Everyone I worked with in Service as well as Parts was very friendly and helpful.I didn't buy my vehicle from this dealer, but I am pleased knowing there are knowledgeable folks here at Altoona Honda to work on it if ever I have issues in the future. Thank you!Services: Transmission, Body & Trim

They struggle to follow through with what they claim. Called the other day and was told the service department would call back to schedule a time. They still haven't called back. Some may say that it's a random occurrence, but it isn't the first time.

My outstanding service here began with my assigned Service Manager, Sam Way. Everyone here is courteous and professional, but Sam specifically has kept me on the road with my last two CRV s with all of the routine, scheduled, and corrective maintenance that I ve needed. In short, I m happy with the quality and timeliness of the service at a reasonable price point. I m so satisfied, I ve even given Altoona Honda service work that I used to do myself, but now find other things to do with my time. I also couldn t be happier with a set of tires I bought from Sam. He absolutely was right, this set of Michelin Cross Climate tires handle ice, snow, rain, road noise, and ride better than any other tires I ve ever owned. Thanks Sam for the great service, for my Hondas and families non Honda products. This place is my go-to for any future work that I ll ever need.

Always love coming here, Honda 4 life! Very nice dealership, knowledgeable about the cars, and helpful. I'm a regular customer in their shop for maintenance and even though I never set an appointment, it never takes too long to get my car ready to hit the road again.

I had my 2003 Honda Accord ex in Altoona Honda for a transmission fluid change at 172,536 miles. I'd been issues with the power steering and requested them to look at it. Along with the power steering, came numerous other issues. My front brakes, resurface rotors, replace pads. Replace power steering pump, rack condition for $979. This next one had me scratching my head, replace right wiper blade for $97. Ironically, my $112 transmission fluid change, apparently everything they is wrong amounts to $3046. This only strengthens my opinion about using the dealer for repairs. If it's not under warranty or a recall, stay away. I can guarantee you Altoona Honda, I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Rush job. Had to take back three times. Had oil pan replaced ran over branches. After 3 visits still found sticks coming out of exhaust. Single woman feel I was taken advantage of because of that
