After being stuck on the highway and towed to Reliable, we couldn t have been more pleased with the service . I give them a 12 out of 10. We were back on the road in less than 3 hours. The cost was also excellent!

I've taken my car here multiple times and so has my fianc�. They're always prompt with checking out and fixing the car and their prices are very reasonable. I once took my car to them for for a suspected issue that turned out to be nothing and they didn't charge me for checking it out, so they seem to be honest as well. 10/10 service, will continue to recommend.

Absolute CARELESS work Massive gouges to my $1,600 forged wheel from removing the balancing weights. I d stay far away if you drive anything worth looking at!

I will continue to be a repeat customer with these guys! The main guy who works at the front counter, he's in there everytime I go in and he is always helpful and works with you quickly. He's very straight to the point, and anytime I had a question he always answered it without ever making me feel as if my question was a burden! They do great work and they have awesome service/staff!

Got a flat on the highway 500 miles from home, and these guys jumped right in, repaired the flat, threw it back on, and helped me re-stow the spare. Made it home safe with no issues, and a very short delay. If I ever need tire or car work done near Altoona again, I will 100% come back. Thanks guys! Y all are awesome!!!!

Standing here as I type. Brought my truck in with an appointment for 8 am. Was here on time to have stud tires put on my vehicle. It s now 950 and the tires are off the vehicle just sitting on the lift. When I questioned the service people they had no answer for the delay. Don t come here. 10:15 still waiting.

The man in the office (Brad I think ?) was very helpful finding the right tire size for my car and giving prices. I also checked with R Tire Shop and they wanted $10 more per tire for the same brand. Scheduled my car for the following afternoon and they installed 2 tires in an hour. Reasonable prices as well. I would definitely use Reliable again.

I called them around 2:15pm, needing my car towed and the starter replaced. They had the car in the shop before 3:00 and had it finished before 4:00.I d heard good things about them, and after calling around, I found them to be the least expensive. I m glad I went with them. Reasonable prices for towing, labor, and parts, roughly $400 less than most quotes by others in town with many not even including towing. They were available, affordable, and provided fast top notch service. If need be, I ll be a return customer.Can t recommend them enough.

I called AAA because my battery was dead,there was a tow truck driver I think his name was mike he was very rude and had an attitude he was very unprofessional I give him personally a 1 star rating but the next morning I had to get to work and my battery was dead again and I had to call AAA again and had to use another one of my calls.The second time I called another guy came out did a battery test and I found out I needed a battery.the gentleman I think his name was rob was very helpful and professional.he also directed me in the right direction and installed a new battery for me in a timely manner.I gave the rating I did because of the Second Gentleman who helped me.Thank you so much reliable!!!!!!!!

They're very honest and that means a lot. Sometimes repair shops see a girl coming and think easy money. I 100% trust them to always fix what is wrong, tell me if it doesn't need something and to charge a reasonable price. They've never been nothing but kind and helpful.

Over the top service at a critical moment. Timely repair with updates and absolute committment to excellence. Brad is tops at the front desk. Communications and honesty are a hallmark. I feel, for the first time in a long time, that I got relaible service at a very fair price. Well done. Oh...nice discount as well for a veteran.

Use them for our business and personally..great mechanics, good prices, wonderful customer service. They take care of our entire fleet and our trucks get used! They maintain our oil changes, our studded tires fir winter and all of our repairs.Kimmen Plumbing & Heating, inc. gives them 5 stars and so do I!

Came and jump started our vehicle within 20 minutes on a Saturday morning and then we drove it there and they replaced the battery. They don't chit chat. They get the job done as quickly as possible. Reasonable rates.

I've had a couple problems here and there where labor and parts were very expensive, but all in all, they do a pretty good job. This one in particular charges more for both parts and labor than the smaller one on Walnut Avenue. If you're looking to save money, definitely go to the one on Walnut Avenue, otherwise this garage is really fast and definitely reliable.

Awesome service! My car died and Tyler not only came quickly to help us, but he also brought us back to the garage and installed a new battery for us! So incredibly nice, amazing customer service!

Top notch staff. They went way above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. Forever grateful for their help. Hopefully, I will not need their tow services again but if I am ever in need again I know who I will be calling. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not sure which reliable towing helped tow my car but Alexis towed my car and was extremely kind and helpful to me and my sister when my car broke down. I would definitely use them again

I was in a bad way, a long way from home today. I dropped in without an appointment. They were very busy, but worked me in. They did a great job and were very nice people. I recommend this business to anyone who needs automotive repairs.

Reliable towing isn't reliable. Made an appointment, drove 30 mins for the guy at the front to tell me that I don't have an appointment because the girl who takes care of appointments is out of town.

Under no circumstances should you take your car to this business. What they do is, they don't fix your car like they say, then when you return with the problem that is happening again, they take the car for a period of time then come back and tell you that they found something else and that it is going to cost a lot more. I was stupid enough to try and trust them and give them another chance, and it happened AGAIN. Please, people, do NOT take your car repair needs to Reliable. The only thing that they can be relied upon for is dishonesty, and ripping you off. The work I am talking about cost me $617.00 to Reliable, and they did NOT fix the problem. Then they blamed it on something else. A dishonest, unscrupulous pattern that they follow. Go Somewhere else.

They gouged all 4 of my rims! Will never go back! A word of caution, DO NOT leave their lot until you have inspected all your rims for damage!!!!! Seriously, that's their specialty and they can't even do it right?!?
