I got a recommendation from a neighbor to bring my car to Tire Choice Enyon. The service was excellent. I knew from looking at the extensive work on the part that needed to be replaced it was going to be a timely repair and fortunately I was given a very fair price. I needed tires desperately, I called Rich and not only were the tires I wanted in stock but I had my new tires installed within the hour after originally calling. Outstanding service, thank you so much. Will be returning for all my car needs!

We got our car inspected and while we were waiting they told us we could also get our other car inspected the same day with no appointment scheduled. This saved us a lot of time and we were in and out in no time! Definitely recommend.

Second time I've bought tires from this establishment and both times I have been very satisfied. Service was done efficiently and I was in and out in a reasonable time. Great job to the management and staff at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Archibald, PA.

Expensive prices. Went for a simple brake change and they want to claim my routers were bad also when they weren t. They try to scam you by making you pay for stuff you don t need! Never going there again!

Just had 4 tires mounted and balanced and I'm very happy with the results. In the past I've had work done on several vehicles I own and I've never had any reason to complain about anything. Always happy with the work performance and the friendliness of the staff.

I scheduled an oil change at this location. It was a sit with the car as my wife had our other car. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that they never received the appointment and that the website was down. He then told me I could drop it off as they only had 1 tech on.Move forward, I again scheduled an oil change at this location. This time I called to confirm first thing in the morning before I drove up. I was told that they had received the appointment but needed to drop the car off as again they only had 1 technician, but they could only guarantee that it would be done today sometime. This is unacceptable. He then proceeded to tell me that it was the last day of the month and they had inspections to do. I asked him to cancel the appointment, and he then without a word hung up the phone. No apologies or anything. I would advise staying away from this location as they can't accommodate a simple oil change with a scheduled appointment.

I've driven past hundreds of times but never really noticed this place. I ended up stuck with a flat tire today and unfortunately also a flat spare. I stopped here hoping and praying they'd be able to help as it was getting later in the day and I wasn't sure if an appointment was needed. They were very busy and it did take a bit of time, but that wasn't a problem at all. Everyone was very nice and super helpful. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

Brought my car in for an oil change and the provided fast service. they looked over my car to make sure I wasn t in need of anything else and were very realistic, down to earth people.

Technicians here check your vehicle therally. They take their time inspecting your vehicle. Great place for all your automotive needs. They have excellent selections of tires. I highly recommend servicing your vehicle here and protect your investment.

Made an appointment to sit and wait for my car,I show up to find out apparently you re not allowed to wait at this location complete waste of time.I was lied to by the manger about a disclaimer about sitting and waiting lolI looked over my confirmation email and nothing in the disclaimer about not being able to wait for you re car for a oil change.

I had my oil changed a few weeks ago. The two staff members who waited on me we're friendly and courteous. Service was fast and it was a great deal. I'll definitely be using Monro again!

UPDATE: My review below is negative. I've adjusted the # of stars to reflect my most recent experience, and not to include an overall rating of experiences.I think the Tire Choice associate who responded missed an opportunity to address poor customer service, and instead chose to be smug.Made an online oil change appt. to *wait* for my car.Arrived 10 mins early & was the front desk worker informed me of the new covid protocol that they prefer you to drop off your vehicle, despite the online option to *wait*. I stated I would wait in my car until they were ready to take it, and then I'd wait outside; the 23� weather didn't deter me. At 2:10pm, with no staff communicating with me, I decided that they weren't concerned with me or my appt time, so I left.I've always had good experiences at this location in the past, even during covid.Today was disappointing. I hope they update the website to remove waiting as an option while it's in effect.

If you have any choice don t go to these guys. They very rude and unprofessional. I just needed them to look at my car. Before I could explain fully what the problem, they told me we not dealing with anyone else s mess. Very very rude to me. Went down the block to kost and they helped right away. It was something very simple. So I do not recommend this auto shop.

Had a roofing nail in tire and stopped in for repair. Sonny went above and beyond to get us back on the road safe and sound. Could not thank him enough. Very efficient. Shop bathroom for customers was very clean and my wife approved. Thanks again.

Tech could not drive manual transmission and stalled my car twice. Couldn't find a leak in the sidewall, I put the tire back in my car to hear the air leaking out and to find it myself. What do we pay you for. Then had two grown men tell me they don't get involved in tire warranty claims after they mounted and balanced my tires? Better business was contacted.

I've been dealing with Richie and Perry for years and they've ALWAYS taken care of me. Very courteous and know what they are doing. I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone and will continue to go their myself. Definitely 5 stars

Biggest scam artists ever! Don't go here!!! Went to get an oil change and ended up spending $1500 to get my car "back on the road safely" to then find out that they didn't do any of the work that I was charged for! These guys are very shady and untrustworthy.

Fantastic place. Perry and Rich never steer you wrong and always give you the best deal. Be sure to go to the location in Eynon. I don t trust any other mechanic for work on my car.

Stay far away from this place . this is not my first time having trouble with them. Got a written quote from the assistant manager took my truck back 3 days later for tires. Conveniently he was off and the manager waa there who claims the tires were no longer available and had to charge me more money for tires with less miles. I took my truck else where git better tires and better warranty free tire rotations and the alignmentfor less then what they wanted to first time for tires. The store manager tryed the same thing on my father as well he went to another location who gave him the sale on tires he was looking for.

State inspection were tough but fair. price was good. Repairs were good . Cooling system was overheating. Monroe diagnosed the problem with pressure testing to find the radiator cap was bad. Replaced cap with a new exact match and provided coolantPrice was fair and service was excellent. I recommend Eynon ,PA , Monroe store for any automotive need you have. I depend on Monroe brakes on my personal vehicle.

Avoid at all cost. After waiting almost 4hrs for a scheduled oil change, the mechanic proceeded to tell me I needed $1080 in repairs. I took my car to a different mechanic today and he told me it's maximum $500. Guess he assumed I wouldn't do my research. Sad that even a bigger company like this would try to deceive their customers

They go above and beyond. They stayed after to fix the problem with my vehicle! They are professional answered all of my questions fixed everything for the quoted amount. Will go back to them again and again. Clean shop clean restrooms friendly and courteous staff.

After a while two month that my truck was sitting there without touching it, I was told that ther while team walked out. The temp guy that answered the phone did not even know where the keys were.When finally they hired new team they quoted a ridiculous huge amount they will not see my car again.

Been there twice service was excellent they're a little short-handed so is everybody else these days so be patient they do do good work and they don't rip you off and that's too important thing and if they're that busy
