Excellent experience here! We upgraded our old camper and they made the whole process easy. Evan did a great job showing us new models and explaining features despite the pouring rain. Shawn made sure we got a good deal on both the trade and the new one and Dan walked us through the financing and details. Knowledgeable help in the parts department made sure we got all that we needed for our new camp griddle as well. I highly recommend you get your next camper here!

We had a great experience here when we bought our 2024 Jayco! This is our second time buying from Camping World but our first time at Apollo and Apollo will be our go to . Chris our sales rep was amazing! He was very down to earth and respectful. We look forward to working with him in the future. Charles in finance was also amazing! He didn t trying to sell us anything extra that we didn t need. We appreciated that. I also want to give a shout out to Heather and the gentleman that did our walk through! They were both so friendly and very helpful. Our experience here was awesome!

Our experience with camping world was WONDERFUL!!! Honestly, we could not have had a better time buying our first camper. Christopher Rifendifer is a great sales man and so great to work with. He is personable, honest, and so easy to talk to. He was always so upfront with us, as we were with him. Told him what we were looking for, he never showed us anything that we didn t want to see. He answered all of our questions, while we were there and through email. He would always get back to us quickly. If you are thinking about getting a camper, st talk to Chris at camping world!! The whole team there is so great and not pushy at all about the buying experience. It was the most relaxed buying experience we ve ever had. Thank you!!

We had a great experience overall with the purchase of our new camper from start to finish. Our salesman Chris showed us many campers until we found the one we liked without pressure which we appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth - A pleasure to deal with. We also enjoyed dealing with Dawn from parts/service she was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting needed accessories. Charles in finance was equally friendly and pleasant and didn t pressure us into getting any extras warrants we didn t need but advised us what was most beneficial. A extra thank you to Josh who did the walk through with our camper. He was amazing and very patient as he answered all of our many questions and was extremely knowledgeable!! Thank you to Camping World - hopefully the service after the sale will be as pleasant.

A great show!Camping World put on their Ultimate RV Show at the Monroeville Expo Mart this past weekend. Lots of RV s to tour and sales reps to answer questions on site. You were even able to purchase that day. They were very knowledgable about the difference in the rv s and were able to help place you into one that suits your family. So I have to say this was our second experience at the camping world Apollo and it just keeps getting better. I have to say our sales person Chris Rifendifer was the most amazing sales person I have ever worked with. He made buying our 2019 Thor Windsport 35M easy and a great experience. From the beginning I needed to make sure this RV motorhome would fit and be able to pull into my driveway. We live 1.5 hours from this camping world location. Chris worked with his manager Shawn which was great also to allow me to take the camper back to my home to just see if it would fit in the driveway. Chris came along for the ride and we got to spend about 3.5-4 hours together on the round trip to my home and back. You all should know Chris did this on his day off and did this to make things more convenient for me and my schedule. My wife loved the camper and how it rode and it fit in the driveway with no problems at all. When we got back I worked with Chris and Shawn and Shawn gave me a really good deal on the Motorhome and on my 2022 Coleman Light that we traded in. The deal was amazing and we could say no. To say this was the end of it would be to little for this review. I told Chris I wanted to add the washer and dryer option and he connected me with Heather and Dawn. They both helped me pick out a great washer and dryer for the unit and come up with a amazing price for the units and full install. Chris even went one step further with them and helped Bryce our service technician carry in the units and install them. One thing to know about Chris he is hands on with every sale. He use to be a service tech and has had many other past positions that make him very well rounded as your sales professional. This is the guy you want helping you here hands down. So the ladies Heather and Dawn also worked with me on quotes for suspension upgrades and even a quote they are putting together right now to flat tow my expedition in the future. Chris did the initial walk through the vehicle before we bought it of course and all small details were taken care of like small lights that needed replaced, awning had some small holes so they replaced it, windshield needed re-sealed and any other small details. My trailer that I was trading in was at my home and I m the only driver in my family. So Chris came on his day off again on a Wednesday and picked up my trailer and brought it back to camping world Apollo for us! When we went back there the next day to sign all the paper work we met yet another amazing person Charles on the finance team. He is great and truly a non pushy person on things you can do warrenty wise for you unit. There was no pushiness from him at all. We got the right coverages for our motorhome and didn t spend extra on things that don t make sense. We talked a lot as well and he is also down to earth and very likable person ask for him to do your finance deal and I promise you will not regret it! This day we also met Bryce as well. He did the full walkdown and went on her all the features of the camper and where the water shutoff valves are and how to use the camper. Very knowledgeable and I did mention he installed our new washer and dryer in the unit. He will also be installing our suspension anti sway bars and steering correction reflux from roadmaster. There were several other amazing young ladies that worked with us and I have to apologize for not remembering the names of all of them here in this review but they were very nice and helped me get the best deals on service and other things needed as well.I don t usually take the time to leave reviews with life being as busy as it is for me but Chris and team all deserve this and I hope Camping World Corporate sees this and acknowledges the amazing people they have in Apollo PA (Pittsburgh) and works hard to keep them happy and working there with them. People churn through these industries so much and when you get an A++ team like this one all together you don t want to lose them!Thanks again from me and my wife!Robert & Sylvia

