I had the most pleasant car buying experience with them! Unlike any car dealer I ve ever been to, they re extremely kind and helpful. While I was waiting for everything to go through on the financing end, they shared slices of pizza that their service department had ordered for lunch. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone and anyone who is looking for a car without being bothered by the stereotypical annoyances of other dealers. Such a lovely family owned business

Man! Can t believe such a place like this exists. They fixed my auto and kept me informed every step of my way! They are friendly and don t answer any question as if it was dumb ! Coming from NJ, this was quite a surprise! Would recommend them unconditionally!

Ok, I have to admit when I first purchased car, I was ok with it. Purchased in July 2022.Then the radio burned out, needed to be replaced. I was promised by owners that they would secure a new radio for me (my cost to install of course). Radio never materialized; after a few calls and empty promises, I gave up. Radio still not working. Now, after 14 months of owning car, I have put $2,500 out of my pocket to have major repairs done. New alternator, battery, rear brakes and rotors, various other items that escape me now. Now car needs new front brakes and rotors, all oils and fluids need to be flushed out and changed. I'm tired of draining my bank account sinking money into this monstrosity (2011 Hyundai Sonata).If I were in a decent financial situation (I financed purchase price) right now, I would take all my possessions out, remove tags and inspection stickers and drop it back on their lot and walk away.So, please do your "due diligence " and your homework, and think twice before you buy. Get YOUR mechanic to check it out. Just a word to the wise.

My family and I have purchased three cars from Zaccone Motors over the past few years. They are a wonderful family business and their service is phenomenal. They clearly take pride in their work, and want you to get the best deal. I highly recommend buying from them!

I had a great experience with Zaccone Motors. Claudio, Francesco and the whole team take great pride in their work and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They are a pleasure to work with. I would happily buy another car from them.

I purchased an Outback (used of course) at Zaccone Motors. After the initial warranty had expired the vehicle developed an attitude that could not be ignored. I returned to Zaccone Motors and explained the issue. The car was repaired that same day and I was not charged for it because they understood the situation and waved the cost. Thank you Claudio and especially Francesco for your integrity. The cappuccino was delicious. The car is a pig (gas) and was named Brutus for it s powerful get up and go.

Went to look at a commercial vehicle. I thought the price was very good! He even came down more without asking to work with the bank for me. Though I didn't make a purchase cause the payments were out of budget. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from these guys. Honest people and will work with you.

I waited a month after my purchase to see if I felt the same way I did after I first got my car. I do!! Claudio and family thank you for a great car and taking your time to make sure i was happy with everything on the car. Would definitely recommend buying from them!

From the first time I spoke with Francesco he was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to provide the best customer service to us.When you deal with Zaccone Motors they treat you like family not just another sale! I am so thankful I came across his dealership online. I had bad experiences with other car dealerships and Francesco restored my faith in people. I couldn t have asked for a better person to work with to buy a car from. One of the nicest people I have ever met. We are extremely grateful for Francesco helping us get a car and HIGHLY recommend ZACCONE MOTORS!

This was one of the most pleasant car purchases I have experienced. The owners were very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Everything was handled professionally and the entire purchase was completed within a timely manner. I would recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a car from a reputable dealer to contact Zaccone Motors and speak with the father-son team to find and purchase the car you have been looking for. I am sure I will contact them in the future for other auto purchases.

I did business Claudio and his son Francesco. I believe I got a fair deal on the vehicle i bought with its given condition. I am an experienced car buyer and it was a pleasure working with them. Go check out their cars and ask questions and you should be satisfied. My car didn't start after getting gas immediately after sale and Claudio came to my location to check the vehicle. With 0 repairs the car hasn't hasitated again, it's been 5 days with the car. I do recommend this dealership because the all the cars on the lot are fairly priced. I hope to do business here in the future

I called about a vehicle, did an application and was told I ll be called. I texted the guy and got no response so I call back two days later and the guy hangs up on me at what I guessed was on accident so I called back 5 times and three out of 5 were sent to voicemails and the rest he would just let ring. I don t know what s up with this guy but that s not good customer service at all! Go else where if you wanna be treated right .

I purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from Mr. Claudio the owner at a PA auction, and my husband approached him personally to get info on the vehicle before purchasing it. Mr. Claudio went ahead to say that the vehicle was in very good if not excellent condition and that the only thing wrong was just an airbag light on the dashboard, well have to say that he is a professional crook. He only posted about the airbag light and did not mention there was 5 or 6 other major things going on with this car. For example 1) Parking brake light malfunction 2) P307A00 intake system malfunction 3) P006800 Map/MAF - Throttle position Correlation 4) EPC Light 5) Starter does not Turn-Mechanically Blocked or Electrical Malfunction and this last one almost Had the car go on fire, after he told my husband face to face That the car was in great condition and the only thing wrong was the airbag light we purchased the vehicle drove home from PA to NYC 2.5 hours and the car started to smoke like it was going on fire. Towed the car to the nearest mechanic and just to get the car running again we had to spend $1,095 dollars on a original starter new oil and filter plus labor. After contacting MR. Claudio he told us he would not return my money or even re-embursed our money we just spend fixing the starter and misc. We are decent people but i guess Mr.Claudio is not, nor he cares about how he does business.. WE LOST LOTS OF MONEY WITH THIS GUY JUST HOPING TO SAVE ANYBODY ELSE EVEN THINKING OF DOING BUISENESS WITH HIM.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU SEE CALUDIO THE OWNER RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND HOLD ON TO YOUR WALLET... THANKS WE HAVE LEARN A BIG LEASSON THANKS TO CLAUDIO AND ZACCONE MOTORS INC SALES & SERVICE... BAD PEOPLE...STAY AWAY PLEASE...

I bought my 2004 Toyota Sienna LE in the beginning of March. The price was a steal! The owner was very friendly and also takes care of his customers very well. He also tells you as much detail he can about the car you wanna buy. I gave this a 4 star, because I felt he was under staffed on that day. I didn't leave the town until a few hours later. But I believe it was just that day. He needed help but the drive he has to take care of his customers is great.

This is a very family friendly place. Both Claudio and Francesco are worried about getting the car that would best suit you, in a financial way but also for safety. All of the cars ran great and were very clean, internally as well as externally.

Great family dealership... I had the opportunity to service their vehicles for 2 months... Automotive Sales Department was top notch because they repaired what was needed before a car was sold, kudos and respect for that especially coming from a L1 ASE Certified Master Technician with 20+ years experience on the service side!If your in doubt just speak up and Claudio or Francesco will address it at their highest priority! Do not trust this man. He talks a lot about how he wants to help you out and goes out of his way to help his clients but he is dishonest and overpriced. I bought a used car from him for over KBB value thinking it was going to be in good working condition. Within six months of buying the car I had to get the battery replaced and the power steering rack had to be replaced. I told Claudio about these issues and offered me a "deal" of $900 to replace the part since I had purchased the car from him, whereas I already had quotes from other mechanic for less than that.

Purchased a car here for my son about 7 months ago. Since then, we had to get a completely new engine, new alternator, new battery, all 4 tires were dry rotted (they ripped from the rim). Thankfully we had purchased a warranty.If you plan on buying a used car, do your research. But the carfax to see where it came from. We didn't buy it until after all the issues, to see that it came from Texas, probably a flood car. Take it to an external mechanic.

I would highly recommend Zaccone Motors, you have to go there and see why it is one of the better places to buy a used car from. The owner is very open and up front and his son was also great to work with. i will without hesitation send friends and family to Zaccone Motors.

Great people, fair and honest. Upfront about every aspect of the cars they sell and the service they provide. We bought 1 car two years ago from them and bought 4 more from them since, through family and friends. They treat clients like family and stand behind their promises.
