I visited Heilman Auto service for repairing a tire for the first time after visiting couple of unpleasant experience from other local repair facilities and I am glad I did.The owner and staff were very professional, transparent, honest, detail oriented knowledgable and they go above and beyond to make customer satisfied, this comes from someone who worked in automobile businesses for about 15 years for a well known national auto chain.If you have auto issue and looking for repair facility I definitely recommend this facility, you will not regret visiting them!

Nothing but great things to say! As a female it s intimidating going to an auto body shop so I m always making sure I m not getting ripped off or taken advantage of and the guys here are great, they aren t pushy they explain everything to me and make sure I m getting only what my car really needs. From inspections to repairs and oil changes they re always great and efficient. AND they came to my rescue when I locked my keys in my car across the street last week. So thankful for you guys! Alphonso, Chris and Tom are truly top notch professionals. From my phone call making appointment to peace of mind car repair, oil change. I drove my car cross country and they checked my car over thoroughly. I made it all the way safe. Highly recommend this garage. Thank you so much. Go there!! They can't wait to see you. Went there to get an oil change and minor problem checked out. Staff were very helpful by communicating their thoughts on the issue. They also did not try to sell any unnecessary repairs.

I am a healthcare worker at a local hospital. I saw that they had a sign out front stating free oil change for healthcare workers and first responders . I set up an appointment and went in to get my oil changed. Once there I was told that they had to check to make sure my department, Acute Inpatient Behavioral Health, qualified for the oil change. I honestly felt extremely disrespected. I work 40hr a week, working closely with patients and staff. After a few minutes I was told that I would be able to get the oil changed. I felt like I was honestly being a bother. I will be recommending that none of my coworkers do any business here.

Heilmans has been the source of truth about what my car actually needs as opposed to what would just be nice, since sometimes I don't want to pay just to have it look good. They are fast and always try to squeeze you in. Everyone is nice and I feel lucky to have found them.

I received a mailer from this autoshop with some decent looking deals for oil changes and decided to give them a call as I needed to get one done as well has have some brake fluid added.The guy that answered listened to my requests, but then cut me off when I asked about the brake fluid. He said, "Brake fluid is not just something that you 'top off.' You probably have a leak in the brake lines. I'll need to have the car for 3-4 hours to see what's wrong."Something about that seemed a little suspicious to me so I told him I'd probably see him soon. Then I looked up the nearest auto zone, went and bought brake fluid and a funnel for about $15 and topped off the brake fluid myself. It's been over 2 weeks and the alert that my brake fluid is low has vanished. I can not help but think that they thought I was a sucker they could take for a ride and make a killing off of.
