Very professional, called day 1 and by day 2 they were at my house installing a new side window on my Jeep, thanks Glass Mender, will highly recommend. Plus a big shout out to Danielle, my window size wasn t in stock but in 10-15 mins called me back and found one. Poor customer service / care even from the manager, Abe. Gave me a date of replacing my windshield a week out. Everyweek they extended it another week until 2 months have elapsed. When asking Abe details about why and how he was oing to resolve he took the "professional" route and refused to do the job. Choose another Glass company and save yourself the hassle.
