Update:After voicing my issues with them, they scheduled me back in and corrected everything. It was a frustrating journey but after it was all said and done I don't have much to complain about.3/30/23Wish they would let you pick 0 stars. Worst vehicle repair shop I have ever dealt with. Had a front end collision with a dear. Took the vehicle in the week between Christmas and New Years. Picked the vehicle up February 1st 2023. Said they couldn't get parts, ok I'll give them the COVID supply chain excuse...I guess. Got the vehicle home and realized they didn't replace all of the broken parts in the front end, some plastic shrouding pieces were not replaced, they even left one of the broken ones hanging there. I mean anyone can replace the obvious broken stuff like the smashed head light, fender and bumper, but I came to a reputable (or so I thought) dealership so they would catch all of the little things a small place may overlook. The least they could have done was throw away the remaining broken shroud that was hanging on by a thread. But no they left it for me to find. So the next thing I checked was the A/C, you know because the second most forward part of a vehicle after the bumper is the A/C condenser. Low and behold, no pressure completely empty. So I told them about it and they said bring it in so they can check into it. They said, "couldn't get that one joint to stop leaking" we'll order another condenser. I don't think much of it, other than that was about a month and a half ago, until I popped under the hood again. Only to find a snapped completely in half high pressure line for the A/C going to the condenser. The picture below is how they left it. Open to the atmosphere letting all the moisture mother nature wants to collect in my A/C system. They never mentioned they broke the part. Nor is that what they said they needed to replace. I will make sure all my fiends, family neighbors etc. never use there services.Services: Painting, Air conditioning

This garage did a good job fixing my car however I have been waiting to get my deductible back from insurance. I come to find out 8 months later my insurance paid my deductible as well. My insurance reached out to them and the manager called. I was suppose to receive a check within 4 weeks. I called and the manager said once it went to accounting it was on them. I called accounting after the 4 weeks and they hadn t even written the check. I waited a few days and followed up again and have not received a call back. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. They should not have accepted the payment from my insurance or notified me months ago that they had received a double payment for my deductible. I can forget all of that but it s been nearly 5 weeks and I still do not have my money back. I work hard and have a family $500 is not something I have just sitting around.

The guys did a great job on my vehicle, matched the paint perfectly, went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations greatly. My insurance company referred me to Wright to have my tailgate replaced in Aug of '22. They finally got my truck in Nov '22. They never finished the job. I'm missing badges on my tailgate that they said was on backorder. 1 year later and .... you guessed it, still on backorder. Wight Collision is top-notch. Greg, Zach and the entire staff were so friendly and professional. I had a small comprehensive claim and went through my insurance company. The claims department recommended them to me since they were on their approved list of collisions centers. My car is brand new (2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness Edition) and I have only made 6 payments on it. These guys put my mind at ease. They assured me that once they were done repairing my vehicle that I would never know there was a dent. They got me in quickly and when I picked up my car a few days later it looked perfect! I was so happy and I can't thank them enough for making my baby look perfect!!! I highly recommend Wright Collision for all of your comprehensive and collision body work! They work on all makes of vehicles!!! They freaking rock!

I was told 5-6 business days for completion. It ended up being 13. I did not find out it was going to take twice as long until I called on the day I was supposed to pick up my car. On day 12 I went to pick up my car and it wasn't right. The inside of the door either wasn't painted or the tape was pulled off wet. The section was covered in putty and I had to scrape it off to find out there was no paint. They did fix it correctly, but it took yet another day. It is also very difficult to get someone on the phone. It's easier to stop in to get an update. Here are the positives, Wright came in $400 less than Moon Auto Body, they were able to get me in within 2 weeks of scheduling (Moon Auto was 6 months), and it was eventually done correctly.

No proper estimate on damages along with missing obvious damage. Several completion dates. Not ordering mirror parts but buying a new mirror which took months. Still waiting to complete claim for 11/12/2022! Too much cost and insurance company changed comp claim to collision on 8/8/2023. After being open for 9 months! Terrible. They have knowledge of my physical condition. Terrible shop. Can't get car fixed. Why didn't they replace the interior parts. The shell wasn't broken.

