Believe all the one star reviews on this page they re all true , one year after purchasing still waiting for the correct awning arms and awning to be put on . So this is how it went . We bought a three year old toy hauler and payed the service money to have it checked out and fixed the awning arms were bent and the exterior speakers didn t work and exterior lights upon delivery so as you can see even if you pay the extra money to make sure your camper is correct they don t check anything , so to get it back for service I had gotten excuses such as we re doing inventory right now , wrong parts delivered , parts person is not available right now . So this took months just to get it back for service , the first time I was told that the service guy blew up the speaker. Then here comes the wait for the awning arm which of course came all the excuses again so finally got it back for that and of course they were wrong and missing all the finish end caps but they still installed them , they were shorter than the original ones so to rectify that they cut little pieces track to cover the holes and put silicone around them . ok on to the awning which they screwed up while putting the awning arms on and yes you guessed it , it was wrong as well it was missing the light and it leaks at the camper .So we re down to a month ago which I was told to bring my camper in to have the awning replaced and yet again when I got there just to be told the awning with the light wasn t there . Keep in mind this is a 50 mile trip one way every time I go out there . If you re looking for any help from corporate good luck getting a real person on the phone as well , when ever I finally get my camper back I will post pictures to validate my claims . This is no way to treat people who purchase your product . Again believe every single one of the bad reviews I would have never believed it if I hadn t experienced it . That isn t rain or condensation that s where condensation leaked though the awning from the a/c unit when the awning was open , also don t those awning arms that are missing caps look used or left over???? So finally got it back after this year long ordeal as you can see the end caps are still missing and the piece is still at the top of the wrong awning arm , live and learn

Last year bought a brand new camper from myers. Both awnings broke within 2weeks. Complete warranty on the camper but myers made every excuse not to fix them. Can't get the parts. Oh we forgot to order the parts. Needless to say it's been a year and the awnings were never fixed. Horrible experience. Bought my second camper with another company and it's been great.

I stopped at Meyers with a neighbor to look at gently used rv's. The sales staff was tied up, so the manager helped us out. He asked my neighbor a few questions as to what he is in the market for and found something in minutes. He said they worked with he and his wife step by step through the whole process of purchasing their Winnebago. Kudos to you, Meyers RV staff! My neighbors are very happy with the new RV.

Bought a camper from Meyer Apollo. It had a leak in the roof. I took it back to them at the end of the camping season. They never turned in my warranty paperwork on time and kept the camper so long that the one year on leaks ran out. Dropped it off in October and then called in December and was told they forgot to file paperwork but that they would do it the next day and they would call me when the work was done. Called February and was told they again didn't file paperwork that they would get right on it. Called again in March same answer. Finally had a gentleman with a brain pick up the phone and they did file the paperwork. Keystone denied the claim because it was over a year from purchase now. Warranty was up in March. Meyer said their GM would reach out to keystone and make it right but never did. I called keystone and the nightmare started. I had to submit paperwork to keystone to show hold long they had it. Alway email your dealer and have them email you after every conversation. I called Meyer s daily for months to get everything made right. I called three to four times a week. It took a year but I finally got them to fix everything. I made so many phone calls for weeks. I was worried I would have a loan out on a camper that had water damage in the ceiling. If buying a new camper or rv always first inform the manufacture so they can also follow up with the dealer. I trusted the dealer to do their job and got burned. Every time I called Meyer they had all new staff. Worst experience I ever had.Believe the one star reviews it happened to me. Some people get lucky and their TT or even doesn't need work so yes the sales experience was great. It is the warranty work that is an absolute nightmare.

I had purchased a travel trailer from Meyers RV at the RV show in Pittsburgh in January 2024. The finance manager Dan gave us a VIN number on the trailer and said it was in route to the dealership. He had us fill out all our paperwork for the loan and pay $7000 down on the trailer and said we had to do this to reserve it. He mentioned that the trailer would be ready for pickup within a week or two. It has been a month a half, and there have been no updates on the whereabouts of this trailer. I have called multiple times and talked with multiple people who say they will get more information for me, and never call back. So now I am stuck paying a loan with a 9% interest rate for a travel trailer that I don't have in my possession and have never seen. I am not even sure that its legal that the finance manager there started this loan? The disorganization and sketchy business practices of this company would lead me to never recommend this dealer to a family, friend or even stranger.

