The guy who helped me took the time to really make sure he taken care of everything for me that he could. He even made sure I was able to get a last minute oil change even though I arrived right as they were about done with oil changes for the day! Very helpful!!!! Probably the best customer service I have ever received from Walmart ever!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! I took my car there for an oil change left and in 2 days no oil I ended up having to get an oil sender for my car and new oil they never told me anything when I was there about having an oil leak and when I went back to talk to them they said they did their Job it was not there fault! They had wrote it on the paper. I m there for an oil change so as a courtesy you think they would say hey do you know you have an oil leak would you like us to investigate it nope NOT at all just change the oil and put you back on the road they care for no one s safety!!! Goodluck if you go there !! I would have gave them zero stars if I could have!

Absolutely the worst place ever for someone to get there oil changed. And tires rotated, my wife took her vehicle in and it took over 2 hours for them to change the oil. And then they come out and say her (1 year old) tires are bad and that they are punctured (even the spare). And that they couldn't rotate them and that it wouldn't pass inspection. Absolutely will never recommend walmart auto care to anyone for anything. This is a absolute disgrace of a service center.

I waited 25 minutes to have a case unlocked for a $6 item. I'm not annoyed that I waited so long; the Associate was doing his best. I'm annoyed that many incidental items are locked up. Instead of severely inconveniencing the vast majority of honest shoppers, you should arrest the shoplifters and insist on their prosecution. Just another reason to shop Amazon Prime

Had a appt at 12 to buy 4 tires n have them put on. (Easy Enough) dropped off the car at 12. Received a call from them sd we cant take off ur tires, the lug nuts are to tight. They told us to go to a different tire shop n have them loosened. Which we did then back to walmart car care center once again. After waiting around again. We recieved a text that the car was ready went to pic it up the kid at the counter sd the lug nuts are still to tight. WHAT!! " I went to the tire shop, you said and I watched the employee loosen each lug nut OMG after 4 hours of back fourth I will never go back to them.Service: Tires

Super nice crew! I brought an older car in to have the headlight restoration done and it was fast! In and out in 45 mins and they look BRAND NEW!!! I still can't believe how great they look...I've been telling everyone to go here if you need them done!

They were right on time with the service. Started at my scheduled appointment time and finished when they said they would. I really like the new system they have that notifies you when they start your service and how the service is going and when they finish.

I ordered tires online to have put on at the Altoona store. I showed up for my appointment and they refused to put the tires on because they only use DOT specs and regulations . This isn t listed on their website and I have never heard of this for a normal vehicle.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great people work here. They take care of what you need and try and help you out any way they can. If you buy tires online I recommend getting them installed here. Lifetime balance and rotation is included. Come early, it can get busy.

Charged $12 per tire for lifetime rotation and balance even though I didn't want it. Twice I've went here for tires and It takes them an 1 1/2 to 2 hours to mount 4 tires. I'm not stupid enough to come back and wait an hour for a simple rotation. Thought the 2 hours last time was just a bad day but now I realize they're just the worst.

Came in for new tires that both the website and store employee told me were in stock. Made an appointment to have them put on. I came in and sat around for an hour waiting for the new tires to get put on only to be told after all of that, they messed up and the tires weren't actually in stock. I'd have to order them and go through the process all over again. I constantly seem to have these types of problems with Walmart.

Not a bad place I got my tires replaced here I got them done Sept 2021 and they were bald under half the miles they are guaranteed for, I had to repay for valve stems when my other ones were lifetime and also balancing.

Took my Jeep there to get new tires put on. The took the key, and went to do there thing. Get a call about 20 minutes later to come back. The tried to get the old tires off and ended up rounding off every lug on them, then tried to say they must ve been old despite the vehicle being a 2017. Didn t even offer to sell me the tires, just told me I d have to go somewhere else.Service: Tires

Called needing 2 tires and have them brokedown and changed out. The girl who answered told me I was 3 cars behind and I may have to wait 45mins till they got to mine. I said thats fine, Ill be right over (I was sitting in Sams Club parking lot). I get over there. Wait 15 mins at the counter, then told to go to the podium in the garagr where I waited almost another 30mins. I was told it would take maybe 2 1/2hrs at least till they even got to mine.After all that I'm told Walmart will only change 4 tires at a time if they are below a certain tire depth and it was dependant upon type of tire. My tires were an 8mm. State inspection is a 2mm. Walmarts policy was 10mm. They said they weren't allowed to change them. I asked to buy the 2 tires outright. He had to get a dept supervisor to approve of this and took another 15 mins trying to find the tires. I wouldn't have waited if I hadn't blown a tire last night & my spare was leaking. I normally go to Himes in Hollidaysburg but they were out of my size. Meanwhile a woman who bought 2 tires at the beginning of the week were told to come in and not to schedule an appointment with 2 crying babies and their tires were going flat as they spoke and she was pist and rightfully so. There is no organization. No one on point giving any direction. No one assigned to the counter to take payments or to answer the phone. I asked the worker who was helping me and his response was "our manager and our store manager don't give F %&$. We are left out to dry all day long cuz they're to busy with their store remodel." This expierience was a total cluster%&$#. The horror stories must be true. I felt bad for the workers and even worse for the woman with the crying screaming baby with the flat.

Ordered a tire, called to see if I could get it same day. Online said it was in shock. Called 10 times, no answer. Have to wait 2 days. What a shame customer service is dead in this company.Service: TiresService: Tires

Don't even know how to change oil properly. I checked my oil right after getting it changed and it was still black. They did, however, change it again since I brought it back, so after about 5 hours of walking around Wally world I had new oil. So, 2 stars since they fixed the pronlem.

Huge shout out to David in automotive and Ray from the management team who went above and beyond to help me out! Had a blowout that required a special order tire repair and some complicated logistics since I live in DC. These guys are awesome!!

Terrible customer service, two young kids threw my new tires across the shop while i was still there, and did not care when i said something about it. And after a week of driving i had to re fill the tires again because they all slowly leak. Never again will i go to walmart for any car needs, and i urge others not too as well.

The employees of Wal-Mart Service Center went above and beyond to help my fiancee with finding 4 tires for her car tonight. Even the Rhonda helped out as well. Thank You to Jonathan in the Auto Center for finding the other tire she needed. Everyone who helped out tonight we thank.

They will ruin your car. I used to work here and the employees will not let their coworkers touch their own cars. The guy would come to the hardware dept looking for ways to fix screw ups all the time.

Got my oil changed because I didn't have access to a garage and it was snowing bad, they got it done in about 20 minutes and did it right.

Called earlier. Person who answered said wouldn't need an appointment to get tires installed. Get there and girl tells me I need an appointment. So I made appointment. Sad thing is I have to make another trip.