Sales team awsome. But the service department is trash. They damaged my camper doring service and refused to take responsibility. They also attempted to install damaged parts wich they did replace but tonight weeks after they were doinf an install on the roof, with all the rain, i just found out that they cracked a vent on the roof wich is now allowing water inside the camper. Id rather pay someone els tp fix what they did then take it back to them i do not trust their service department to be within 100' of my camper. They over charge and do shotty work and are wreckless with ur camper. Buy from them sure but do not get work done by them

I would like to give a big thank you to my salesman Chris Rifendifer!!! I came to camping world looking for the perfect camper that fit my needs. Chris was extremely patient, helpful, and not pushy. Listened to my needs and capitalized on it! Even after the sale, Chris continued checking on me to make sure I was happy and didn t have any questions. I highly recommend anyone looking for a camper to talk to Chris, you will not be disappointed with your experience working with him!

Well our trailer is back at the Apollo location for a follow up after they had it for 4-5mnths for water damage. Their supposed fix is terrible at best!! We just opened it and poked are heads in before bringing it back today and it's all wet inside. The best part is they just tried siliconing holes they put in when fixing the slide when they realized the brackets need to be moved. They are nothing but unqualified hacks!! You get what you pay for that's why they get payed terrible. I'm beyond livid!!

We had a GREAT experience with Camping World of Pittsburgh!Our salesman ANDY LANE was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process, dealt with my picky needs in what we wanted in a new unit and showed us all the campers we wanted to see. He kept our budget in mind every step of the way!Very professional and great with our two young daughters who tagged along for the day!He was honest and upfront during the buying new / trading of our current camper.If you are in the market for a new camper please ask for ANDY!He went above and beyond for our needs as a camping family!Connor in finance was great too! He helped us pick the perfect warranty package that suited our needs without just selling us anything unnecessary! He also kept our payment where we needed it to be !Shelby was very organized with everything and had our drop off and delivery of the new camper done in a timely manner!And finally to the store ladies, thank you both so much for helping us get the most important items we needed for our new camper!!We appreciate y all!

