Drove over an hour from Central jersey to Ambler Pa just to buy a 2019 Honda cbr 600rr. Mike the owner and Noel were amazing. Straight up and honest about everything. Bike was so clean and low mileage. Full service was done before being purchased. I could not have asked for an easier process. Smooth and painless. They were responsive. Even though they re over an hour away. I will definitely go back to them when I want to purchase another bike or trade this one in. Best place. Large selection and they even do all the work themselves.

I bought a 2014 red Honda CBR, only about 1,230 miles used. A few years ago & these guys are amazing.They took care of me & made sure that I was completely comfortable with my bike before I left.The overall process was simple. 5 for the experience.I'll be back guys, thanks.

Lots of the bikes seem to have been laid down. Everything is always WAY over priced too. Not worth the trip in my opinion. There are cleaner bikes elsewhere. They are also rude and the customer service is non existent. I can't imagine they will be around much longer with their complete lack of kindness and customer service.

Rider safety and customer service are a huge part of the game when it comes to Ambler Powersports. I drove almost 2 hours to check out a couple bikes they had on their floor and decided to purchase one. Their tech Vinny did a once over on the bike to verify everything, clean up the bike physically and changed the front pads even though they had half their life remaining. This brake work was a big deal to me as I was a motorcycle safety instructor for 5 years. One of their statements is ready to ride and this action just goes to prove that. They didn t need to be changed but they did it anyway. I don t recall if all their bikes came with new tires but mine did so the bike truly is ready to ride .Even a full tank of fuel! The whole process was quick and problem free. Vinny even helped me load and strap the bike down for a safe trip home. I ll be coming back with my wife to purchase a bike for her as well in the future.

Bought a bike last Saturday. Found couple online then went in. Changed my mind few times; Mike was awesome and very patient. Great variety to choose from. Friendly & informative place for being new rider.

Honestly one of the best small bike shops to buy a bike from. My experience has been nothing but fantastic. Super nice going above and beyond you will not find any better customer service. Buy a bike from these guys and they literally treat you like family and better. If you want a good bike at a fair price buy from them and you can't go wrong.

I traded in my blue r7 for a 2012 Zx6r about a year and a half ago. Bike is ridden daily and ridden hard. No issues whatsoever. Awesome experience with Ambler Power sports. Easy to talk to and they are very up front about everything. Will definitely be taking a look at there inventory again when I m ready for an upgrade from the zx6r. Thanks not sure why I didn t leave a review sooner but better late then never!

Drove over an hour to view and inquire about 3 bikes shown on the web site. I knew it wasn't a "dealership", but i didn't expect a dirty looking warehouse. (Reminded me of the garage in "Taxi".) I don't know where these great reviews are generated from...but when i walked in...(and was there for almost 15 minutes)...the person in the office never came out to greet me...and nobody else was there. I was able to quickly locate the 3 bikes i purpously went to view...and all i will say is...beware of the nice photography. Every bike on the "showroom" floor not only was covered in dust...but was definately nothing like the photos in regards to their outer condition. I don't know about their mechanical condition since nobody came out to assist me with keys.

Great place to do business. I bought my first bike here a few months ago and Mike made sure the bike was right before I picked it up. The pricing is also very reasonable.

The crew over at Ambler Power Sports will always have my business and I will recommend them to anybody looking for a motorcycle or service on one that they have. It s very rare to find a business in todays age that cares about their customers as much as these guys. I went and bought a bike from them a few months ago without knowing a single thing about riding or motorcycles. They found me a bike that I absolutely fell in love with and really allowed me to learn how to ride. They put customer safety above everything else including profit. My bike never once had an issue after getting it from them. And even if it did I 100% believe the would ve taken care of it. The honesty and integrity of this dealership/shop is outstanding. I will be back for every bike I buy or service that I need.

Definitely a great powersports shop, they went the extra mile with my purchase and I ultimately have a motorcycle mainly because of their graciousness. Also they made sure my used motorcycle was in top shape before it arrived at my house. 5 stars for Ambler Powersports!

Noelle is amazing. I have bought 4 bikes from here and it is always a good experience. They made the process easy every time and took care of anything I needed, even after I bought each bike. Highly recommend.

Been getting all my service work done at Ambler Powersports for past year and I can t say enough good things about them. I do gotta say they have excellent customer service and a huge selection of bikes. They will help you with anything related to your bike and explain any questions you have. Keep up the good work!!

Bought a ninja 650 about a month ago. Felt kind of embarrassed going in because I have never ridden before and had to bring my friend with me to ask the right questions and to bring it home. They treated me as though I was a friend and everyday rider. No judgement. Had a great conversation with the owner outside. The tech was very cool. The ladies who helped with the sale were very nice. Huge selection. My only gripe is I wish they were closer to me! I work in auto sales and have worked in the service department as well, so I know how there are just some people who will never be happy no matter what you do. I think that explains the negative reviews on this site. This place is great

Whether it s sales or service Ambler Powersports has AMAZING customer service. I was having trouble with my ZX10 (not purchased @Ambler) they were the ONLY dealer in the area willing to help. They found the issues with my motor and I haven t had any problems since. I was also able to get my son his 1st quad from here. I ve referred my friends they ve had great experiences also. Mike, Noelle and the techs will make you feel like family.