Just bought our second camper from Meyers RV on 01/08/21 !!! Our first was a pop-up and now we purchased a Wolf Pup 18T0 and absolutely love it. Our Dream maker, Ash, was great and very patient with us. She took her time with us, showed us many campers until we found our favorite. You can tell she knows her stuff and has been in the camping arena for a while. Definitely not her first Rodeo! She was fantastic!Bob & Kyle were great in explaining everything at the end showing me how hook everything up including the hitch, breaks and everything else. They offered great tips and tricks on maintenance and how to care for our new house pn wheels. Great place to buy your next dream on wheels!!Dont waste your time going to "Camping World" to get treated like a number, go to this place and ask for Ash! She is unbelievable

We had a great experience buying our Ember RV at Meyer s RV in Apollo. Russell, our salesperson, was helpful and knowledgeable even though the Ember brand is new to the market. If he didn t have the answer to a question, he would get it very quickly. Russell seems like an honest guy who really likes campers!I also have to give some serious props to the guys in the garage. Shawn, Scott, Bob and Ed worked like a real team to get us on the road that day.Like I said, the Embers are new and not designed like your average travel trailer. As such, there were some minor issues that had to be worked through when it came to installing the weight distribution hitch. I watched and listened to these guys work and I was impressed. They truly worked cooperatively and efficiently, always with our safety in mind.Like Russell, I think these guys like what they do and enjoy figuring things out. I was impressed!We ve had the Ember out a couple of times already and we love it. A big thanks to the people at Meyer s RV in Apollo!

First big camper purchase and Meyers made it so easy!! Their customer service, finance manager and sales staff were all friendly and extremely patient and helpful. Dakota made our walk through on our new Momentum a delight!! He answered every question with the utmost patience, respect and knowledge. A big worry for my husband and myself is the "what if's" after the purchase and now I am no longer scared of service visits if and when we will need them!! Thank you Meyers RV!!

Worst customer service I've ever encountered, my camper had been there for 3 months for simple repairs. Don't waste your time purchasing from them. Bought my camper in December of 2021 and the repairs from when it was purchased are just being fixed now and not even all of the repairs that were promised to be replaced at the time of the purchase. What a joke! Not even worth one star!!

Bought a brand new camper in 2022 from them and they gave me an IOU slip to fix my awning that was torn. Been trying for a year and a half to get a new one. Everytime I call they act like I've never spoke to them and have no idea what I'm talking about. I emailed all documents and pictures over they requested and have gotten no replies or resolutions. Do not buy an RV from here and expect anything to be fixed on it.

Russell Kaiser is by far the most understanding and patient salesman I have ever met. He stands by Meyer's motto Experience the Difference We have been undecided going back and forth on buying a RV for a few weeks. He should have lost his patience with us long ago but he did not. He always answers all of our questions, he always answers his phone and he calls back when he says he will if he needs to get more information. He never leaves you hanging and is always helpful. Meyer's is lucky to have him.

Having heard about Meyers from a neighboring camper at Farma campground, My wife and I were interested in downsizing from our current camper to a smaller, couples camper. They gave rave reviews from their experience with the salesman Gregg Myers, saying how wonderful a person he was and the establishment with helping them find their perfect camper. So, I figured I should check them out. I d heard that the Grand Design campers were very well built and had the least amount of issues or complaints next to the Airstream, which was out of our price range. Gregg was very pleasant to talk with and drove us around town to their different lots showing us all the options available to us for our preferences. The Grand Design Imagine XLS 22MLE was the one that ultimately checked all the boxes for us. Meyers associates Shawn Trausi (who gave us our final walk through on pick up day), Bob Rebo and Shawn Wilson ( who helped to switch over our back up camera and weight distribution hitch), and of course, Gregg, were phenomenal in their pleasant and professional customer service in getting us into our new camper. As it was at the end of the season, we re eagerly excited in the anticipation of our new memories to make next year , and years to come, in our new camper made possible by Gregg and all the associates at Meyers RV of Pittsburgh!

Smitty, and the team, at Meyer s were fantastic to work with. My family and I gave Smitty very specific requirements for the type of travel trailer we wanted due to towing limitations of our vehicle. Not only did he find a great one, he beat the price of other dealers without having to go back and forth. He knew our budget and wants and met it! Meyers RV of Pittsburgh is amazing!!! Ash was perfect for helping us get into our new 2022 MPG 2550RB and making sure we got the best offer on our trade! Highly recommend her to all! She is very knowledgeable in this business!! The service guys are great too and really walked me through the coach extremely well and we had a great experience with them as well! This is a place where you can feel at home and they treat you like family! I know my family loves the new camper and looking forward to the new adventures! First time camper owner, and had a great experience at Meyer's RV in Pittsburgh. Shawn Wilson provided a very detailed walk through and took the time to show us how everything worked. His tour was exceptional and he went far beyond what was expected, even removing panels to share where the water pump, furnace and water heater was as well as their diverter valves that are used when winterizing. Shawn and his assistant Bob equipped the camper with a second battery and EZ hitch. Again, all the details of how to hook up the trailer were gone over until I was comfortable with its use. Amy in the finance department was quick and efficient and was able to answer any question we had. Greg Myers, our salesperson made the buying process easy and he was a great resource and point person throughout the day. We arrived at Meyers to pick-up our camper at 11 AM and left about 3 PM. We were happy to spend the time we did, as I feel very comfortable with the operation and use of the camper now. Thanks Shawn, Greg, Bob and Amy! You are a great team and I would recommend anyone to contact Greg Myers if you are looking for a camper as well as Shawn Wilson and Bob Rebo to provide the operating tour.

