Great service, ended up charging below the quoted price for the work I had done. Quick to schedule an appointment and didn t keep me waiting unreasonably long while they worked on the car. Would recommend!

Great people. My son is a student at PSU. His car died. They towed it and held it for several weeks free of charge. Good businesses do exist!

All I needed was tire pressure checked before heading out on the next leg of our journey. After getting directions to two other places, one a wild goose chase and the other in a sketchy part of town, I found this place. It was late in the day, but thank the Lord they said okay. I didn t catch the fella s name, but he checked them and topped off where needed for no charge.

I would recommend this shop to any of my friends and business associates, which is why I believe one of my co-workers that is way into cars recommended them to me. They recommended a closer location, but upon calling that location and explaining to them what I needed done with my Jeep Wrangler, they said I had to go to Travis on Walnut Avenue, that he is the Best and specializes in Jeeps! They were right! Not only did they do a phenomenal job on my Jeep but they went Above and Beyond in the Customer Service Dept and I'm in HR and a Customer Service based company! The whole team there is Excellent! Go there before you go anywhere else! They will surely take care of you! They made a loyal customer out of me!

I've had a couple problems here and there where labor and parts were very expensive, but all in all, they do a pretty good job. If you're looking to save money, definitely go to the one on Walnut Avenue, otherwise this garage is really fast and definitely reliable.

I went here to get a tire replaced. They patched the tire and it immediately leaked air for the rest of the day.When I got to the next place they said my bolts were stripped by the staff here and now I m paying for new lug nuts.

Reliable surely lives up to their name! They were able to fix my vehicle in a short amount of time and I didn't even have an appointment that day- If there's anywhere I trust to have the job done right the first time, it's Reliable!

I scheduled an appointment for my tires to be rebalanced after the other Reliable shop on 7th avenue didn't balance the wheels properly. They said this would be fine, so I came at my scheduled appointment the next day and was given a run around of why it isn't the wheels out of balance, but instead the truck's wheels being aftermarket and not good for balancing. I asked if they could just check if they are balanced, and despite having an appointment I was told no. I called 7th avenue Reliable back and they checked it out, rebalanced the wheels, and now I have no steering wheel wiggle.This shop did nothing but give me a run around and waste my time, recommending me to buy new parts. I can't recommend somewhere that won't even check your issue before diagnosing it.

Great group of guys who have done quite a bit of work on my Jeep, over the past few years. Friendly, very helpful, & my 'go-to' place for advice, inspections, & repairs on my vehicle. Definitely recommend!

Just walked in and needed a tire put on a wheel with no appointment or anything..they got it done fast and i was able to get off the donut I was driving on.. thanks guys

Always get my cars inspected here. They are up front and let you know in advance of major repairs and if they are needed or not for inspection. Great group of guys.

Took. My son's car to be inspected found out it needed stuff they had work done quicker than originally thought....plus not only was I offered water while waiting they drove us to get our other car amazing service and everyone was so polite def 5 stars
