I couldn't be more wrong about this TrailerPlus in Hershey. I came up from MD because the prices were cheap, and was expecting everything else to be like a used car dealership (the shop, the people, the services, bait-and-switch, last minute finance charges, etc..). It's exactly opposite of what I expected. Steve (the manager) and his team were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, punctual, and made the whole buying and picking up process so effortless. Only thing I did not expect was having to go 30 minute away to get notarized since I am an out of state buyer (I plan to tag it in MD), but other than the added drive it couldn't have been any smoother or better. Once I get some miles on the trailer and use their free return inspections, I definitely plan to tell all my friends about my good experience and plan to start my next trailer shopping (an enclosed V) with these folks first.

I cannot recommend TrailersPlus highly enough! Every single interaction I've had with them has been nothing short of phenomenal. Trailers Plus Hershey were really easy to work with. I found a 6x12 cargo trailer in inventory and messaged them for a quote. They responded quickly and professionally. I let them know that I was coming in to purchase on a Saturday from 99 miles away. On Friday they reached out to confirm my appointment and moved the trailer indoors since it was very cold outside. Their prices are reasonable, their staff is friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I will definitely go back to them when I m ready for my next trailer. I wish every dealer experience was as smooth and professional as this one!

Great experience all around. Super organized process and to a man an outstanding staff. Some businesses compete on price, others on selection, and others on service. At Trailers Plus, they set the standard on all fronts. Worth what was a long drive for me.

Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. These guys are the best! Their products are top notch, well built "like a tank", easy to tow and priced much better than the competition. You're dealing direct with the manufacturer and the quality of the people and their products is exemplary. Buy from them , you will not be disappointed.

Purchased my RED 2024, 5x8 trailer for pressure washing setup. Had to drive to the Hershey PA. location from Jersey 2 hours but after all it was worth it. The guys at Trailers Plus were GREAT, professional, and thorough with going over documents and and trailer features. They are particularly careful making sure that everything on the trailer is connected properly for safety purposes before you leave.Now I'm going to say that you will need to take a drive to their Notaries office as they are not licensed to issue temporary tags for the ride home. It's approximately 13 miles but its through a quaint town called Lebanon with farms everywhere. There are restaurants in town to get a bite to eat. Jamie was great and a very pleasant person and it took her 10 minutes to issue tags.All in all it was a great experience, I'm happy with my new trailer and I appreciate everyone's assistance in my new trailer purchase!It's worth the drive to Hershey and Trailers Plus and thanks to all the employeesat TRAILERS PLUS !!

Had a great time with the whole crew. The whole experience went well the only downside is you have to drive across town to get a notary to sign the paperwork other than that it was amazing

The trailer itself is nice and worth the price. However, they added on an additional $600 worth of extras that I did not request (multiple locks, spare tire, sand pad, etc). They did not inform me that they were added at additional costs. They have you sign the invoice electronically on your phone and do not give you time to review the invoice details. On the final page of the invoice it states NO REFUNDS/ALL SALES FINAL which again they did not tell me nor give me time to review/read. They send you a text and say "open that link and sign". They printed a copy of the invoice after everything was completed, put it directly in a folder and did not print out that second page. They send you to a notary that they are partnered with that is a 25min drive away (they tell you "it's just down the road"). Overall I would not recommend this place. I'm wondering how many others have had this same experience. We even mentioned to them that we do not need the locks. Even then they didn't tell us that they were extra and that we already signed the invoice. They made it seem like these extra things were included. It wasn't until after we left that we were able to review the invoice in detail and see all the extra charges.If you do decide to make a purchase with them, I suggest throughly reviewing everything before clicking the buttons on your phone to sign anything!

While I understand one of the personnel was with the company only a week, it took over 3 hours to complete the transaction including me having to drive 25 miles to get a temporary tag. My paperwork had to be done twice which delayed things even more. Anthony did a good job but had to handle almost everything. Hopefully things will improve when trainee gets broke in .

Love the trailer and service was top notch. We bought our trailer on Wednesday and picked it up on Saturday. Anthony & "West Virginia" took the time to go over everything and made sure our hour and half trip home was problem free. Will definitely recommend. Ben & Helen

I drove 5 1/2 hours to pick up a trailer. The service was absolutely outstanding. They went over the trailer from head to toe with me and I felt very comfortable driving the trailer home. I bought a lot of equipment in the past and I can say without a doubt this is the best customer service had ever received.

Super nice people. Steve handled the process quickly. I d give them 5 stars but the notary process added an extra 45 minutes and 20 miles to the deal.
