The old man here is crazy . He unfortunately probably has dimentia . I had a valid question on some work I was paying him to do and he snapped an started swearing and yelling and said to came get my car . When I went to get it he had misspelled don t come back on my invoice . His son rang me up an said I shouldn t listen to his dad and I was welcome back . I appreciated that . But he also said his dad was very mean .etc. I don t care . I m done with them . Too bad because his son was real cool . He can t wait until the old man retires believe me . He s a mean nasty old man

I backed outta my garage and looked to the right to see some stuff and thought, "I need to sort that...."CRACKI had sheered off my drivers side mirror on my 2012 ford fusion.great mirror, BLISS ( blind spot sensor)and I had to tape the mirror on to the car,. so I could use it.I looked for reviews about an autobodyshop after determining I'd rather someone else repair it than go through the hassle of ordering a part(s) and trying to install and paint it myselfKlinginsmith, off Noland, had good reviews, so I called and went there for an estimate/Eric helped me in this busy, family run, longstanding shop. Going to a place that is busy helped me feel I made the right choice. He looked at it, then I sat in the office, watching him call around to find me a cheap replacement.4 days later, I was in the office, waiting the 2 hours to get the mirror repaired, but the guys had painted the new one and were waiting for me, so it barely took 28 minutes, didnt notice the time because the guys in the office were funny and soon I was told I was all set.the next day I called Eric and told him my mirror was not working right, he asked me what was wrong with it, I told him every time i looked into it, the guy looking back at me was ugly.He laughed.I dont want to ever damage my car again, but if it does get damaged, I know where I'll go to be made whole again.
