Great service and prices. I researched my purchase extensively and NTB in Allison Park had the best price in town for exactly the tire I was looking for. Tom was really helpful, friendly and made it a great experience. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I had never been to a NTB before but I ll be back for my next set of tires.

They were very accommodating with my work schedule since they have late evening appointments through the week. Jon went above and beyond to assist with us getting the repairs needed. He made us feel like valued customers and not "just another job". He made an unfortunate expense into a pleasant experience!!

Tom was absolutely wonderful! He was very patient with all my questions, he took the time to walk and show me the difference between various tire options in store, he gave me wonderful advice when it came to the upkeep of my car. Everything was done in a timely manner, and he did a great job of letting me know exactly what was being done to my car and why. I highly recommend this Ntb and Tom!

Take Devon at national tire and battery at 4919 William Flynn Highway was awesome. I came in towed from the turnpike on my first Friday at my new job and he was willing to bend over backwards to help me and get me in and done thank you so much.

Has a low tire pressure warning light come on, took it in to have the tire checked, they could not find a leak. They checked the pressure in all the other tires to ensure they were sat the correct pressure. When I went to pay they said no charge. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service! Very friendly staff and they explained everything clearly. They went out of their way to apply coupon codes I wasn't aware of to save me a few extra bucks.

I can corroborate all the previous great reviews! I had a very positive experience at NTB. I had a tire go while driving in the area and they were able to get me taken care of right away. Kind and professional service, fair prices.

I've worked with them for a while, these guys always give great and timely service and make sure to do other checkups on my vehicle during routine work. They've always given me good/competitive pricing too.

Very kind and professional people. Gave me the best recommendation for tires and even gave me an added discount. Will definitely go back for my next set of tires. In and out in 45 minutes. Nice lounge area too to watch some football while waiting!!!

Had a great experience at this location of NTB. I had my front brakes and rotors replaced in July at another location and over the weekend there was grinding occurring. Tom and his team replaced my brakes and rotors quickly and rectified the issue. I wholeheartedly recommend this NTB. Thank you for the great service.

I only go to NTB occasionally for state inspections and things I can t do myself and overall have never had a bad experience with this company. I have gone to the allison park location for the past 10 years and every time the visit goes smoothly. The staff have always been friendly and professional in all my times there and almost always exceed my expectations for appointment availability and wait times.

Great group of guys at this location! Quickly replaced my drum brakes and got me back on the road for a trip back to Maine. One of their guys even helped me load up my motorcycle onto my hitch carrier. Whether you live in the area or are traveling through, these guys should be your first stop for any car troubles

Had a great experience with NTB in Gibsonia recently. I was having urgent car issues at the end of the day, and Scott and his crew were able to fix my car quickly when no one else in the area would even look at my car until the following day. Very appreciative of their hard work. I ve used them in the past for routine car work too. Would definitely recommend!
