetime oil changes. So if you had lifetime service in Ardmore kiss that goodbye. The new owner is anything but friendly, and the staff is even worse. They are extremely rude and unaccommodating. The staff member who helped me hailed from the mortgage world, and was extremely smug and unwilling to help me. I am in correspondence with Infiniti corporate regarding this incident as well as my treatment by the new staff. I will never purchase a vehicle From this owner, neither will my friends or family. After the interaction that I experienced here, I am willing to drive over 50 miles to purchase my next Infiniti off of someone else who cares about their customers It is clear they do not have the customer in mind. They are only concerned about making money.STAY AwAY thank me later

Super happy with my experience trading in my Subaru Legacy & Sheldon helping me with finding the car of my dreams! Sheldon is the first car salesman who has ever talked me into an older year (2018) / cheaper car that had all I wanted more than an earlier year (2019) that was more expensive yet didn t have everything I wanted. He was professional & didn t overly pressure or make us feel he was desperate to get a sale. Not knowing we had been to a few other dealers who we had much different experiences with. For all these reasons he landed the deal & couldn t be happier!Additionally the finance manager Nick was so wonderful to work with personable & professional as well! Highly recommend this dealership & no I wasn t paid for this review

I seen a used vehicle listed online that was new to their inventory. I reached out via email and Kalin got back to me immediately. We communicated a day or two before I placed a deposit to hold the car. The next day I met with Mike L. Mike was extremely easy to deal with and answered all of my questions.After the test drive I knew it would be a great first car for my daughter.Thank you so much for making this a very easy and great experience!

Excellent service is provided by all the employees. Their pleasant attitudes show that they care about their customers. The service is quick and the waiting room is comfortable however, there is a shopping center within walking distance of the service station. The service advisor Joseph Clifton is very knowledgeable of issues that need addressing with your vehicle and explains in detail.

Check in was easy and efficient staff at the front very nice .Anthony was awesome I couldn t make it back before closing he called before he left out and suggested a way where I can still pick up after hours . That s a exceptional customer service by him if the survey was about him I would give 6 starsOn the other hand I called at 4.45 a lady answered she was very unprofessional told me as long as get by 5.30 and than put me on hold and hanged up when I called back she picked up didn t say anything and hold music came on I wish I would got her name Very unprofessional.

I returned to Infiniti solely because of the customer service. I visited many other dealers towards the end of my lease, however no one's service compared to Chris and Mike. Everyone is very professional and attentive. I felt taken care of, I'm very happy with my new purchase!

Edit: I feel screwed by the dealer . I missed damage on the roof corner at time of purchase. Is this my own fault, maybe but I can t imagine no one saw the damage; especially the inspector, detailer and the guy who looked at the sunroof while I was there. While initially Rick ( GM ) was willing to knock $ off due to sunroof track damage at time of purchase, I was told I had my chance when I was here pre purchase to notice the roof damage ( who looks up there; evidently Someone who didn t say anything) Disappointing to say the least since I was estimated between $5-10 k to fix the damage professionally. I later read about one other buyer purchasing used vehicles where this dealer failed to point it out before purchase. So buyer beware if purchasing anything from this dealer, get a second set of eyes and look 4 times and check every function before signing.Initially Mike Lewis was great and took time to take extra pictures since I came from out of state and it felt like a great sales experience. Initially Rick ( GM ) was super welcoming and personable. Wish I had paid closer attention and took extra time to look over the vehicle.

It is never a pleasant experience when I go to this location. I have to basically insist in the services I want provided in addition to what I am told I need. I will never purchase another Infiniti this is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing from a dealer and being serviced by them. They only get one star because you HAVE TO ADD ONE IN ORDER TO POST!

Just finished my 400 mile test drive back to NC .can I return this car? Just kidding! Kalin, Sheldon, Jake, Nick & Nick were great to work with. Personable, willing to negotiate, happy to work on best deal for a customer. Fantastic experience. Was worth flying up to a drive a car back off their lot. Highly recommend this dealership

First review from 4/27/23: Service Advisor Joe Clifton was great! He met with me promptly and had my service completed 30 minutes early and with a sparkling, and badly needed car wash!Second Review from 8/7/23: Joe was fine but service was terrible. The service dept took 2 1/2 hours to NOT fix my clock. They said it just needed a software update, I believe nothing was done, and my clock still doesn t work.

Great service. Checked in, and car was taken in to be seen by a mechanic within 20 minutes. Mechanic , writer and service manager all talked to me. Waiting area is kind of tight (busy day) but the coffee was spot on. After completion, the mechanic sought me out and I was quickly assured all is well. Service manager kept me well informed of the process and costs. Can't thank you guys enough.

My service at Infiniti of Ardmore was excellent. Christopher Mitchell was my salesman and he provided outstanding service. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car! He will give you his full attention and find you the car you want. The receptionist is so sweet a friendly a the finance manager was courteous, cooperative, and competent!

The service was amazing! Anthony Razzi (assistant service manager) kept me updated the whole process and provided excellent customer service and outstanding courtesy through and through. The techs that worked on my Q60 did an amazing job as well, the car hasn t missed a beat ever since! Rob Stachelek and the boys back there do amazing work! Even the two gentlemen that greeted me in the front were extremely friendly! Highly recommend this facility!

The place was amazing. The service was what I expected and the staff are very friendly. Everything was detailed in a precise manner and paperwork was in order. There were no issues and the tour of the vehicle was great. The staff said to notify them immediately if I had any questions or issues with the vehicle. Infiniti of Ardmore will provide you with the satisfaction needed.

I have been coming to the Infiniti of Ardmore service department for 4yrs now. I appreciate the care and service provided by all the staff, everyone is pleasant, kind, and patient when working with customers as well as co-workers.From the moment I called to picking up my vehicle your Service Reps (Eddie this time) replied to all my inquiries and kept me informed about the progress for repairs. Giving me a peace of mind knowing she would be well taken care of. My babe is riding like a new car fresh off the lot , the mechanic did an awesome job. Thanks again for your service and commitment .
