I'm on my 4th car and when something wrong they made it right. Also when car in shop have lent me one to get to work . I've now rented off them and toilet need fixed was leaking and fixed with in 2 days, lights went off and fixed in 24 hrs. I have nothing but respect for this family . Their dad was a huge sweet heart . Much to this family and respect. I'd recommend them to anyone . This is place I'd like move into but last people have left it a mess where had pull up carpets and have repaint the walls .

My family and i all love this place. Jeff & his wife are so sweet and Jeff has treated us right for many years for at least 19-20 years. We tell everyone that is looking to get a car there. Love that place and the the people that work ther.

Just got my daughter a car here for college. They are so nice to work with and when something was wrong with the car, they made it right. I would not hesitate to go back to them. They are honest and friendly people.

I recently just bought my kia from Jeff and his wife. First of hands down great people! Absolutely love my suv had a small issue that came up (let's face it problems occur with any vehicle) Jeff was quick to tell me to bring it down so it could get tended to and not all car dealers will do that. I highly recommend this place!

DeGeneres used cars best used car lot you can go to they have a payment plan that you can afford and they are very nice and friendly people they even have a garage to do any repairs that you need trust their garage and their inspections they are really good you can't go wrong so I recommend you to try out the car lot and the garage for your needs you can't go wrong

I purchased a 2010 Honda CRV from Jeff in March 2021. He was firm on his price, and rightfully so. When I shopped around I did not find anything comparable in quality anywhere near the price, so I feel like I got a fair price for a quality vehicle. And Jeff was a man of his word.In September my son needed a car and he went to see Jeff. He too found a good quality value, a 2015 Chevy Cruze. After purchasing he had a few issues which Jeff took care of for him.Jeff has been fair to work with and has always treated us with kindness and respect. He is a man of integrity. I highly recommend him if you're in the need of a used vehicle.

Highly recommend buying here, Jeff is a great guy. Extremely honest and upfront with you on the vehicles. I have gotten 4 cars here and never had any problems. They work with you on everything. Treat you like family. Will never buy anywhere else. Ten times better than the bigger car dealers.

I have now rented from Degennaro's for almost six years! They are the most honest and very kind people! I have never had a issue are a problem! They are not just my landlords,they are also my friends! I highly recommend renting from them and they also stand behind there auto sales and repairs!

I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord ex from Jeff Degennaro June 2020. I'm a little late in my review, still being two years later, I'm just as happy as the day I bought it. This being my second vehicle purchased at Degennaro, every experience was a happy one. If you are looking for a quality used vehicle at a decent price, say no more, go to Degennaro. I also have any service for my Honda done there with Rick Degennaro. A loyal customer,. Wayne.

Ive had my vehical from degennaros for about 3 years now my SUV is unbievably reliable and any issues I had when i first got her was fixed by jeff! He's always been understanding if I was gonna be a week or two late; just call and let him know it isnt too hard. At the end of the day in greatful I leased and paid off my Envoy from DeGennaros. Would reccomend to anyone I know! Thank you so much

The owner is the nicest guy I have ever met. He is completely honest with you and treats you like you are the only person there. I will continue to get my cars from here as long as I am buying.

Very disappointed in my experience here. And they have a total lack of follow up and I have not found a worse place in customer service. It's as though they expect you to chase them around in order to buy a car. horrible experience and would not send anyone there! I went to another local dealership and received so much better service. I suggest you skip De Gennaro's Used Cars if you are looking to purchase.

Love the Staff and the service ! I have bought 3 cars personally there. I won't buy a vehicle from anyone else ! They stand behind their vehicles ! I recommend anyone looking for a new ride to check them out ! You won't be disappointed !!

Last week I stopped by and looked around and found what I was looking for. The people are great and was able to work with me on financing for the vehicle that I am picking this Friday. I recommend everyone who is looking and just stop by and look at the great inventory.

Knew ppl that was renting from them for yrs every minor issue was fixed by tenantWhen radiators stated spilling water all over the place landlord was informed had a friend fix it n landlord never checked it n went camping for weekendRenters left due to all the water damage when they came back water was everywhere landlord was again informed doesn't matter that they paid their rent every month on time the owner never offered to help them replace what they lost due to his negligence then landlord became hostile and rude to the tenants but they were good enough tenants that the landlord cried to them all during pandemic as to the ones that were not paying their rentNow cause he has yo replace carpet that's not the tenants fault had the landlord had the job done right instead of being so cheap the carpet could of been spared

Seemingly good peson to deal with but don't be late even less than a whole month because he will steal your car with outrageous repo fees and unattainable requirements to get it back... yes i am a mad customer but to treat people this way is wrong 20 days late on my payment had 2 days till payday but he didnt care heartless people here
