This location hired someone with little to no automotive knowledge/experience. Took a battery in to be warrantied out, after having it for three months. I bought it at a local Carquest which had recently closed, after try another C.Q. Store I had found out that when a C,Q. closes that Advance Auto Corporate warranties until the customers are satisfied. I took it in on Thursday and was told that if the battery still didn t function that it would be warrantied out. I returned Saturday and was told that I have the wrong battery for my car and that since it was installed it couldn t be warrantied, I knew it was the wrong battery but I needed one. If any auto savvy person knows as long as it is a 12 volt battery and fits it will start any vehicle. I also asked for him to put in his car and try to start it, not to just hook the load tester up. Just do what I ask and warranty the damn battery.

Came here to get hardware for my car , the guy was fine at first and looked up my car but then told me that I would have to go look back there myself I am a 17 year old girl , it doesn t take a lot to see i don t understand what i need and would need help and said that i needed help and didn t know what i was looking , all the employees look high and there is like 8 people back there and nobody knew what they were doing , definitely won t be back i ll stick to NAPPA since they were absolutely no help and i left without buying anything.

The best place in town for parts and they are helpful and don't push the most expensive replacement parts and they install most of the wipers and batteries so a lady can go there and not have to worry about replacing them. Good people to help.

Employees dropping the F bomb constantly behind the counter. They try to sell you the most expensive part and when you insist on value part they give you attitude.

I stopped here to get a serpentine belt for my car, and this guy looked up my car after I told him year, make, model, etc. And he tried telling me that my car dont got one and obviously it does . After explaining it did have one, He ended up selling me a belt that was super super longer than the one that was on the car, then I came back, I told him it was wrong, and told him all the information again, he said he could order the 2nd belt for next morning delivery so i did that. Next day i pick up the belt and its perfect size but way to thick. Mines a thinner one I didnt know the belt number, i could not read what mine said on it. Anyway it was still wrong so now I just cut the belt off the car to take in because apparently this guy has no idea what hes doing, I had enough aggravating with it not to mention it's a 45 minute drive to the store each time so my time has been wasted countless times.

Went in multiple times trying to get a bad battery replaced under warranty, they say it s good every time and rush me out the door without offering any other help. Had it tested by triple a and 2 other shops they all said it was bad. Alternator is new and good. Don t buy batteries from here thinking it will be covered under warranty because they have their battery tester rigged up to test positive so they don t have to replace it.

Absolutely friendly staff that is as helpful as they can be.I wouldn't come here shopping for a battery unless you know what you want. They seem to be a little short in that area of knowledge.

I went here to get an oil filter and oil for my car. Tyler welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door and asked if I needed help finding anything. He walked me over to the oil filters and found me a filter. We went back to the cash register and he double checked to make sure it fit. Great all experience, and great service from Tyler. I appreciate it!

Customer friendly service. Some bilingual upon request. Good warrenty information stored in house computers so the need to carry all those receipts isn't so nessary anymore.

Called about a coolant temperature sensor after mine went bad cashing check engine light to come on. They had the part. Went to get it and already had the part upfront waiting for me, good service!!!!

Great experience. Very helpful. I went out to install my battery and the guy that checked us out actually came out and insisted he do it for us. Great customer service, way better than auto zone.

Was at another business, came out, my car wouldn't start. Could tell the battery was going. Found someone willing to jump my car, then drove straight to AutoZone. The gentleman inside came out, ran a battery check, and we found that, as suspected, the battery was about done. Went inside, purchased a new one, and he came out and replaced mine. All went very easily, very smoothly, and I couldn't be happier!

I got new windshield wipers and they installed them and filled up my windshield tank with fluid. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

I like this place. They have regular sales and they'll check your battery or do a computer read on your check engine light for free. I get good values on synthetic oil and filter there.

Gave me a hassle about returning H7 silverstar lights ($53). One of my lights went out less than 90 days after purchase. 1 year satisfaction on the item, says on package to return to store or manufacture. Even with proof of purchase (thru rewards card), we were told, "I gotta be honest with you, those don't look like H7 bulbs". We layed another pack of them on the counter and then the clerk replied, "oh.. they are". He reluctantly did the swap but told us, "this is your only exchange, if they go out again you're out of luck".Will not be returning. I will be purchasing all my auto stuff elsewhere.

Replaced front a rear wipers the back wipers don't even touch the glass. The person who put them in had to know they didn't fit properly. Yet waved us on and said they were done. They weren't even the cheap wipers.

Friendly staff always great to deal with. I would say if you need a specific part, you would need to have them order it due to limited stock. But they can overnight it. I would recommend.

Sign on front of building states will install new battery with purchase guy at counter tells me they can't change on my vehicle because they have to take a bracket out of the way total BS . I took the old battery out and put new in so I didn't get charged for a core

One of the clerks offered to help me check my oil. He then looked up the type of oil my car used and poured it in for me. That was great service!

Least favorite auto parts store, to visit in this town, I do not think they have a friendly staff, and that's just my opinion from my experience.