My experience with Ambler Powersport is exemplary. Mike, the owner, has a very positive reputation, one which definitely precedes him. My journey with this shop and the workers here have been a very LONG one. To understand this review, please hear my story.I arrived at AP in hopes of upgrading my bike. I have had experience riding scooters/mopeds/smaller CC bikes from overseas and here in the states all my life. I was looking for something that has character and would be a definite permanent upgrade. My current bike at the time was a GSX-R600 and I was greeted by informative and honest associates at the shop. His shop has a LOT of character, it's not a corporate dealer, nor is it a juiced up retailer from many places I have visited. I feel very welcomed and at ease inside of his shop. AP has an array of motorcycles, from beginner sport bikes, to GIANT cruisers, ATVs, quads, and even cars. It was a place where motorheads are at home.Mike was very quick and smooth with the paperwork and even stayed past closing hours to finish it up.I left the next day with my brand new bike, and laid it down shortly after riding for about half an hour. I wanted to blame everything else but myself, however ultimately it was my lack of riding skills that laid it down.Fast forward a month later he got my bike back and running again, with new fairings, and fixed EVERY LAST BIT OF PROBLEM. I wanted to emphasize that because as an honest dealer/mechanic store owner, Mike's words are worth more than paperwork/contracts. He did not give up despite the bike having a plethora of issues.Overall, he treated his customers like they're his friends. He is prompt and he is honest. The shop's prices for bikes/vehicles are VERY competitive. Hope this review helps anyone who are on the fence of checking it out, it is worth it.Thank you Mike.

Best service! Everyone energy is great! The bikes looked good definitely was hard to choose! They definitely work with you! Would I come back for another bike hell yeah ! I m definitely about to enjoy this R6 !

Needed a front tire mounted and balanced. Ambler Powersports had me in and out in less than an hour with no issues. Excellent customer service, from the front office to the mechanics on hand. Will definitely be taking by moto business here from now on.

Very unprofessional. Very unresponsive. Simple questions were asked, and could not even receive an answer through messages on their Facebook page or emails. Will not recommend this place to anyone who s SERIOUS when it comes to purchasing or selling a motorcycle or any kind of vehicle for that matter.

Highly recommend going here. As a dealership, it has a great variety of options whatever your style bike is. As a shop, the guys really know their stuff and do a great job. They really want to see the customer happy and do all they can to accomplish that.

We traveled from Virginia to buy 2 bikes from Mike recently and we were impressed with Mike and the customer service he provided us. I can t say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. We would give 5 stars but one of the bikes probably should have had the back tire replaced before he sold it. That being said I would not hesitate to make the 6 hour drive to buy another bike from him Kenny and Lew

I want to start with how great of an experience My wife and I have had with Ambler Powersports. Mike is an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable with all bikes. Also, I want to mention KZ. He is a great mechanic that explains what is being done. Bottom line is I will recommend Ambler Powersports to anyone that rides or anyone thinking of purchasing a bike. Great place for everything you need. A+++++

God awful and mechanic with a nasty attitude and a horrible business owner make for an extremely costly experience that forced me to go to Reading Motorsports to repair the damage they created!!In the end a couple hundred dollar repair cost me close to $2,000 to get my bike back to normal.I would never recommend nor use Ambler Powersports because when I approached them about the problem after I got it back from them, they took zero accountability and offered zero service to rectify the damage they created!!Absolutely a poor way to do business!! Extremely unprofessional!!

Mike is very helpful, and sells most of his bikes with a 3 month warranty. There are always plenty of awesome inventory from starter bikes to dream bikes. I dont trust most mechanics but Vinny has done alot of the work on all my bikes for the past 3 years.

The people at the dealership were very friendly, the reason for the poor review is because I bought a bike from there March2020 payed the bike in full and then was told as I purchased the bike that I don t get the warranty with it because his salesman advertised it wrong got the bike home and have had multiple electrical problems with the bike having the speedometer off they paid for a used speed sensor to replace and that never solved the problem then bought a speed healer and the dealership was to split the cost and they never did and I am still troubleshooting it. I would be cautious going to this dealership only because they have so many bikes and they may not have enough time to go through the bikes like other dealership may hence the reason I ran into problems.

Always made to feel at home at this location and it s awesome to get service from people that are humble and truly love bikes! Also Mike is very easy to talk to and has fair pricing. If your looking for your next motorcycle this is the place to make your purchase

Always great customer service. They always fit me in . Oil changes , chain maintenance , adding new parts etc . Love talking bikes with K Z . Great mechanics , good advice on riding, maintaining your bike etc. Great business all around.

I tried the bike shop a couple of times. They did a repair that took much longer than expected for such a minor repair. The day we brought the bike home we had a problem. I brought the bike right back to the shop. They said it would only take about 15 minutes to look at it. And they wanted me to leave the bike. The last time I left the bike there it took them two weeks to check it out. The fact that they couldn t give me 15 minutes and look at the bike was pretty pathetic. Not to mention the attitude was poor.I took the bike over to the Cycle shop and Norristown. Thumbs up you can tell when you re dealing with a professional and qualified employees. I would never go back to the Ambler Bikes shop unless you re looking for problems. The mechanics were nice stupid management and poor attitude. Stay away

My experience at Ambler Powersports was great. Mike and the team are good people who were very helpful. Mike was nice enough to deliver the Bike to my house and pick it up for me for service under warranty. I would recommend Ambler Powersports to anyone.
