I purchased a motorcycle out of state and I stopped to ask what I needed to get it registered. I had all of the necessary documents with me. I walked out 10 minutes later with a license plate. I was very pleased with their knowledge and patience. Time was taken to answer all of my questions.

Have been a loyal customer for years. Took my daughters car in for an alignment/inspection after I basically replaced everything for suspension and steering on the front end. Front tires according to their inspection had a rating of 6 and rear only 4. On my invoice it even stated that the rear tires would need replaced. No problem. My daughter immediately said car handled weird and was scary to drive in rain. Not even 1000 miles later the front tires were bald. I took it back and I was on the hook for 2 new tires for the front that I really shouldn t have needed if they would have done the alignment correctly. After the 2nd alignment (that they didn t charge me for) I asked what was the issue. The mechanic said they couldn t find anything wrong but I was charged $150 for parts and labor because they replaced the camber bolts on struts. So $500+ later of my money to fix their screwup is bs. They had plenty of business from me but not anymore.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Took my nephew to pick up his car. The place closes at 4pm, and my nephew couldn't get there until closer to 5pm. The woman stayed late so my nephew could get his car that day. He works 3rd shift, 12 hour days and it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Between his schedule and their hours, he wouldn't have been able to get his car until the following week. It was great of her to stay late for him! Amazing customer service!! My nephew was happy with the work that needed done and he said the price was reasonable. He was satisfied.

Went for a title transfer and the pricing was great compared to other places I've been in the Altoona area. Will definitely go there again in the future

Brubakers Auto Service is a great place. They are friendly and do a great job at a very reasonable price. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shoutout to Brubaker s for being amazing. My car had a slight shake for MONTHS, I took it to a few auto places to get it checked and they couldn t fix it . Luckily, they were able to get me in the following week. When I dropped it off after work(7am with the new tires I ordered), they had it ready in no time! NO. MORE. SHAKING. Thank you guys for the great service, fair pricing, and overall great professional skills!

The wife wasn't nice about having to pay half for something that they didn't put back on my car. I didn't have to pay half. She thought I should pay the whole thing. The husband was nice.