Just wanted to give thanks to all involved at Apollo Camping World, everyone wants to shop at Big Box retail places for the savings, but we really want the small maw and paw shops kindness and experience..Well I believe and recognize that the platform that Marcus has invested in, built and has put in place, says it all..The American dream, no business is perfect, and you will have some customers that make it difficult to compromise in pleasing them..I've read some reviews in the past. We went in knowing roughly what we wanted..We asked a friend who would you recommend to buy from there.Chris "Rev" Rifendifer was who they told me to see first if possible. Then they said a few other names after Chris. We'll this is our 3rd purchase there..And we want no hassle, and figure out if we can come to a deal that works for us, that they can provide as a business. That's what they do..Meeting Rev, you can sense things of how he is, who he is and what kind of person he is..He loves his job..that speaks volumes. Yes he does take time off the clock and on days off to assist, email and or take your phone calls..Being in business going on our 25 yr in November, that is one of the foremost things I recognize as an employer..He makes significant efforts on his time, unselfishly that NEED to be recognized or compensated..Even with just a thank you..as an Employer. I wanna make sure that all other salesperson are recognized equally also..But if you aren't paying attention to detail here and just getting umm..envious or jealous as a "Team"then you will be missing my point,my opinion. Shawn the manager was great,be honest was not sure at first..but he made the deal happen also..Chris was on point, literally from start to finish..and today day after we got home..Walked us thru ones we specifically wanted to see..explained pros and cons..as he should for customer..explained cost differences..upgrades..functionality and details..we actually learned things haha..So many changing features.Chris is passionate about his work and job..to the point he does take it home with him..Go on vacation Chris..jeez you deserve it..6 stars to Chris..Front desk lady's Rickie and other youg lady Corrigan friendly and professional. Dawn the parts lady that helped us was also above and beyond helpful, even at closing time. Shelby was professional,thorough and vibrant young lady at her tasks..Next Eric walked us through given detail to all new functions that come with 2024 models.Alot of changes. Eric is very Professional at his job as well as Corrigan, these are very good staff members..Mrs Lisa had the camper all shined up and spiffy..as she always does..we will be getting it dirty haha..Mr Danny in financing was very kind, and family oriented, as we spoke of his 3 daughters..we talked of Faith, which was nice. He didn't jam financing extras at us..But what was recommended and or needed. These are good employees here..That enjoy their job, their pay and responsibilities to this company that they want..to come to everyday.So I apologize for being long winded..But shame is on us that don't recognize good people,specially in everyday work environment..And to those that don't enjoy your job..Go find another job that makes you happy..Life is on a clock.Be happy and kind to others..Surround yourself around good people and you will be happy..God is good..All the time

If you have never been to a Camping World before, please understand that this is an RV/TRAILER DEALERSHIP. While they have a retail store, they do NOT have RVs or trailers on display for the public to be able to explore or view independently. You will be required to provide a driver's license, meet with a salesperson, and then take a guided tour to 3-4 units. Your information is documented, you cannot freely browse without your information being taken for potential marketing or other sales initiatives. This is not a store front where you can see what you want or get a better understanding of what you may want... it is explicitly a dealership. Potential browsers beware, this may not be the place for you.

We had been shopping for a class B RV for some time. Came across this one at Camping world in Apollo PA. We were skeptical at first, being that it wasn t a private sale. However even though we were from out of state, they did everything we asked for including a detailed inspection of the vehicle. Danny was especially helpful with not only a video tour but a live FaceTime so we could ask more detailed questions along the way. We had an independent inspector look at it, and he suggested the generator needed to be flushed. Danny had the service department take care of it. We decided it was the best deal out there and made the trip out to see it in person. Josh in service did an amazing job with almost an hour long walkthrough of the Van. We finalized the finances with Joshua in finance. Just before we left they emptied out the black and grey water tanks and we drove back to New Hampshire in our beautiful gently-used van. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Will not deal with them again. Bought a camper was told everything was good. Took it camping 2 weeks later fridge didn't work. Want me to pay to fix it. I could see if I had it for awhile but not even got one camping trip out of it and it never worked. People go somewhere else.

Talk about FANTASTIC customer service! I'll forever be in love with Camping World as a company because of the service I received at this location. Everyone there helped make our dream life become a reality! They were helpful EVERY step of the way. We walked in one day, not knowing much of anything about fifth wheels. All we knew was that we wanted to switch into the full-time lifestyle ASAP. Within a month or two, they helped us pick the right model, pick the best truck, the best hitch, just everything. The only thing we had to do was show up, learn how to use it all, move in and take off! Susan was incredible during the entire sales process and beyond! Krysta helped us get everything together paperwork-wise. Mark helped us understand everything we needed to know about the camper and Ginger has been incredibly helpful in getting us our plates. They have an outstanding team there in Apollo! They have left a lasting impression on us and really helped make a time that could have felt very uneasy and scary, instead feel incredibly exciting! Thank you, everyone!!

