Great buying experience! My new Kia Seltos is exactly what I wanted.Once again, Courtesy nailed it! Not only is it important to research the car you want, but to have a good experience doing it. I visited many dealerships in and out of the area and by far Caleb and the folks at Courtsey went above and beyond. Caleb was knowledgeable, kind and not pushy. I felt he had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend working with Caleb to buy your next new vehicle.

Very sleazy sales team. Especially the guy that does the warranty and Caleb. They ll say anything to sell a car here. They also use scare tactics to force you into buying a warranty such as if you don t get a warranty we are going to raise your interest rate by 3%. Would never recommend this dealership they re extremely unprofessional!!

Extremely poor experience here would never recommend you buy a car from here especially from the salesman Caleb. They ll say anything just to get the car sold. They also threatened me by saying if I don t buy a warranty they will raise my interest by 5%. VERY SLEAZY DONT GO HERE!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Had our 2018 sorento towed after my fiances son hit a curb. We had just purchased the tires at another kia dealership, who stated we had a road hazard warranty and all we had to do was take it to a kia dealer, and they would replace it at the cost of labor. We received a call from the service advisor at courtesy, who proceeded to argue with us stating we did not have a warranty, and that we had to pay to have the tire replaced. She also stated that the tire pressure sensor had been damaged and needed to be replaced and that it would be close to $500 to have it fixed.After confirming with the other kia dealer that we did have a warranty I called courtesy and requested they put the donut on so I could take it the other dealer. It was $22 just have them put the donut on that was in our car. I won't complain much about that they did do labor so I paid for it. Fast forward to the next day, I took the vehicle to Team Kia they replaced the tire (under warranty) and proceeded to tell me that the tire pressure sensor was not damaged, and they weren't sure how courtesy would have known the sensor was bad, as they had never removed the tire from the wheel. Team Kia didn't even charge for the labor because of all the trouble I had at courtesy.. I dont know what sort of scam the Courtesy Kia service department is trying to pull, but I will never have my vehicles serviced their again. I would suggest everyone double check the work that is being done on their vehicle by this serive department.

Bought my car in may from Tyler he was great communicated with me about what was going on with the banks and got a Kia Sportage that I love! Now for the service department they lack at communication with their customers when you drop your car off in the morning then get a call hours later stating they can t work on your car bc the stuff in the trunk now if we communicated it would have been a different story I was told one thing and go in for something different! I won t be getting the recall done after that!!!

The sales person that sold me my car was awsome to deal with and I was gonna buy another kia from them but not anymore after seeing how bad there service and warranty is. The first 10,000 miles I loved my k5 but then I started having steering problems my steering wheel started to shake at certain speeds and the car is all over the road , so I asked them when I had it in there to get serviced to look at it they said nothing is wrong with it and now at 15,000 miles my tires are shot and there saying it's my problem I asked them to at least look and see why my steering wheel is shaking and check the alignment they were like you have to get new tires before we even look at it again. So I do not recommend buying from them because there service absolutely sucks they claim they have the best warranty I haven't seen it yet .

Courtesy is their name and along with that my daughter and I received attentiveness and a sincere interest from professionals in providing solutions to our unique needs by Brian Foose and his staff. Starting with the early morning texts before most Pennsylvanians eat breakfast, this guy was up answering them and willing to meet anytime I could get there. He even offered to stay late to close if need be, even though he was scheduled off earlier. The car was ready to show as promised and performed impressively and flawless. The negotiation of our trade-in allowance was fair and casual, discussion like. They arranged a payment within our goals. Brian then shared his expertise of the cars controls to my daughter and linked her phone to the infotainment center for her. He gave us time to ask and spent time to answer any questions. We just couldn t be more pleased. We live over 100 miles away and were there for a particular unit they had. But boy I wish they were in my neighborhood. Altoona residents are fortunate to have this resource in their town. Do yourself two favors: Get there safe and ask for Brian Foose. You ll see what I m talking about. I m sure of it.Thanks again Brian and Courtesy staff.

This dealership deserves five stars for ripping customers off and one star for customer service.I purchased a Forte from this dealership last year and had to pay a portion of the bogus dealership markup fee. To add insult to injury, the sales manager tries to force you to buy every added insurance and protection plan that you don't actually need, and if you say you don't want them, he will just insult you. They also will apply for as many loans as they feel fit without asking checking in with you first. Also, they never offered me a free first oil change and tire rotation.I tried to give them another shot and my wife was looking into SUVs. So to no surprise, a sales person decided to show us a car that had a missing catalytic converter, dead battery, and insisted there were no issues with it until someone else stepped in and told us. Then they were generous enough to offer us a trade in value of our car of over 4000 LESS than what it is worth.We decided to go to Lion Country Kia in State College and had a much better experience. They are willing to work with you there and are not trying to rip you off.Remember people, look around and do your research before choosing a dealership. There are many other better options than this dealership that will not ruin your special day like these guys most likely will to you.

We had bought a 2014 Kia Soul from a separate place, and within a few days, check engine light started flashing, and the vehicle wasn't going over 2000 rpms, so loss of power/no speed. We had our mechanic check it, said it's the engine, he's seen it with another same year Soul, and there's an engine recall. He had scoped it and saw there's no compression on the engine, corroded seals, engine leaking oil. He towed it to Courtesy, and they had my soul for 2 months before finally checking it. Kept saying two weeks whenever we called. "It's just an o2 sensor." My mechanic, who we've been using for 5 years, would not have missed it. We got her back, and the same day, she broke down again with the same issue. Towed it back to kia, they tried to blame us for doing something to the engine (but they had it for longer than we have since we bought it), so whoever had it before us messed with the engine allegedly, voiding the manufacturer warranty, so they won't replace the engine. They said there's something wrong with it, but they don't know what it is, and whatever is wrong isn't covered by the recall. They tried to charge us to run a diagnostic, but we decided to go elsewhere. Kia did everything they could to make it so they didn't have to give us a new engine and to get out of doing their job.

My husband and I purchased a 2022 Kia today at the Location in Altoona Pa and our salesperson was Kaleb.Kaleb was very kind and generous with us as we were really just out looking. But he went above and beyond to get us out of a bad purchase into a newer car with lower interest and payment. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend Courtesy KIA and Kaleb to our friends and family

In September of 2022 my 2014 kia motor locked up and it needed replaced, was told that kia provided a loaner vehicle as getting a replacement motor would probably take a while.(this was a repair covered by extended kia warranty) had my car towed here for repairs, was told I couldn't get a loaner until they diagnosed the problem and had kia approve it. 2 weeks go by, I call to check on it, they acted like my car wasnt there, then said we haven't looked at it yet we only have 2 techs working. I drove up and sure enough it was still sitting where tow truck had dropped it 2 weeks earlier. Was told they were hoping to get to it the following week, well sure enough, they didn't! I called and they one again acted as if my car wasn't there and I told them I was having it towed to Lion country kia in state college. They had my vehicle for a month and never even touched it I would not ever recommend this place to anyone!!!! If you do use them hope you have another vehicle or a good insurance that covers for a rental!!!
