My girlfriend took her car to another mechanic for a state inspection, but the car failed inspection and they charged her $65 and quoted her another $1.5k of repairs before they d let it pass. She refused and I instead took the car to Legacy Auto Worx where the car passed just fine and they pointed out that what the previous mechanic had said about repairs was untrue and unneeded. All this for the low price of $27 and fun conversation.

Legacy auto worx got me approved and into a car within a couple of weeks. They were very flexible and so incredibly nice. Nannette explained the whole process and made it quick and easy. The car is in pristine condition and I could tell they took very good care of it. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a car or even needing maintenance. Overall very impressed!

Today I had an appointment to get my van inspected and I was unable to drop off my van for the appointment. Rod was willing to come to my house and pick it up for me at no extra cost to me even though I offered to pay additional for them doing it for me.In addition to the exceptional service, rod was very honest with what my vehicle did and did not need and kindly gave me the price for what I may need in the future.These folks are exceptional! On a previous they gave me a penny back because they had over charged me!Thank you all for the great service!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I ve used Legacy for over a year via referral. Rod and Ryan go beyond in all situations and explain all work in detail. They are not pushy or overbearing and as a woman, that s a big factor.Just last week, I had a cable break inside my hood as I was leaving work, keeping it from opening properly. I had a weekend trip planned and needed the hood open to refill fluids so last minute, I called over to Rod and he had me come right in. Ryan stopped his work and came right out in the hot sun to look at my Jeep and didn t give up until he found a solution!This is huge for anyone who has ever had an emergency situation, it truly matters to have a trusted shop to call that won t take advantage, is friendly, and reasonable and recognizes an emergent situation. He didn t charge me a cent for that work either.These guys have a customer for life. Petty review but I'd like to share as a motorcycle rider that an older lady driving a white van likes to pull out in front of motorcycles. Sat at a stop sign and hesitated, waited till I got closer then pulled out without being in a hurry.