We can't say enough about the enthusiastic and genuine customer service that Camping World of Pittsburgh (Apollo) provides. Obviously we can't speak for everyone, but after the first-hand experiences that our family has had with salespeople Luke and Minh, service advisor Junior, parts advisor Deb, Shelby, Dan in finance, the service crew who helped us and even the greeting crew at the door, who all truly made/make us feel like V.I.P.'s.We recently purchased our second camper (Keystone Cougar Fifth Wheel) from Minh and enjoyed every moment. He met us at their temporary remote lot and made us feel like we were in charge. Unlike most pushy salespeople who are typically driven by the potential commission, Minh rather took into account our likes, dislikes. needs, hot button items, budget and concerns prior to even showing us anything. After narrowing our search down to specific packages, Minh did let us know what the differences were between brands and trim levels. He did not push nor steer us towards anything. The best part of the search was that after taking all of our directives and concerns into account, we ended up buying the very first unit that Minh showed us. He knows his RV's and was never pushy. He even called the day after we took it home to make sure we were safe and happy with everything.Dan in finance was also not your typical greedy pressuring finance guy. Not only did he explain EVERYTHING in detail but was fully open to questions and addressed every one without hesitation. We never felt like he was trying to upsell us and was honest about what the products were and what their benefits may be in our specific situation. We had a good time 'the box' and are happy with the financing that he was able to secure as well. He even came outside to make sure all was going well while we were transferring gear from our trade camper to our new one.Luke was our first salesperson for our trade-in. Not only was it our first RV purchase, but it was also during Luke's first week on the job. He did remarkably well with addressing every concern/question of ours. We certainly would have returned to buy from Luke again, but he had actually moved into a new position within Camping World and wasn't 'selling' any longer. However, he did converse with us to make sure we were taken care of and continued to follow up to see if we were happy even though he wasn't the salesperson on the new deal.Junior, Shelby, and Deb have been wonderful every step of the way with as accommodating as they are with any of our service/parts related concerns. When Junior says he'll call you back, he'll call you back. When Deb says she'll get you a quote on parts or can recommend a better product that what we initially had in mind, she does it. Shelby does her job remarkably well in explaining what everyone does at Camping World and how the process is going to flow. She was with us every step of the way and again, made us feel like true V.I.P.'s.In conclusion, from management to sales to service/parts and reception, Camping World of Pittsburgh in Apollo never fails to live up to our expectations and we have been quite pleased. We have and will continue to recommend our friends/family/anyone interested in an RV or even parts/service to this location. We'll be back! You guys already know that! Thanks again!

My family and I were first time buyers and looked to Camping World to start our shopping. It was our first and last stop. Our salesman Andy was amazing, he explained everything and really listened to us. He even made my 5 year old feel involved in the process! The entire sales, finance, and service team were amazing! They worked with us to get us a deal we couldn't pass up. After our purchase we noticed a small issue the sales manager Sang and Andy make sure we were taken care of. If you are in the market reach out to Andy he is truly the best!!!

Her knowledge, experience, truthfulness, and great personality made this buying experience very pleasurable. I would recommend her to any family member or friend who was in the market to buy an RV. My wife and I both enjoyed our visit the Apollo Camping World location. They treated us with great respect and courtesy.Our sales associate Chris Rifendifer is the best. We thought we knew what small towable we wanted. We looked at used / new RV's there at Apollo location, Next Chris searched around the internet at other Camping World locations for us.Even though we did not find anything right away, Chris stayed in touch with us.With the tone set with Chris we wanted to stay with the Apollo office. Staying local is important to us.We found our RV at another Camping World location. Just like that Chris was able to secure it for us!!!Thank you Camping World,but most of all a great "Thank You" to Chris !!!

The experience my wife and I had at Camping World was great. The sales associate Chris Rifendifer was great to work with. Chris took time to explain a lot of things to us, and answered all our questions we had. This was our first experience with Camping World, and the entire staff was easy to work with, and willing to provide all the necessary information we needed to make a decision on our purchase. Charles Cribari was also great to work with. All in all our experience was great. I hope any future visits go the same. Thank you.