I purchased an RV in February 2023 from meyers Apollo Pittsburgh. During the process of purchasing this it was wonderful never had a problem infact my salesman was amazing and everything went quite smoothly. While I was doing my walk through they reassured me that my heater was broke but they would be fixing it and that there was a recall on my regulator but they would be fixing it also. well it was not fixed ( I have only owed this camper 4 months) my heater is still currently broke after the second time of being fixed and I still have a recall that is showing that it was never fixed. I paid $43,000 for a camper that doesn't have heat. I have repeatedly called them and they do not return phone calls due to having caller ID and nothing has been resolved. DO NOT buy a camper from Apollo Pittsburgh. they will not fix your camper! and they also do not follow up on phone calls!

We recently bought an RV from Meyers RV superstore. We did our walk around with Dakota Sunday. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions! I did a lot of RV shopping before going with Meyers RV, their prices absolutely could not be beat! $10,000 below MSRP!

We ordered our new Flagstaff through Chris Park at the Apollo store. He was up front with us and told us that because this is not a line they are permitted to carry due to other dealers in the area that it would take an extended amount of time. He was extremely helpful in the ordering process for our custom built trailer and ended up ordering through another branch of Meyers. This was the only way that we were able to get all the items on our extensive wish list. The trailer came in with a couple missing / damaged components. These were addressed promptly with professional results by the service staff. A special thanks to Kyle Miller for putting extra effort to fixing the couple issues that made for painless service experience. This warranty work solved the final issues that the factory didn't catch. This was our first experience working with Meyer's; although we have owned 4 previous campers all purchased from other dealers. The sales and service experience here has far exceeded our previous experiences. Thank you to all in the sales, finance, and service departments.

Always a pleasant staff BUT my 2022 Imanage by Grand Design has been at their location for close to 7 months now. During my visit, I spoke to a salesman and made it pretty clear to him I had no intention of bringing home my camper since they can't get the warranty work done. I ask them to find me a new camper and buy me out of my present camper. The salesman said he would convey this to the general manager and get back to me, no response so far.

Hi, we purchased an Open Range, Highland Ridge last month from the Apollo store. Needless to say, we are very happy with our purchase. We got a great deal. Ash Shaffer was our sales agent, she was great, very knowledgeable. Amy Gestner the Business Manager did a great job on our loan. Then we met Tyler and Tom Wilson, they went over everything, showing us how everything worked. We were very impressed with their knowledge. The best part they are 4 minutes down the road!!!!

They talk a good game and treat you like gold when you're buying the camper but don't expect that same treatment when you need work done on your camper. They will lied and told us they offered Saturday service hours when we bought it but when we called to get an appointment for something we were told those hours were for new camper prep only and they couldn't get us in until October. We called In March. What we needed was something that could be considered a safety issue as without it our camper is swaying pretty badly over 50mph. The woman on the phone got rude with us and refused to let us talk to any of the managers when we called them out on their lie. I emailed John Park the GM 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a response. I am taking the camper to their competitor to be fixed who was more than glad to help us and get us a Saturday appointment. I will never buy another camper from them nor will i ever recommend them to anyone looking for a camper.

We like to thank everyone at Meyers RV the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and patient with us. They helped us get everything we wanted. There was a little problem at first, but Ash our sales person and John the manager got on it quickly and solved everything.A special thanks to Ash / sales person, John /Manager, Shawn / technician, Shelby /warranty, Shawn/ service, and Amy/ financial they went above and beyond in helping us with all our needs, making us feel comfortable and satisfied. We are glad to be part of the Meyers camping family!!Great place and people to have in our corner. We took our camper back for some repairs and they were friendly and very helpful. they treated us like family. Very special thanks to Shawn Trausi our service advisor he was friendly, helpful, fast and efficient he was on top of everything. He made all the right calls and got the parts that weneeded as soon as he could, he took care of all our needs. Thank you to Shawn Wilson and Kyle Miller service techs that were tremendous they listen to what we needed and they were very accommodating and patient with us. We also would like to thank Shelby in warranty she was a big help getting all the paper work through and consulting with Shawn to make sure everything was right. They are all great people and work well together to make your experience a good one. I am happy we choose Meyers RV Pittsburgh to purchase our camper from, they are the BEST!

We bought a 5th wheel at the RV show last year from them. The buying process was nice and painless. But after you sign your name, the customer service is terrible. We have some warranty issues with our camper since May, the dealership has yet to help us. They kept saying they will get back to us and never do. Now they don't even answer the phone calls. It should not 8 months for someone to help with this. We were treated so nice in the beginning. Very sad that they only care about the sale and not keeping the customer.