Undecided. I still have no headlights. Staff said it was the fuse, but I had those checked. My experience wasn t great, but it also wasn t terrible. I had to call them for months to check on the status of parts they were trying to locate for me, as well as, there was a huge lack of communication between them and the insurance company (not entirely their fault). After months of waiting, I finally get in there for a rear bumper replacement. The gentleman who works at the front desk, Zach, was very kind and professional and even made special arrangements for me to pick up my truck. Although, I noticed a few blemishes that were absolutely not on my truck when I had brought it to them (some type of taping line or clear coat overspray? And even little scuffs from the tailgate hinge, they were not careful dismounting/installing it). I brought this up to them, they said they d contact me regarding the issue so it could be handled, never got a call! And for my biggest frustration- my original bumper that got replaced, had a very little amount of damage. So, I requested that they please place the original bumper in the bed so I could take it home. When I received the detached original bumper, it was covered in scratches! Looked like they had dragged it across a parking lot, someone had zero regards for it knowing I wanted to take it home and potentially repair it :/. Granted, they said the repair would take 1 day, and it did. They also had a guy that was able to help me get home when I originally dropped the truck off.Service: Body & Trim

The guys at Wright Collision did such a wonderful job fixing my 2019 Toyota 4Runner after it was in a minor accident. Zach was exceptional and was so helpful. He kept me updated at all times during the repair process and was so kind and patient regarding all of the questions that I had. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with them! 5 stars, I highly recommend!!!Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Cannot recommend them had to have a dent fixed on a brand new 2022 Camaro and they had to do body work and paint what I was left with was a job that you would expect for a budget paint and repair place they buffed through the paint on my wing granted they did fix it but what I m left with is a run in the paint in the quarter panel they painted and a annoying rattling noise that I can t seem to find the source of from what they took apart in my experience this is not what I would expect from a dealer paint shop this isn t my 12 year old work truck that I daily drive it s my weekend fun car that is not in perfect condition like I would like it to beService: Painting

Nice guys even told me to try dent wizard, it would probably be cheaper. He wanted the job but suggested to get an estimate from dent wizard and gave me the name and phone number.

Came here after a bad experience elsewhere through an insurance claim and I have nothing but positive things to say. Zach was professional and prompt and made sure I was taken care of. Told me would be three days until my car would be done and it was exactly that. Highly recommend them for your body shop needs!

I took my truck in to have two separate repairs done as a result of two accidents. Wright collision had the truck for exactly three weeks. Zach at the front desk had kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs throughout the process. Three weeks did seem a little long, however the quality did not suffer. The truck looks as if it were brand new and you cannot tell that any damage ever occurred. I couldn't be happier with Wright. Highly recommend for body work!

I was going to let this go but since they decided to lie to our insurance company here I am. Communication is awful here. We scheduled a week in advance to drop our truck off. They told us it would take 2 days. They didn t even tear it down until the day after we dropped it off. Nobody ever picked up the phone to call us. We had to call them for any updates. When we were told that we would get a call back they never called. The girl at the front desk is very nice but she doesn t follow through with communication.Our BRAND NEW 2021 pickup truck now has a new front bumper that does not match in color to the rest of the truck. It s very close but not the same color. The dealer couldn t match a brand new paint color. A shame. 2 days ended up being 7, they never contacted the insurance company letting them know they would need more time, and now they are lying to our insurance company saying we just dropped the truck off one day unscheduled and that s why it was delayed. Pretty sure that is some type of insurance fraud! Our rental car was only covered for 5 days and the insurance had no idea until day 7 that we still had the rental. There was some sort of negotiation made between them and insurance there. Stay away from this place.Service: Body & Trim

Brian and the crew are top notch. Had some body work done. Before they called us they detailed the truck inside and out. Looked fantastic! They take care of the customers. I have used them a few times. Never disappointed. Highly recommend sending your vehicle there.Once again thank you Brian and crew for going above and beyond.

Got my car repaired from them. There was chip on door that wasnt there before. Manager tells me its 10 years old car, if it was newer car, we maybe be able to do something so To me if People who have car for long time meaning their car cant be chip free. I wouldnt rate them higher.

Took forever to answer back but only took them about a week to tell us what was wrong. Cleaned the car for us! But ny mans shifter handle had the zip tie moved so now it wont go back.