Our RV Sale Associate, Minh Nguyen was wonderful to work with! He found us the perfect upgrade from our travel trailer to a beautiful Montana Fifth wheel! Everyone at Camping World, Pittsburgh was pleasant and helpful with all aspects of the trading and buying of our new camper.

MUST READ!!! AWESOME!!! No better way to describe this experience! I was not sure what to expect with using Camping World. I always think, oh it's a big box/corporate store, we are just a number, they don't really care about us! But, I WAS WRONG!!! My husband did most of the leg work talking with Jeff Trader our salesman, Jake Stramba (the GM), and Bob Bernard (in finance), but he kept me involved the whole time. I WAS very impressed with the communication and the effort they made to make sure we were happy every step of the way. To the point, they did not have the RV we were wanting and drove to pick up our NEW RV at a complete different location!On the day of delivery, even though there were a few hiccups on our new RV, they made sure everything was taken care of and took the time to do everything RIGHT! This is not one of those dealers that just slaps something together to get your deal done and out the door! If you have any questions or doubts - toss those aside!!! No questions asked, I would DEFINITELY recommend and go back again. In fact, if it weren't for being 5 hours away, we would do all our shopping there now if at all possible.Thank you to all those that made our upgrade a phenomenal experience not to forget, Dawn, Frankie, Matt, Ashley, Rusty and the ladies at the accessories side. There was a lot of activity and customers there the day of our delivery, but never did we feel like we were just a number. Happy Camping and Trails Ahead!!!

We picked Camping World in Apollo,Pa. because it was close and they had a used vehicle we wanted to look at. From the moment we walked in everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our assigned salesman was CHARLIE SIRNA. He was the best. The used vehicle was not going to work out for us but Charlie talked us through the used vehicle trade procedure so we knew what ours would be worth. He then searched for and found the new model we were looking to purchase.Inventory is short everywhere so it took some persistence on his part. Once he found what we wanted he talked us through the procedure for a coordinated effort between both dealers to get our trade to them in Ohio and the new model to us in Apollo. There were some back and forth negotiation between Charlie and the dealer in Ohio and he stood behind us to get the best deal possible. To be honest, if Charlie had not been so helpful, truthful and supportive we would never have pursued the deal. There was no pressure. He is a good listener and we are so happy with the assistance he gave us. And, as I said, everyone at the dealership from the reception personnel to the camper inspectors to the manager, everyone helped secure the deal as we felt comfortable with our decision. We have had many campers and this was by far our best experience in purchasing a new camper. Thanks Charlie! And everyone else.Here is an update ready to hit the road. We had a small glitch with a water leak but Junior and crew fixed us right up and we are ready to hit the road. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And we love the van camper and are so pleased Charlie found us this one !

So glad we went to Camping World of Pittsburgh. Salesperson Shawn Hoover took most of the day Saturday May 14th, 2022 with us to walk us through a bunch of campers to help us find the right one that fits our needs and our budget. The service team walked us through our new camper the following Saturday. The staff at Camping World Pittsburgh is very friendly, extremely knowledgable and super helpful! Highly recommend visiting the shop for any camping needs from marshmallow roasting sticks to fifth wheel campers and more!! You wont be disappointed!

Just wanted to express my gratitude and commend Heather Buhl one of your Sales/Part Service Employee s who has gone above and beyond helping me with my rpod awning and slideout cover. Even though I did not purchase my camper from your company she has always been there with a great warm welcoming and very helpful. Even listening to her help other customers she has the same energetic personality. I feel that Heather is a great aspect to your company and puts her customers first.

Our sales person Amanda was excellent!! We were in the market for travel trailer and came to her with a list of several we wanted to look at. She showed us around the lot and gave us the keys to explore on our own, and then ask her any question when we were done. She was great answering all our questions. We started out to buy new, but found a used that worked perfect for us. We really consider it a gem as while we were signing the papers, 2 other customers were interested to purchase it.. We are quite satisfied with our choice and just as satisfied with the experience. 2017 Rockwood 8335BS.

We had a great experience trading in our camper and working with Shawn Hoover to find a new one that was bigger. He took his time and answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything about our new Class C Jayco. Everyone we have dealt with from Service and Sales to Financing could not have been more friendly and professional!
