Outstanding customer service! Also, I was so impressed that some even remembered me and knew what vehicle I had in the past. Front desk, Hunter, was a doll and so kind and friendly. The service department goes above and beyond kindness! 100% recommend!

The salesmen helping with my recent purchase of a Frontier made the experience fun and quite enjoyable. I say men because two of your salespeople were involved. They worked in tandem quite efficiently. I will absolutely return to Courtesy Motors when I decide to buy again in a few years. Kudos on your exceptional sales staff!

Just bought a 2024 Nissan Frontier. My wife and I have been Courtesy Nissan customers since we bought a pair of Nissan Versas in 2008. We have been extremely satisfied with the staff at Courtesy! We will never buy a car anywhere else!

We won't be using the service because we live 2 hours away. Tony knows his cars and trucks and was an awesome representative. So glad we chose to come to Altoona for our Rogue. Very happy

I took my old Rogue in for a recall fix and came home with a 2023 Rogue! I will always buy from Courtesy because they aren't pushy. Salesman John Myers was patient and answered my questions. I would recommend Altoona Courtesy Nissan to anyone.

It was a new truck but price was reduced due to being a 2023 model and the end of the year was coming up. Traded a 2018 model for it. Really liked the 2018 model, so looking forward to enjoying the 2023 model.

I feel like for my trade in of my car I should of got more taken off of what I owed bc I paid it $50000 cash straight out for it and it only had 9000 and some miles on it so not that many miles and it was brand new still I feel like u guys ripped me off and this should be addressed asap bc that s not right.

Great experience. We wish we were notifed that a 25 $ wireless charging option was not included in a Rogue SL that costs 40,000 + $. Installing that option now costs 400 + $ and half a day of my time. I do not like this tricky sales tactic. Other than this we are happy with the car and the sales team (Brad).

Amazing experience. Professionalism topnotch. Mr. Ernie is amazing and gives u value for your money. I would never go anywhere to have my car service or fixed. Took my vehicle here for an oil change (which I have done several times in the past), and was astonished at the price of $98! Really?In addition, during the so called multi-point inspection, I was told that I have an air conditioning leak. I decided to have the supposed leak looked at by another Nissan dealer. They went over the whole system thoroughly and could not find a leak. This cost me $42 and my time to wait for the inspection of the a/c system. In addition, I asked how much a synthetic oil and filter change costs and was informed it would be $39.95. Wow, big difference. Needless to say, I will not return to Courtesy Nissan for anything. Go to Indiana for your Nissan maintenance. Even if it s out of your way.

Thought I needed brakes but the service department was honest and told me they were not needed. I appreciate their integrity and knew the other service jobs they did for me that day were done with the highest quality

Daniele Kuny was an amazing salesperson to work with. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to the day we drove our vehicle off the lot, she provided service above and beyond our expectations. She was quick to answer our questions, even when it meant going out of her way to track down equipment and service costs, and was very comfortable to deal with. No high pressure sales pitches or attempts to upsell. I will absolutely be seeking Daniele out when the time comes for another Nissan purchase.Chris Weyandt handled our financing and paperwork. The process was pain free and went as quickly as possible. Chris, despite not being able to come through with lifetime oil changes for our Nissan Leaf, made the experience of monotonous paperwork enjoyable with his upbeat personality and humor. He's a great guy that I would work with again in a heartbeat.Our thanks goes out to everyone at Courtesy Motor Sales in Altoona for their help in getting us into our new vehicle.

Dropped my 21 Titan off the afternoon before my appointment the next day. Service was for a recall. Recieved a call 2 hours later that my service had been completed. Totally unexpected to have it done until the following day. Was very happy that they took it in and performed the work right away..

Ernie was great. My printer ran out of ink and I couldn't print my insurance card or registration. He let me email him the documents and printed them out for me. He also was the one who provided my transportation. He was friendly and made good conversation during the ride.
